We met Ernie and Vanessa three years ago when we bought our current motorcoach. We have traveled the country, and we have experienced our fair share of service companies. You will be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable, honest, and fair company than Palmetto RV Solutions. No matter what issue we have had, Ernie can fix it and Vanessa can find it! We live in the FL Keys and we will never use anyone else. It is worth the drive every time! Thank you Ernie and Vanessa for all you do. You re the best! Outstanding people and really know their business. I had engine problems I thought would be very serious and expensive. Ernie and Vanessa both told me what it sounded like. When they called me and advised me what it was, and the price to fix it, I could not believe it. It was only the fuel filter and the service was very affordable. Now it runs like new. They also advised me of my tires that were cracking . I knew my tires were getting bad but I knew it would be very expensive. Since the repair was so affordable I asked her to give me a price on all new tires. Tires ,mounting, new power valves, and balancing was an amazing deal. Thank you so much for everything. Not only they are the absolute best RV Service around, I live just a mile from their shop. Their new shop is great too ! GOD Bless ! Tim

Palmetto RV, is amazing.So professional, and knowledgeable about all RV's . Husband & Wife owned business. I travel alone, or with my young granddaughter, so I need repairs I can TRUST. And here I do. Thank you for always taking care of my travel trailer. God bless you....

I ve been RVing for over 20 years and I ve obviously had a lot of pit stops for repairs. Palmetto RV is as good as it gets for repairs and service. I ve never been treated with such kindness and respect. It is a small mom and pop shop. Vanessa and Ernie. Needed a replacement door lock for my living quarters horse trailer. First one ordered didn t work but Vanessa was great to work with and we returned it and found one that worked perfectly! Super friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service! Thank you!!

Good, personal service. They have fixed so many of our rig s problems that camping is fun again. RV maintenance is expensive, but their pricing has been fair and reasonable and often less than we expected.

Had some issues with my 5th Wheel (furnace, tires, damage from the tire blow out we had), took it to Palmetto RV and am very happy with the work they did. They had it back to me within a week with everything fixed, and they even helped me with an issue on my truck when I went to pick up the RV. Plus they lubed a bunch of things while they had it "just because they like to do that when working on them." I will definitely use them again.Services: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

We were traveling from Ohio and suddenly needed repair. We went to a larger business who misdiagnosed and did unnecessary work. We were so lucky to have found Palmetto online. They took us in at the last minute found the problem and fixed. We also had air conditioning and some unexpected body work done. Ernie is absolutely the best, he can fix anything. I wish we lived in the area so he could always work on our RVServices: Tires, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Went in for an annual bearing repack (first year), they worked hard to get me in, very good job, chatted with Ernie a good while, learned some to. Brake pads at 75%, always good to have stuff done right.

They have a small amount of rv supplies, but they ordered my black tank for portable dump in 1 day. It was fair market price but when you need to empty your poop tanks you have to do what you have to do.
