These people are super friendly (Susan) was so sweet to me and help, me out so much and, she also pointed, me in the right direction to find a great mechanic as well.Will be back for all my car needs in the future Thanks again Susan for recommending Tim at Busted Knuckle they done me a jam up job on my brakes over there and I greatly appreciate it.!!

Store Hours are Incorrect. This location is Closed Sunday and Close at 4pm on Saturday.Mechanics rely on the accuracy and punctuality of shops like NAPA, inconveniences like this can ruin a reliable Mechanic's integrity.

This location is privately owned will not acknowledge any warranty s outside its store for lifetime parts. If you buy at a different napa they will not acknowledge it

I promise to handle the situation the best I can. Customer service is one of my top priorities! The people in the store are very friendly and they tend to you as soon as you come in the door. I usually order parts online and go into the store to pick them up.

NAPA has always been my go to for auto parts...the other parts stores only have "employees" that punch buttons, NAPA seems to have knowledgable people that actually know their business...

Hours on Google and Napa website state this location closes at 5pm on Sunday. Pulled up at 425 and sign on door says closes at 4. Wasted drive to pick up my order.

Called and asked for replacement brushes for my alternator guy actually asked me if it was to brush off my alternator. He stated that they don't have brushes for alternators. Couldn't even take the time to look it up in his computer. So much for Napa know how. Went to O'Reilly's.

This location seems to not stock many items in-house and they have to ship from other locations. The few times I've personally been into their store it was an ok experience.

Probably the best Napa in the area. Nice selection and they actually honor the prices on the Napa flyers unlike other smaller Napas. Quality parts!!

They had me stand there and wait while a guy chit chatted with a girl both employees. And No else was in the store. I waited like 5min while they acted like my wife and I did not exist
