Called to schedule an appointment to pick up my car. Monty was willing to pick up the car the same day. Monty and his staff were very professional polite and willing to assist with my future car or parts. Satisfied with my donation of the vehicle. Thank you again!

Just wish they had my part in stock.Very polite and helpful staff. When he realized the vehicle was gone that the computer said had my part, he looked up other businesses for us.Unfortunately, the one in Belton also didn't have the part. Updating sales on the computer is not a priority for used car parts stores.

Great ppl. Cheap enough parts. You don't have to make ppl richer like LKQ. You don't have to get searched. I lost a pk of tail light bulbs that were took by a thug bouncer at LKQ in Greece. Monteys would've gave me them. Ty Montys for your help whit my project Toyota camery.

Called for a couple of used parts and they were able to get what I needed in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price. Alphea ( sorry if I didn't spell it right) , Monty were both very busy but very helpful as well as the other gentlemen who work there. Absolutely satisfied with my purchases and I will say that being patient till they can get to you will benefit you. Great resource for used parts in this area. The engine and the wheel both worked out perfectly. Thank you again!

These great folks and Monty's used auto parts are located 42 miles one way from my home. However I would drive 142 miles one way to get the great expertise genuine customer service and old school world values from these people I cannot say enough about money's used auto parts it's five star rating was a 10 star rating I would give them a 12. Thanks again to Angelita and Matt grateful can't say enough

Can never get on the phone . Or told they'll check and call you back and never do. I'm editing my review maybe I was a little quick to give you two stars . I have had good luck in the past dealing with Monty's. Didn't realize the circumstances I'll be back and be more patient. Thanks for your response. I hope your employee gets to feeling better.

We have always had a great experience with the Monty's team. All the work we have had done was backed by a guarantee. Fair pricing and great business ethics is why choose not to go anywhere else for parts and service.

I liked to think people were better than this.I was sold a $750 bumper that was advertised to fit a 1st generation super duty. And it was pictured on a super duty in the ad. When I got to Monty's it was already off the truck so I didn't get to see how it fit on the truck in person. I got it back to my shop to install it I came to find out it bolted up.. but the bumper itself was not the correct shape for my truck, as it left gaps under my headlights big enough to stick your hand through. But because of the way the pictures were taken and the color of the truck, it wasn't noticeable in pictures. When I contacted the person I arranged the purchase thru to try and return it I was told "no thanks" and than if I didn't want the bumper I should just sell it myself.This is a crooked business just looking to make a buck and move to the next customer without taking care of the existing ones.Don't waste your money here.. buy from retailers that stand by their name.By last attempt I was blocked by the owner.

To be honest I read the reviews before even calling Monty's and I was scared and made my husband go in because I was worried about being upset about the service. My battery went dead in my car and I needed a new one desperately... most parts stores wanted $150 and I just didn't have that..... I called Monty's and the gentleman I spoke with was polite and said they sold new batteries for $60 plus tax and core. I was thrilled but again skeptical.... I sent my husband there to get the new battery and he said that the gentleman he dealt with was so nice and helpful he was expecting something much different since the reviews were so bad.... I just wanted to let people know that sometimes the reviews aren't always correct

I brought a used engine for my Kia I was sold an engine that wasn t any good and a 6 month warranty that they didn t honor, the blonde heady lady works up front is rude and blame me for the car running hot and a window that wasn t fixed. I was RIPPED OFF &3,000. I spoke with the owner Monty but he is so greedy for money he wouldn t consider honoring the warranty or giving me back some of my money, I wouldn t recommend this company, they are liars!

Family owned fair pricing. They have a mechanic on staff who is excellent, but you need to schedule an appointment because he's so good he's behind 3 weeks. Excellent mechanic, friendly, family owned..... What more could you ask for?

If it isn't good, bring it in and they'll happily replace it. The warranty is 90 days, if something is faulty it will fail within 90 minutes!

Would not recommend. Supposed to have gotten me parts and off a car and there was no motivation to do so. I repeatedly checked in and Gene would come up with some excuse. eventually he began leaving me unread so I called him out on it. then he got very aggressive about the situation. Very poorly ran business if you want to keep customers you need to respect their time and get them the parts you say you will.

Owner is a very nice man and easy to work with. They can get you anything that you need and instead of having to pick and pull yourself he has employees of his own to do that for you. Good experience altogether. Got me some good cheap parts out of the deal too.

The lady was quite rude to my bf over the phone over a period of three days. They lied about having the right transmission then tried to force him to take one he didn't want...... Due to her rudeness we'll never do business with them especially since Adam's had the exact transmission we were looking for at a much cheaper price and it was readily available!

Need door handles at the time. Had guy go to yard to look when in reality the handles needed was on the counter, the entire time and my mechanic pointed it out or we would have had a prolonged visit waiting. The price was affordable and great customer service.

A manufacturer's defect caused transmission to fail within warranty period and they refunded money, since they didn't have another, without any problems.Very friendly, good customer service

I called Monty's looking for a radiator for a 92 ford focus. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable she seemed to like that i had all my information ready and available , as one should when looking for parts,. She told me that they would have to order it and that it should be ready by the end of the week. After giving her my payment information she told me that she would call when it arrived so that i could come pick it up. to my surprise i got a call the next day saying that she had gotten the part and for me to come get it. once i got there she was the only one answering phones all while trying to take care of the customers in the lobby as well. mean while a man was sitting at the desk next to her on the phone with one personal call the whole time. once she had time to take care of me she was very fast knowing that others were waiting. i have a respect for that lady she was working circles around everyone in there that day and every other day that i have gone to monty's that place would fall apart without her

They were supposed to replace my driver window regulator and returned it to me with the window not rolling all the way up. Knowing this they left my car parked outside during the heavy rains and I had standing water in my floor boards. Ruined my carpets. They would have never returned a car to a man in this shape. They obviously don't give a dam about taking advantage of women. And did nothing to help me get the water out of my car!

The owner son Jean, is creating a hostile business envoriment for customer. He is very mean, and his objective is to take customer cars after it's been repaired. My bill never said any thing a storage fees, If was not picked up after repairs the next day. He yells and scream and belittle black clintele. He's a very unreasonable man of character. He takes advantage of black women's and over charge them for services and parts.

I have been using another mechanic for years who does an outstanding job (in greenville) but due to his rates going up over the years, I decided to try somewhere different - Monty's. I had a small oil leak, and wanted them to diagnose where it was coming from, what the problem was, and how much it would be to fix it. After they had the car for about a day, I called them back and was told by the secretary that after having it all day, they did not know what the problem was but said," the mechanic said that it's just a small leak and not really worth fixing, just keep an eye on the oil levels and make sure it doesn't get too low." I am very unpleased with this. My other mechanic would never have settles for that but would have found EXACTLY what and why there was a problem.I will say that if you need basic repairs, Monty's is the place to go. I have been to them a couple of times for belt replacement etc. and they do a good job at a good price. but on anything major, I would go someplace else!

I wasn't overly pleased with this place either. Must have been the same rude woman that I spoke to in person. I was looking for a hubcap for a Camry. Simple right? No. She asked for the VIN in order to see if they had one for my car. Really? It's not super science to know whether or not they have a 92-94 Toyota Camry in the lot that may or may not have any hubcaps on it. She insisted on having the VIN just to look it up. I didn't have that car with me so I left and went right over to Dixie Auto about 2 miles away and got what I needed without hassle. Thanks but no thanks Monty's...

Saw a post on Facebook and asked for the location and contact. I was told to "Google the shop" wow! I left him know I'll never stop there for anything. If you can't give a number, I can't trust any parts from there! Then I look at the reviews... Welp!

The people sold me a transmission full of water and then told me to drain it and put it in anyway! seriously? Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra minutes to somewhere that doesn't store their stuff outside in the rain!! Already wasted one whole day by driving two hours one way and sitting in their office for two more hours waiting for a transmission that was supposed of been sitting on the shelf, when in reality it was sitting outside in the rain and I guess it took him two hours to try to drain the water out of it so I wouldn't see it. I'm just going to cut my loss i'm not wasting another day to bring it back down there when he knows it was full of water. Drain it and put it in! Seriously? That still blows my mind!

Monty's is always been a great shop to visit always friendly always fast and even if they don't have a cart for you they'll go out of their way to help you find it I highly recommend you go to Monty's

Great customer service but they didn't have the part I needed after I drove about 15 miles to pick it up. They did however order me a new part and I picked it up the next day.

Montys had a part that was impossible to find anywhere. Got the part quick and in excellent condition. Customer Service isn't awesome but I got my part so I'm happy.

If you need a hard to find part and you have to go to a junkyard, then they can probably help you out ,a pretty nice people and fairly quick, reasonably priced.
