My experience with McKinney Dodge was VERY, SHOCKINGLY distasteful. Where I had heard all the good things about this company, I was treated the total opposite. I purchased a used 2011 Jeep Wrangler that had a more than used soft top on it that was coming loose in several places and to lessen my concern they agreed to have someone fix IT, and a tear in the driver seat. The outside source said the top could NOT be fixed, so I approached Hunter Hexxon and he vocally agreed to take care of me and make the top good, well he LIED, he give me $200 and then pushed me out and all this after my family and some friends have spent over $700,000 combined over the past year between themselves . They sent me to them, end of story I will NEVER go back or recommend anything to them. So BUYER BEWARE! Down below in his comment is ANOTHER lie because a dollar amount on the top was NEVER discussed, I was told THEY would fix it, no worries Mr Justice, just bring it up here and we ll take care of it LIES!

I m so glad I chose to buy my car here at McKinney. With the help of Mickey Street and his colleagues, I drove away with my dream car. The customer service was exceptional and the entire experience was seamless and professional. Everyone was so down to earth and just wanted me to be able to leave in the vehicle I wanted.

Shout out to Mike & Riley who helped make this a smooth experience purchasing a new car. I had a lot of questions and I was very picky about what I wanted & Mike took the time to walk us around the lot multiple times and show us cars that fit the description and price range I was looking for. Mike & Riley both worked together to make the car that I liked affordable for me while also explaining everything we went over throughout the process. Car dealerships always seemed so intimidating to me but after my experience today, I highly recommend coming here if you re looking for a new or used vehicle!! Thanks again guys!!

Worst customer service. Send an email. Call more than twice. Every time a lady answer said I m going to be transferred. Then a guy answer and said hold on and hang up. All I needed was information about the 60k miles service. Took my truck for alignment on 12/20/23 and this is what I found. How they charge for alignment when they don t even did it right my truck has an awful swing on the back every time I go down very little bump. Second time wasting my time here. Where is the manager here?

Wes was absolutely amazing in how quickly he responded to my application and explaining what options I had. He stayed in touch with questions and answers. Wes was diligent and most importantly he was honest about what he could and could not do. Bryan was a great salesman and very accommodating to me as a customer. Josh was very thorough making sure he explained all the documents and I understood what I was signing. I would have to say these 3 guys exemplified the morals, values, and work ethics McKinney strives for. Within a week, I drove off the lot in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Even though it was not my first time purchasing a car, it was by far the most pleasant and if I do it again, I will be back McKinney!!!!

Abby Mote was awesome! She traded me out of my 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage for a 2024 Mazda 3 which was no easy task with my negative equity being a lot! I have all the features, style, and size my mirage was lacking with keeping awesome gas mileage! Go see her she s a hard worker!

So incredibly thankful for McKinney Dodge in Easley & the staff there! From the minute I stepped on the lot I was treated like family. I told them what I wanted & they went to work fast! They were thorough, knowledgeable, and considerate of me throughout the entire process of getting me into the truck of my dreams. Especially thankful for Gene who took everything I wanted & my circumstances into consideration & found me exactly what I wanted. He heard out every concern I had & took action to make sure I was 100% happy. Special mention also for the sweet gem, Kaylee! She was my sales rep who was so kind, knowledgeable, & proactive. She took every concern and question I had & found answers/solutions. She stayed in constant contact with me. I really appreciate her & truly can't rave about her enough! So thankful for Kari who was also wonderful in helping me get everything set up with my new purchase. And finally Jordan in finance who helped me work out all the technicalities in the finance area. I did not purchase my jeep from this dealer ,but since moving to the area we do visit for car service. Usually my husband takes my car for me ,but on this occasion I had to make the trip with my baby. The minute I stepped out my car I was greeted with a friendly welcome and acknowledged. Which is important because sometimes as a women it can be intimidating to take your car to the car shop.One of the staff members even helped me take my stroller down. Not that I was expecting this ,but that was a really kind gesture as busy mom of a little boy I will never forget. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. When I purchase my next car I will definitely be purchasing from them. I look forward to keep doing business with them.

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee L with Garrett. He was super helpful and listened to all of my concerns. I highly recommend him and this dealership. The finance managers were also great! It was a pleasant process and they had the best rebates on 2024.

This is directed at the Service Dept. As much as I would love to give my business to McKinney, they make it impossible. You never can get an advisior on the phone...EVER. Even with making an appointment, they expect you to drop your vehicle off and want a 2 to 3 day window to do a service that takes an hour some less. You are told that you can't wait. Not sure about most, but it's difficult to be without transportation for days. This has happened 3 times and today is my last trip there. PLUS who wants to risk leaving your vehicle at a car lot for days??On my last service, I made it very clear to the advisor that I had just changed the oil w synthetic so don't do an oil change. The oil was changed anyways, so I told them to fix it and put synthetic back in it. They did it and used one of my courtesy oil changes to fix their mistake.If you order parts, watch the price. They add another 10% OVER retail.I see that sales is receiving great reviews but you need to do better taking care of your customers after the sale!!

Abby Mote was the most wonderful young lady put in charge with dealing with me today which is a chore in itself! She was absolutely amazing, friendly, went above and beyond. We re now friends I wanna take her to the beach! If you need a car pick ABBY as a salesman! Like Daniel Black and Mike too they re okay.

Today we officially bought a car from McKinney Auto Group and had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Carswell! Daniel was super kind, friendly and even generous as well. He offered us some Starbucks after we just bought the truck! Personally, we have never been offered that since....ever! After going to McKinney's for the third time to buy a truck, we can safely say that this was the best experience thus far!Daniel really went above and beyond for us. Just his character alone shows how good of a person he actually is and going the extra mile for us was something that we did not expect. We just expected to go into McKinney's to buy a truck, however, the service that not only Daniel offered, but what the entire staff offered was incredible!Not to mention, how easy-going everything is there. The whole layout and setup all just went together! From the process of just walking in the door to leaving the place with our brand new truck was so smooth!Overall, Daniel's hospitality was amazing and we will definitely be requesting him when buying a car here next time! If I could leave zero stars I would! They had a used truck that I called about last night. I asked for a salesperson and was assured the woman on the phone whose name was Victoria could help me. I asked if the truck was still available and told her I'd be coming from an hour and a half away with a Cashier's check to purchase the vehicle if it checked all the boxes. She asked what time I'd be there the next day and I said 11 AM. We rolled up with check in hand at 10:30 this morning to be told the truck had just sold. When I asked why no one called me before I drove an hour and a half no one knew because Victoria is just the lady who answers the phone and gets potential customers to a salesperson. OH WELL, Victoria dropped the ball on this one! I returned the check written to McKinney Automotive Group to my bank and I'll never attempt to do business with them again.
