My visit to Jiffy Lube was fantastic. The staff was not only friendly but also highly competent, keeping me informed about the progress of my car repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Jiffy Lube for their exceptional service and efficient team. The service tech Will was amazing. He does wonderful work. I recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone and everyone as they have a fantastic staff. Amazing work.

That was the most amazing oil change! The technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were so kind to my 91-year-old dad when he had to get out of the car to check the cabin filter. The printout provided to me was helpful to me as I could show my husband! Coming here was a recommendation of my son-in-law Josh Atkins who recently had gone there. Excellent service! The best I've received thus far in all my years of getting my oil changed. Also, learned something new from the guys. I never knew there was a Cabin air filter inside the car interior. I appreciate the great service. You've gained a customer!!

Got my rear brakes changed and transmission fluid changed. They gave me different quotes when I requested understanding the difference between a full brake change versus only rear. They also explained everything well and we're patient with my questions. If you have some basic stuff that needs to be done, try them out!

New Jiffy Lube in Easley on Saco Lowell Road- Great service- Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did not try to "up-sell" me. Just did what I asked them to do. Quick service. Definitely will be going back. Recommended them to my father and brother as well.

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for many years . I did one time try Take 5 and never again! Every Jiffy Lube I have used has been exceptional and this new Jiffy Lube is no exception! Every associate was wonderful .knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They did an awesome job and was as quick as they could be! Thank you so much for training your associates in outstanding customer service .its what will keep me a customer for life!

These guys did an excellent job from start to finish...the whole team worked so well together, all having each other's back and they made sure I knew every step along the way. I loved there service they provided me not only did they explain everything to me but they gave me as much discounts as they could but they where also friendly about me asking questions as they where doing there job. I highly recommend them to any and everyone who might need oil change and more. Thanks guys for also helping me put my hub caps back on.

Don't normally use oil change places. I change my own but I have a work truck that I have to use a place for. It usually takes all day for most places to get approval to work on our trucks . Whe they get approval they don't don everything they are supposed to do. This location got me in fast and out fast and did everything that was supposed to be done

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube. I was surprised at all of the service options they offered. The Easley SC store was nice and the crew their was great. I plan to return in the near future for other services on my car.

We scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a certain repair. Unfortunately, they couldn't fulfill that appointment, which turned into a day and a half affair getting someone else to do the repair (we had to get it done right away). They were nice about it, but we didn't get what we agreed upon - pretty frustrating.

Stopped in needed my oil change they changed my oil they asked if I needed some other things and I did not ...they did not push me to get something done that I didn't want to get done.. very polite.. I was able to stay in my car since I had my little puppy with me and yeah it was a great experience I just might be visiting them again.. and if I need to be topped off on anything I can get it thank you Chad

Very helpful went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they caught a manufacturer issue with my tires and were very accommodating and all the employees were all friendly. I had a great experience

Its so nice to have a Jiffy Lube in Easley. My husband and I go to the Swamp Rabbits hockey games and we won a free oil change. How lucky because I was in desperate need of one. This facility is nice and clean. The guys working there are super nice and the job was done quickly. I will be back!

Excellent service. Everything was explained, shown to me, advised for my specific vehicle, and not oversold at all. I was given the information and it was left up to me if I wanted different things done. If anything, I had them do additional things. All staff was courteous and professional. Lobby was comfortable to wait in. Bathroom was clean. Keurig Coffee available if you wanted. Close to Walmart plaza if you wanted or needed to leave your car for a bit. I got a coupon to get a $25 check back. I will most definately return. Thank You!

We took my wife's Honda Element into Jiffy Lube Easley for a diagnostic for a problem neither I nor my regular mechanic could solve. Not only were they able to take care of the problem without running a diagnostic but they did it quickly and affordably. I had interactions with 4 different employees and to a person every single one of them was a top shelf experience. Incredibly impressed. We will absolutely be back. Thank you.Store #4104

I travel for work and was traveling through Easley on my way home from work yesterday. My vehicle had some wheel noise that had become increasingly severe during my work week and was affecting drivability. I happened to notice the new Jiffy lube Multicare location and wondered what services they offered. I was pretty convinced from experience and diagnosing some symptoms myself that it was a bad wheel bearing. Called the shop and spoke with two very kind friendly employees Will and the locations manager, John. I explained my situation and they told me to bring it in and they would be happy to do a suspension check for $35. As a woman it's sometimes uncomfortable taking a vehicle to a shop because in the past I've had places assume I know zero about what I'm talking about. I've been talked down to, told the problems I was reporting were impossible, someone would try to sell me a solution to a problem that didn't exist, or told un-needed extra services had to be done. NOT HERE! I was instantly comfortable with these guys. They all listened to the problems I was reporting, used my input to help diagnose, and explained things I didn't understand in depth and even brought me the old wheel bearing for me to see just how bad the problem was. There were some unforseen problems that arose that stemmed from the vehicle owner (my coworker) not servicing the vehicle as it should have been. Preventative maintenance folks!!! It will save you and anyone that has to deal with your vehicle time and frustration! I had to bring the vehicle back just a few minutes after leaving (this was also after they closed) John was apologetic and got right to work figuring out the issue after offering to drive us anywhere we wanted to go or doordash us some dinner. Because I enjoy learning new things and am so interested in how things work, John even took the time to show me what was going on and then took another wheel off to show me what it should look like. Christian, an ASE Certified Master Tech needed to be called in after hours and this awesome guy drove from Taylorsville just to be sure they weren't sending me back out on the road with a potential problem. I would have expected at 8pm he wouldn't have been very happy he had to be there but he walked in the door apologizing we had been there so long. He was all smiles and as I apologized to him for having to come, he said he didn't mind at all, he got to listen to some awesome music on the way. I don't know about anyone reading this but this is not the typical response of anyone I encounter having to put in some serious after hours work time. They fixed the problem and John even took a test drive with me to make sure I was 100% certain things were back to normal. I have never been more impressed by a group of gentlemen, mechanics, or customer service representatives in general. Easley has an amazing new business with outstanding folks running it. I live two hours from Easley but will most definitely drive out of my way when I need an oil change or as safety allows for repairs. I only wish I could give them 10 stars....because they deserve that and more!
