This is the worst place to buy a vehicle they are not honest or truthful they will secretly try to hide repairs just to sell you the vehicle bought a truck from themit had rust damage on the frame where they went and put Bondo and painted it black later on I found the damage they refused and denied anything of knowing about it try to get them to fix it they kept giving me the runaround I would never recommend anyone to buy another vehicle from them

My mother and I drove to this place and we were told that we would have to get our transmission fixed and since my mother paid, I estimate it was about $1,000-$1,200 for the reparation. We were promise it would be fixed quickly as well. Two weeks in, we tried to get the car back but the owner told my mother that his wife got sick so he was hesitant to return it (I hope she feels better). A week later, my mother tells me that out of all the problems the car had, it had barely been worked on and that there was more problems and it was just a big complication(If I am wrong correct me). My mother wanted a full refund but the owner said that he will give her a price soon (as of now he has not told her). I needed the car to be fixed because I have siblings to take to school and I m starting college. I just wish people would own up to their mistakes because I was really hoping for good service but ended up with this chaos.

Top notch service!! Brought my work van in and was devistated to think it might have been a goner but they was able to get it purring perfectly the next day!! I was nervous as this was my first mechanic experience outside oil changes and little things! They completely rebuilt by whole top end! Will be using them for everything and recommending my friends and family! Honest! And the name says it al INTEGRITY!

I thought I was getting a great vehicle for myself at an affordable price. Boy was I wrong. They barely deserve one star. I have had nothing but trouble since I purchased my 2005 Jeep Liberty. Within three months I had transmission trouble and I took it back. Only for it to break down in the middle of the road with my 3 year old in the back seat 3 months later. The wire harness in the engine was messed up. Let's fastforard to 6 months later when my Jeep overheated in the car line due to my water pump leaking and the fan broken. The owner assured my dad and myself that he would have no problem letting his own daughter drive this Jeep since it was pretty much "rebuilt" from the ground up. This is not even the sum of the problems that this vehicle has given me. If you buy from them do not buy anything that they have said they have worked on. This Jeep was way over priced for the amount of work I had to have done to it.

As far as we are concerned this is the only place to find a vehicle!Steven, the owner is a man of integrity and honesty!He is so helpful and will make sure when you drive the vehicle off the lot, you are extremely happy with it!We love Integrity Auto, can you tell?

Me and my girlfriend showed up here with a beat up 1997 Honda Accord looking to trade in and get a newer car like a 2010 Kia Rio that they had. We talked to Steven Iffland, the owner, and he got my girlfriend approved for $1300 down on that same Kia with her mom as a co-signer. He couldn't give us very much on a trade-in because the condition and the age of our car so instead, we sold our car in the next two days and brought him the down payment. An hour later we drove off the lot in our new car. We were very pleased with the honesty and attitude we were approached with. To top it all off, the owner and salesman is also one of the mechanics and does oil changes/tire rotations for only $30. If we ever need another car we will come here first and I am highly recommending this dealership to everyone in need of honesty, professionalism, and friendly service.
