Took my X5 here for inspection due to me trading it in & they found things I had no idea of.. crazy part is I got my oil changed a month prior from a well known shop & wasn t informed of anything until I took it here. Very honest & even let me come in the shop to show me what was happening. If they weren t so far from my house I would definitely be a consistent customer, would recommend thanks guys.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Everyone is so friendly and they don't try to nickel and dime you. It's out of our way but I trust them completely with my car.

I think they solved a problem I had struggled with for almost a year! They found the sensor which was causing a random braking problem!

The guys here are hands down the best and most honest around. I know the owner personally and they would never sell you anything you don't need or lead you astray to make more money. Most trustworthy place for your car that you could go to!

Went in because my car felt "bumpy" on the road. The guys at Houston's were super professional, and were able to diagnose the problem pretty much immediately (busted belt in the tire). They got me a new set of tires ordered and installed in under 2 hours, all for way less money than anticipated. Highly recommend.

This place did a great job accommodating a drop off and pick up time. They quickly diagnosed my truck and helped me figure out the best fix without costing an arm and a leg. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend this place.went there for alignment and diagnostic check .took a couple days and when I got my auto back .I noticed grease in my florbord but I didn't say anything i also noticed my door seemed like it was opening award. Dident think much of it .took it home and parked it .I don't drive it much couple days went to use it I noticed that the air bag light kept coming on and beeping so I back towards the house stopped at restaurant in easley to get a bite and I walked in front of my van I noticed my front bumper was in a little bit further in on one side that the other .and I also noticed a popping in the front end .so I called them and asked them if by chance could of bumped my front end.the man on the phone raised his voice to me like I was a dog and said are you acuse in me of damaging your van I said no I was asking .(it was normally the air bag light don't come on unless it's Ben in a wreck)he said if someone bump your car that would of told me in a rage. Needles to say l had to pay them Nother 300 along with the 200 first time .to fix the popping .the way he talked to me I'm sure the employee wouldn't tell him if that bumped up my van.and I got no apology either .Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have brought both of my cars here several times and I have to say that I have been consistently pleased with their service. They repair my cars quickly and they are honest and reasonably priced! I love Houston's Auto and I won't take my car elsewhere! You cant go wrong, 10/10 service!

These seemed to be pleasant, nice people, but provided my worst auto shop experience in thirty five years. They charged nearly twice what they estimated the cost to be (over $1,200.00), and yet they did not fix the problem. I returned the vehicle twice but the problem was never resolved. They also damaged my interior, and some in-dash components, which I had to take to another shop for repair. A blue-tooth headset I accidently left in the car also mysteriously disappeared while in their care. I felt ripped-off by this shop to say the least.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Houston's is the only place we'll bring our vehicles. We've used them for over 30 years and have always been pleased. We even followed them from Greenville to Easley because the service just can't be beat. Mike is honest and won't "fix" something that isn't broken. His prices are great and he always tells us the cost before he does the service. We highly recommend Houston's.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Houston's saved the day for me! My car broke down at a busy intersection at lunch time. They picked up it, took it to their shop, & fixed it all within about 4 hours--& for a very reasonable price! Mike was super nice and communicated with me every step of the way. This was my first experience using them, but they just got a repeat customer for life.Thank you so much!!

Doesn't look like much on the outside, but great service. Never sold anything I didn't need.Update - after going to this shop for multiple years, they are the best mechanics you can find in the upstate. Mr. Houston is a pleasure to deal with. The work is always spot on, there is no predatory sales like you find in all of your major chains. I ALWAYS get straight answers from them, none of that maybe you should do this or that. They are upfront and let you know what you need done, and nothing more. They have also "touched up" minor issues they found under my hood with no extra charges. If you want an honest no bs mechanic, this is your place!!

If you own a Mercedes they are not equipped to work on them vehicles had to take it to bimmers and Benz in Simpsonville but overall the owner of Houston Automotive seems to be very nice I would recommend them for the fact that he was upfront open and honest about he couldn't fix my radio in the Mercedes

Friendly, honest, reasonable. They go out of the way to explain auto problem, always drive to assess, clean waiting area w/widow to watch the work. Free coffee. I'm spoiled
