ONLY ONEWAY TO PUT IT IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE BUT Harold's tire...I HAD THEM PUT A SET OF TIRES ON MY CAR TODAY...MARCH 15 2024 AND THEY DAMAGED EVERYONE OF MY WHEELS ALL THE WAY AROUND THE RIMS EDGE PUTTING THE TIRES ON AND TOLD ME IT WAS LIKE THAT...MY WHEELS DID HAVE SOME LIGHT SCUFFS,BUT NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE NOW....LUCKY FOR ME WE HAVE PICTURES MY SON TOOK ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO AGO TO SHOW THEY WASN'T... (GOING TO COURT)...ALSO THE WORKERS AT LESS THE TWO THAT WAS THERE TODAY ARE MOST DEFINITELY ON DOPE....SO BEWARE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AND I WILL POST PICTURES TOMORROW...BETTER OFF GOING TO DISCOUNT TIRE,CAROLINA TIRE,GOODYEAR TIRE OR ROOTS IN EASLEY

I bought my very first set of tires from Harold's Tire in 1975 and have been depending on ahar9lds ever since. Robbie, the owner, honest, knowledgeable, and dependable, as is his staff of mechanics. The staff is awesome. You can't miss with Harold's Tire!!

I went for a front end alignment! First off they did awesome and were so accommodating to my 2 year old who wanted to play with everything! When I left there was a problem with it pulling to the right, I panicked but as it turns out the lane assist just had to catch up! So if you have a newer car and it happens to you, don t panic, I turned it off and back on and all was perfect. However I want to commend how quickly they told me to bring it back so they could fix it when I was panicking about it before I realized! We will definitely be back for other alignments and repairs if needed!

Walked in at 11am, asking if theyhad a set of 4 tires for my car. I was told my tires would be there at 2pm. Came back at 2pm and was out by 3 with a new set of 4 tires. They rotated them and even put on a missing lug nut for no extra charge. Top notch service! At an incredible price!

They did a great job on my rear brakes last fall but I got impatient the next time I needed work done and went down the road because the other shop had faster availability, I ve learned my lesson. The other shop couldn t diagnose the issue and said nothing was wrong, about a week later I take it to Harold s because I m still hearing noises, especially when I hit the brakes. 10 minutes in the garage at Harold s they had a diagnoses and had it all fixed up in 24 hours, never going anywhere else again.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Fast service, budget friendly prices for a gal who needed a quick fix for a really bad tire. Aubri was sweet too on the phone and helping at the front desk. Caught my attention cuz my daughter has the same name.

We had two vehicles serviced/repaired this time. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of services or parts we didn't need, and let us know which services needed to be done now and which ones could be over time. Not many would do that- others would try to get every red cent they could. Super nice folks, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Small, locally owned and operated family business that treats all customers like friends and family. You don't stay in business for as long as they have and don't stay as busy as they do if you aren't good at what you do and good to the customers! Highly recommend!

Had a water pump replaced, and it was still running hot afterwards. The mechanic stayed after closing and so did Rob till they figured it out, of course it was just air pockets like the mechanic thought. I drive from seneca to have them work on my cars, they are the most honest and reliable mechanics around

Very friendly service with reasonable pricesFollow up. Great place to buy tires as well as other mechanical services. Had my front breaks redone and ended up replacing the rotors. Fair price and staff again was super friendly. Even took the time to talk a little Nascar.

Harold s put some tires on my work truck and only had two in stock. I needed 6 tires and an hour later they had all six tires and complete my service. Since then I ve been to Harold s 4 times with different trucks and have two more appointments for my last two trucks to get serviced. These guys are reasonable and do great work. Thanks guys!!!!

My dad told me about this place and I've been to them twice for different things and both times I was treated with much respect and hospitality. They are also cheaper than other places I called. I definitely recommend.

My experience with this company has been A+ ! I ve been doing business with Harold s Tire & Lube for 3 years now.The service is great and always done in a timely manner. There s been a few times I had to stop in at last minute for tire rotation or needed air/ fluid checked and they get right to work. If I needed something ordered they usually get it by next day. Now that s Service !!The staff is so friendly,honest and always willing to help.Great place to do business, hands down!

First off, I want to start by saying I was stranded at a gas station for 2 hours, an hour from my home, waiting for roadside assistance to help change a tire (because I don't have a jack in my car). The owner of this shop stopped (only person to ask if I needed help including 3 sheriffs that had seen me sitting there with my trunk open and spare out). I told him I just needed a jack and he changed it for me. When I made a comment about needing tires, he told me about this shop. I stopped by to get a new one and he helped me with an amazing deal! The owner and staff were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I love an hour from this shop but will no longer take any of my 4 vehicles anywhere else! Took my 04 Toyota Avalon that I purchased in 2019 to Harold's Tire to have my AC checked. They checked freon gave me a call asked what I was having issues with. I told her it wasn't cooling very good. They checked the filter only to find an old chipmunk nest that had been there a while from looks of it. Replaced filter and now my AC freezes me to death. No pressure to purchase anything else. Was informed I would need a timing belt which I already knew about. Thanks so much for the great service I will be back for that timing belt.

I can't brag on this place enough. I've had 2 experiences where I've had something in a tire that I've had to get patched. Other places tried to tell me the tire could not be repaired, but these guys fixed them no problem. It really says a lot in today's world when a business actually does honest work. One of the issues they even told me they could not guarantee it would work but the tire still lasted an additional 2 years after they repaired it until it was completely bald and needed replaced. I couldn't of had a better car experience. Harold's tire explained everything that I needed to know. My alignment was off on all tires and it caused the inner tires to go bald . We just got the car and didn't know much about it so we had them check it out and he managed to work me in that same day because he said the tire could go at any minute do I had them do it and they even worked late to finish it..and the ladies at the desk were very friendly and informativeI will definitely be going back.

Got there and ordered tires for my car because they didn't have the tires for my car and she promised to call me by 4pm when tires get delivered..., thru this day I didn't hear from them if my tires ever arrived or not.... I do not recommend this shop watched some of ppls work there looks like they don't know what they doing I'm mechanic and know what I'm saying.Service: Tires

Could not say enough kind things about these people. They're kind, honest, fair, and cheap, and they know their way around a car. All you could ask for in mechanic. Haven't met a person that works here who isn't competent and courteous. I recommend Harold's all the time to and so does my mom.

These people are awesome! I brought my mower tire in to have it repaired and I was out of there within minutes. Everyone I interacted with was very personable and nice. I highly recommend Harolds and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Incredibly-honest. Won t rip you off like most places. If you re convinced your vehicle needs something & it turns-out not to be the case, they will say-so instead of taking advantage & lining their pockets. This also goes for women & the elderly who are especially vulnerable. Have been using Harold s Tire for nearly 30 years. Reliable, competent, courteous & punctual. They do what they say when they say. If your vehicle needs to be left overnight they lock it inside & the place of-course has an alarm. The owner Robbie is a great guy & Brad especially knows his business. I wouldn t let anyone else touch my truck including the Toyota dealership. I ve made a point instructing my 93 year-old grandmother never to allow anyone else touching her car. This place is truly a diamond in-the-ruff & I feel lucky to have them as my go-to shop.

I am new to Easley and thought I'd give Harold's a try after reading the good reviews. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the actual experience to live up to the hype of the loyal local clients. I'm excited to say that I was proved wrong! Not only did I get a great deal on my tires, but they actually saved me money. I did feel that they were very honest, even going as far to show me the good condition of my brakes when I offered for them to be changed. They showed me my brake pad up close and a new pad, to compare and explained that mine were still in good shape. I feel that a more dishonest place would have done the job (or not) and charged me anyway. I really appreciated this gesture. Also, they were on time for my appointment and got me out of there fast. From now on I will be reccomending Harold's to my friends and family , and I will be bringing my car back!

Harold's is reasonably priced and always does a good job of taking care of his customers. He is one of the most honest people you will find.
