This place is great! I travel 40 minutes to have Tom work on my truck. It's worth the piece of mind knowing I will get a no hassle job done at a very reasonable price. Highly recomended!

Great service at a reasonable rate! Tom was honest from the start and had me back on the road in less than 24hours! Speaks volumes cause no other shop I called was going to have me ready that fast!

Mike is great with knowing how different makes and models run, he recently fixed everything going on with my 2009 Hyundai and there were a lot of things that were going wrong with it. Good price for everything that he found and fixed, including telling me where to call for a tow!

The only place I take my vehicle for maintenance and repair. Tom, Denise and the entire staff are the most diligent and honest. Always giving a more than fair price for parts and service. They've continuously fixed whatever issue is going on with my vehicle and it runs like a charm! I will always support this family owned small business!

We took our car to several different places. Each time we were told it was something different, charged high fees, and left with the same problems. We took it to Easley Auto Clinic because of the reviews. Wow!!! They are in one word amazing! They took such care, time, and precision to ensure that they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! The charge was more than reasonable and we left happier than I have ever left an automotive repair place! Don't take your car anywhere else! We are now customers for life!!

This place was highly recommended by my girlfriend who has used them in the past and has had them do work for her when she needed. Never a problem till recently. Our vehicles been there two weeks and nothing has been done yet. Says waiting on the part,part hasnt shipped. Thats only when they decide to return calls or answer the phone. Its not as if she was a pest calling every day several times a day either. There has been a large lack of communication on their part this go around. Its almost like they are avoiding us. Ive paid over 300.00 to Uber past couple weeks going to work and ba k alone and we still are clueless as to what when where and how we getvour vehicle back. We were quoted a fair enough price and said go ahead and do it. That was 2 weeks ago,very little communication ago and 300.00+ ago. Normally theyve been on point and everythings been top notch but theyve got my girlfriend and myself over a barrell on this one. I know everybody has a bad job on occassion and I would probably reccommend these guysafter its alk said and done buf right now presently Im very disappointedand let down.The avoidance of the phone calls is uncalled for. If you cant fix it just say so and we can move forward from here. NEW REPORT NEW REPORT. Ive meant to do this some time ago but I was WRONG about my review. It took them longer because they didnt feel the jeep needed what they thought was a new computer at firs. They took time to troubleshoot it and found the short and saved me about 600.00. These guys are top notch and I hope this edited review finds people well.

Customer service way worse than walmart. Rude as hell and disrespectful. Five months and nothing was accomplished on our truck. I really hope they remove the sticks from their ass. Who cares about prices when nothing gets done and you get literally walked past for lunch and told "you have to wait an hour, so I can take everything off the truck and get the bill ready." A bill that was said to be worked on for the past two weeks. No way would I recommend this place to my enemies.

This was the first time using them, I am very happy with the service, he was communicative about the cost and preventative maintenance needed up front and worked with my warranty. Easley Auto Clinic is the only place I will take my cars. The staff are very knowledgeable and the work is done quickly and precisely. The cost is more than fair. Easley Auto Clinic usually runs about 20-30% below other shops in the area for the same work. They do not charge any fee to diagnose the problem. This is a family owned business with outstanding ethics and customer service. Everyone that I have referred here to get work done stays here and brings their vehicles back consistently whenever work is needed.
