Honest and Fair all I need. Needed my A/C charged and checked for leaks. Could not find one but told me to come back later and would recheck to see if there is an issue. Good with that.

I was putting air in a very low tire but it was not going to hold. Asked a gentleman while he was pumping gas, "where can I get my tire plugged." "Right up the road, a mile and a half. Ask for Tony. Carolina Automotive." My tire only had two miles of travel left in it. There were customers at the desk and the shop was busy with service work but I was back on the road in an half hour not counting the two minutes to pay a very fair price for that service. I got to my appointment ten minutes early as opposed to not getting there at all. Thanks Tony (and Hope and crew.) P.S. Had good conversations with other customers while waiting. David M.

What a great experience as a first time customer! My break line busted and I had no breaks at 5pm on a Friday. I literally rolled into Carolina Automotive and they were able to diagnose quickly. The manager didn t have a brake line hose in stock and actually drove to Greenville to get one so that I would not be stranded. Thanks so much to the team at Carolina Automotive!!

I was able to get in fairly last minute for this visit. They offer friendly and courteous customer service, fair prices, and I was in and out faster than advised upon my arrival. I completely trust them and will continue to use their services. I highly recommend!

I asked for a quote for front brake replacement via their website at midnight. I was very amazed that I got reply with a reasonable price at 8 AM in the morning.The staffs are very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the services. Highly recommended.

Both my Son and I use Carolina Automotive and we wouldn't consider going elsewhere. They are truly a professional and honest crew who stand behind their work with no exceptions. Finding a automotive business with this high level of service isn't the easiest thing to do. My Son and I intend to stick with this crew for as long we drive automobiles. Sincerely, James

Can t say enough about the awesome work done on my car in an emergency situation traveling from Virginia to Dallas to see my family! Both Tony and Holly were the kindest, sweetest people you ever want to meet! And the work was excellent and done in a short amount of time to get me back on my trip. They even provided a lift to the nearest hotel. I highly recommend using their service for getting your car repairs done!

This might be the friendliest place I ve been. I ran out of gas next to their shop and they put gas in my car free of charge and made sure I got my cranked back up so I could make it to the nearest gas station!!

Tony and his team are top notch. Best mechanics in the upstate. I would know since I have been to BigO, McKinney, Fairway, Benson and Crown which have all done me dirty or broken things "by accident". Carolina Auto is thorough, personably, budget friendly, while still going above and beyond. They have a new lifetime customer after my recent issues from two separate dealerships. They made it right. Thanks again!

These guys are the real deal. I have taken 3 cars to them in the last 6 months. 2 of them had already been repaired...but NOT. Tony and the guys at Carolina has them running great. I learned about Carolina from a friend. Tony was awesome! He explained everything in detail and charged me nothing for a diagnosis. He helped me understand everything clearly and didn t push to move forward with any labor or parts because it wasn t needed. He was happy to check on the issue and make sure I was safe to continue driving. Service was also super quick and efficient! I appreciate their team and have definitely found my new car maintenance place!

My son (James), my husband (Michael) and I, Kittie have always use Carolina Automotive for the Services on our Vehicles Mrs. Simmons is excellent when we need to get worked in for quick Assistance. And Tony Maldonado, Manager, goes above and beyond in working on our vehicles to insure the best quality services. This visit he fixed my son s truck bed cover as it had become stuck and he could not get it to close. Then he had the Oil Changed and Tony Maldonado checked my son s Toyota Tacoma Truck over to make sure there were no other problems. The quality of Services is better and cheaper than any other place, and definitely better than a dealership. We we always use their services.

I just had my alternator replaced at Carolina Automotive and Tony was great from the start, I called yesterday and got an estimate and called back this morning and he said they would be able to do it today and when I brought it they were able to start on it right away and they stuck to the price they gave me and went above and beyond with service, the owner was really nice and the lady that was at the front desk was really sweet and nice too!! I'm so glad that I finally feel like I found a great mechanic that we can depend on to do their job and not be dishonest and complete jobs when they say it will be finished and do it efficiently. They will be my regular mechanics from now on and I will be recommending them to everyone that I can. Thanks again Tony and company for all that you did!!
