Sadly thought this was a place we could trust. Never checked the work they did so problem was not fixed until I brought it to their attention. Payed a lot of money for something he fixed in 5 minutes. Blamed us saying our 20 something said what was broken. Sorry she is not a mechanic! Your mechanic replaced a perfectly good part but you didn t bother to assess the problem and call. Your mechanic your responsibility!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Decent mechanics. Fixed a collapsed lifter in my Sierra. 5000 dollar repair. Worth it considering the cost of a new engine. Service after the bill was paid is where they dropped the ball and lost me as a customer. Brought truck home and noticed a new oil leak. Pretty good leak as a puddle would form everytime I parked it. Too much of a coincidence to not be related to the repair they did. Losing about 2 to 3 quarts in between oil changes. Was told by them that that wasn't really that bad. They did finally look at but didn't think it really had anything to do with their repair. Search continues for a good all around home town shop.

I HAVE BOUGHT A FEW CARS HERE OVER THE YEARS. THEY ARE USED CARS, SO IT IS WHAT IS "USED"...BUT YOU BUY HERE PAY HERE... I HAVE BEEN LATE FOR PAYMENTS BUT COMMUNICATE THAT WITH THEM, AND THEY WORK WITH YOU. THE GUYS IN THE SHOP CAN FIX ANYTHING. SO YOU HAVE A MECHANIC.

I recommend Bradley s, very good mechanics. I had a blown engine and I was ready to give up on the car and they persisted on trusting them to get the warranty to cover it and promised I would have another engine and they delivered on that promise and my car runs great! Great customer service as well, they definitely make you feel welcome!

Great customer service. My husband and I were getting on the road to head home, 600 miles and our car was overheating because our fan wasnt kicking on. Found a blown fuse and had us out in less than an hour. Would go back if I needed work in this area again.

This place does not deserve one star. We were loyal customers for several years. Owners were rude to us many times - one occasion became very sarcastic since I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Seems owners/office help are too busy to care. My advice - go elsewhere !

We purchased a lemon from here and they assured us the car was in good condition. Please get your vehicle checked by someone before purchasing, or purchase a warranty. We made the mistake of trusting them and it cost our family thousands of dollars.

Reliable, honest, and super knowledgeable about all makes and models. I've recommended Bradley's to friends and family as well as using them for our cars. Great local resource for repairs, used cars, routine servicing and tires!

I went and purchased a car from them and right after I bought it I had to start repairing it. I called them and they started saying I should've bought the warranty. I shouldn't have to buy a warranty, they just shouldn't sell junk. I wouldn't advise anyone who wants a good vehicle to go here because you won't get one.

He was a honest mechanic and let you know what was wrong with the cars that he knew. He was pelite and respectful too. It wasn't an act. My son and I will use him again if we need a used car. He is a good man and mechanic.

Don't even bother going here. They are literally too busy trying to keep Family Autos lemons on the road to even walk out to your vehicle, and pop the hood too see what the problem is! The guy running the place told me the only thing he would be interested in doing to my truck would be changing the entire engine! Without even walking out to my truck. Busted Knuckle on 123 changed my fuel pump, and got me back on the Rd the next business day! Bradley's didn't even know when they would have the time to "swap my engine"!

Terry assured me that he could do the work on my car. He then left it stranded at a parking lot for 4 days and then proceeded to tell me that he didn't have time to do the work on my car. It is to big of a job for him to work with right now was his exact words. Thanks for wasting my time and contributing to lost wages and lost time with my children!

Awesome auto shop and family owned. Mechanic work is never overpriced and is always done properly. Beats competitors like Goodyear or Firestone.

By far the most trustworthy automotive repair shop in the Upstate, the owners are honest people and the employee's are very knowledgeable and can fix anything. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs .

Bought a car from here..3 days later had to put over $500.00 out to have head lights fixed.they completely stopped working while we were out driving at night..Come to find out they had been rewired with speaker wire..Now 2 months later the car is sitting..Transmission issues, wheel bearing bad, ..I told this man we are grandparents raising grandkids..needed something very dependable as they have alot of dr appts..I told him this was all the money we had which was $3,100.00..So he sold us a $3,100.00 piece of junk..Now no transportation..Thanks for making our life a little harder..
