I was in the shop. They did their job just fine. Other than for some weird reason. My air conditioner that I went to get fixed. It gets cold one minute and then it gets hot again

Usually stay away from TA but this is by far the best one I've been to clean store friendly staff......just need to rethink that free to paid parking ratio

The fuel Lanes was not working, talk to the clerk finally me and all other drivers had to leave without fuelling.

This is one of those shops that aren't fun while in the process, but the final results are legit. Service advisors are useless and have attitude, you'll also wait forever no matter what. But the techs seem pretty high quality and fixed all the issues I had on my truckUpdate: Turns out they did not fix all the issues in my truck. I would not trust them for any brake inspection or repairs

Amazing customer service, Megan was absolutely wonderful when I spoke with her.She got the work done on my truck very quickly, and I love to see a woman doing a "Man's" job.

I picked up a loaded trailer without a mudflap and a bent bracket and the ABS Brake system was messed up. The shop was swamped with customers around 7 pm and my given appointment was 4 am. They got me in at 8:30 pm and fixed my trailer in no time. They were very knowledgeable and friendly folks. I am very thankful for them.

Went in for the restaurant. The service was very friendly. The food was kind of... Homey. Just got home style cooking. I got the pound of catfish meal and was not disappointed. A trucker friend stopped by on his way through which is why I went and we both left full and happy. Salad bar was simple yet fresh. Definitely going again.Could use some signs to direct car traffic to the proper parking area though.

This is an older truck stop. Was a great place years ago. And yes it does show its age and sign of the times. There is truck parking as usual but a lot of it is reserved. There is a small bobtail parking area wish more stops had this to be honest. The store has is normal selections was clean and stocked. Fuel bays were clean. They have 1 restaurant not open 24hrs closed at 11 I believe it was good food was hot and promptly served. Sky my waitress was friendly and checked on me often so no complaints. The restroom is certainly due for makeover or something it's old was ok not perfect but in there defense was busy at that time. Showers were clean and plenty of hot water. Towels were marginal plenty but one I think was used to clean a floor or grease trap smelled bad did not use it. Parking at restaurant for cars is more than adequate area is lit and trash cans were empty.

The price of reserved parking is up to $17 and the attitude of employees is down to a 2....TA needs to recognize that some of us do spend money here (fuel and food and store)....I fuel at TA and Petro exclusively and do not appreciate the price of parking there are ways to NOT penalize good patrons so as to not lose our business. I can always fuel elsewhere! I think i will fuel somewhere else tomorrow morning as TA didn't want to hear my complaint.

Basic Truck stop with a good diner inside they offer a nice buffet, clean and curious staff. Showers are good not the newest but again they are clean. Plenty of parking for trucks and RVs I did noticed that they have more than usual on the reserved spots area.

Very clean, no free parking after 18:00 though. Driveway not so bad. But think again if your oversized you will have issues getting in and out.

Stopped in for a new set of steer tires and possible wheel seal leak. Super friendly staff, answered all of my questions professionally. Loosing one star though because both the alignment machine and wheel balancer machine were not working.

My trucker has sitting there since 2pm to have a service and inspiration done. They told him it would be about 6pm and here he is still sitting. So I guess their time is up. No business today from my trucker. If Loves had a full service shop the TA would never ever get business from my trucker.

They re a waste of time! Just DO NOT consider coming for any kind of truck service here, PERIOD.I checked in at 3:30 am for tire and drum changes, I m still here, it s almost 1800 right now. Trying to talk to them, forget it, They DON T care!!! God knows how many more hours I ve to wait. It looks like I m gonna wait for third shift techs to come in.

They have the best air hose I've ever used for airing up a semi tire. However they were too busy to repair my tire so I went across the street to Speedco. Air hose is on the side of the shop.

I was late on my pick up. I was set up to go in shop at 08:00 am due to waiting the night before. I ran out of time do if I went in would lose my parking. So I rescheduled but didn't get in until after 09:00am. And I didn't leave until 11:00am, the mechanic that was assigned was ok but took too long to get service...

TA are live saving places, in my opinion, today I had a fantastic breakfast with coffee, the lady was so nice, most of the truck stop they just have fast food, there's day's that I need real food, TA and Petros thanks for keeping the restaurants running

This used to be one of the best TA trk stops in SC, NC GA area. Went to fuel desk to pay for reserved prkg. Got my coupon for drive points, they don't except it. Cash only, ok I ll take a shower, nope, can't either. And there's only certain items you can purchase. So how about we just get ride of pay back card, system all together. There's a new owner here and I've been stopping here for 25 yrs. Back when the hotel was still open. Everyday these " travel centers" they call a trk stop, take and take from us. I'm an OO, sad but I'll be changing my route and spend my fuel $$$ and other $$$ in a truck stop that has the drivers best interest 1st. Sad but slowly this place is going to the pits. Another thing??? How come reserved prkg is $16.00 when there's no one here, and $12.00 when it's busy....??? Hum....well an HR has passed & now I'm having dinner in restaurant. Odered 12oz center cut steak MWell. Steak was cooked medium well. You know there's 2 good ideas for a good business. #1, customer is #1, #2 pay your employees well, and customers will show up and come back. #2, the owner comes 1st, pay for cheap inexperienced employees, customers will show up, leave, & not come back. Y'all headed there. I can't believe a place I've been coming to for 25yrs, is being ruined.

Dirty bathrooms. One other driver caused problems for a few drivers at the fuel pumps, my fiance had to get our fuel card activated with the pump number so we could fuel and after verbally assaulting the driver in the fuel island next to us he came and started verbally attacking my fiance for blocking the fuel lanes when there was 4 other available fuel lanes open. My fiance got into a yelling match with the guy after he came over and started taking pictures of our truck and trying to mess with it. Reported it to the front desk inside and they couldnt seem less concerned with the incident.

Nice place hot showers I honestly can't remember if you have to pay to park or not I think maybe some spots are paid some free hopefully if not I'm sorry

$450 for a single tire, I have small trailerThat I use to pull my skid steer, called to have it replace and guy asked me to pay cash $450 just for the tire not including the installation, even the tire shop next to them was sorprice for the price, such a bad experience. ..

Almost half the truck parking is dropped trailers... guess they don't have much of a policy against dropping trailers..

Not enough parking men walking around at night making you move your truck saying that the parking spot is a reserve spot all the work we do and won't let a tired trucker sleep

Terrible place. Restrooms are nastiest I ever seen in a truck stop. Nasty parking lot as well. Old dirty building too only good thing is a lot of spaces to park.

Nice place but not sure about using and app for ultra one points , kinda hard to get my showers or redeem points via for cash on this plus it's burning my data hmm but nice people. And place

Thai parking TA truck service is always backed up but when they called my number I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a flat tire
