$22 to park? Was $20 not enough? There are holes the size of small cars, so you're not paying for improvements. $14 for a salad that came out of a bag? Are you trying to lose every bit of goodwill drivers may have left for you? You're taking advantage of us and offering little in return. If I had enough time on my clock, I'd leave your parking lot like I did your garbage restaurant. I'm a Capitalist through and through, but scalping your customers while offering little value is a sure path to bankruptcy. I have nothing but resentment for TA after this experience.

This pic was taken on 10/25/23 .I paid for parking on 10/24/23 but I when I got there the spots were filled up with people that had not paid. The security did his best to make me a parking spot. The staff were so apologetic and they refunded me. The staff and manager even agreed it would be so much easier if the spots were numbered and when you reserve you get an assigned number that way they can easily identify the non payers and make them move. I rated 5 stars because of how courteous and friendly the staff were to me. I hope corporate see this please make it much easier on your staff because they are really good people and you guys are really losing money the way your system is set up now.

This is the worst truck stop ever. The reason is one employee who runs around the truck like a mad dog and scares the police with those drivers who, in his opinion, parked incorrectly. If the panic is unsuccessful, he asks for $10 in cash and allegedly turns a blind eye. He commits such inappropriate acts late at night, knowing that the truck driver will not find space in other parking lots and will have difficulty finding it. He is black and wears a uniform very similar to that of a police officer. This happened today, April 7, 2024. If the manager of this parking lot is not in the know, although it seems to me that he knows about the extortion, then this cop is working with him in his share, this smart guy is being too arrogant.This incident is not the first time this has happened to me. I just can't take it anymore. ....................................................................................I have no desire to share my personal data with you. The easiest way for me is to drive around you. By the way, after kicked out me away, thanks mr " cop", I had to look for a parking spot for a long time, but you need to understand that after 7 pm it is already difficult to find anything to stop for the night. I am now looking for a connection with your high authorities. You should be ashamed that you are taking away the right of choice from drivers .....................................................................................I would also like to add that this cop asked me, to put it mildly, to leave the parking lot, firstly, he did not offer an alternative, and secondly, I stood in the wrong place for more than a day, I had a reset , I no one bothered, but the next day in the evening this guy appeared and said that he would call the police and DOT. The question is, does your company have such instructions to scare drivers? Finally, explain to the guy that the police and DOT are not in charge of kicking drivers out of truck stops.

It was a peaceful 34-hour reset. Got laundry done while hubby played a few rounds of billiards. The restaurant was good and the waitresses very nice. There are a bunch of fast food within walking distance. Good areas to walk dogs.

I paid for reserved parking to avoid the exact situation that occurred at this location. I received an OBNOXIOUS knock on my truck s door in the middle of the night. The over zealous gentleman proceeds to yell in a condescending manner advising me that if I would ve put the ticket on my windshield, that this would have been avoided. Why didn t his unpleasant a** print out the paid parking like all of the other locations???!!! There s plenty of trucks parked in made up spaces but they are unbothered?? Make it make sense!!!

The parking is mostly reserved and the free parking is not only limited, it s far from the showers. There is a Amazon drop box if you order anything online , you can pick it up right in front of the entrance. The showers where clean, but tiny. The water pressure was good and it was hot. It will be hard to move around in the shower with touching a wall. GL

Very busy truck stop. Beware of scammer in parking lot trying to sell you some real gold jewelry and giving you a pity story. We were able to get a decent paid spot though and go in for a nice dinner at Country Pride. The inside of the store was just ok, and employees we encountered were not very pleasant. However, I m leaving a 4 star because of our experience at Country Pride. Our waitress was very pleasant and took great care of us. The food was also hot and delicious too.

I put my truck in the shop and the mechanic used a pry tool to open my leveling valve and reconnect it. Took under 5 min and stated I needed a new leveling valve and could get one on Tuesday. Mind you today is Friday. Charged me $64.92 for visual. I needed to pay to get my truck out of the shop. This location is a big scam and I did call corporate. If you want honest work at an honest price, go elsewhere.

Why don't these truck stops turn on the credit card readers at the pump for non-truckers? I'm in a 60' RV, so I have to use the trucker pumps. I have to go inside, estimate and pre-pay a fill up. They say that any overpayment goes.sraight back to the card. That is not true!!! Just turn on the card reader!!!! So stupid!!

I been driving for over 22 years and TA was the best truck stop around the country. Like i said "was" not anymore 75 to 80% pay parking in all of them, restaurants are been closed down in a lot of them and even the shower are in bad shape. I really don't understand how a business so big can give such of poor quality of service to their long-term customers. What a shame.

This is easily the most outstanding Shop crew I have ever dealt with. Jenni definitely deserves a raise, she was super knowledgeable, very personable and overall just a super associate. The tech that worked on my tire was fast but not neglectful. 10/10 def recommend this shop for any of your needs.

This place is the worst. Barely any parking save the 40 spots reserve for truck who aren't in the TA yet. So where truckers supposed to park when there time runs out from driving ? Where do they go and what drivers supposed to do be in violation coz of no parking. Then you want someone to pay for parking that we as drivers supply your business with goods ? Please stop the nonsense

Plenty of parking if you don't mind paying. The free strip is in the back and it fills up early. The store is relatively clean inside and the employees are kind, but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. You'd be better off in the woods.

Another TA with 75% of the parking as paid spots. Even with that, the parking lot is pot hole riddled and built on a hill, so be prepared to sleep on an angle. Abandoned cars, people living in their cars, employees smoking dope in their cars This is why Loves is thriving and building new truck stops everywhere and TA/Petro is stagnant. It s sad really

The last review for dinner was over 3 mo ago. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I was left sitting for my dinner a 1:40 min. The last 20 was just to watch my chef salad get cooked under heat lamps. The other1:20 minutes was waiting for a glass of water and to place my order. I waited my turn per the waitress request. I sat in a booth by the corner. I could hear the waitress complaining about her tips across the restaurant. She served hot food to 3 people that came in after me while my salad just kept cooking in the window. I finally got up and walked out.

I am a truck driver, and the fact they do not enforce any type of security for their parking is sad. I pay for my parking tickets 7-12 hours in advance so I make sure I have a spot and at most other TA s or Petro s there is no issue. The fact I was told there is nothing they can do, is sad. If I knew I d be making myself a spot I would not have paid the $22 for reserve parking.

I've stopped in a couple of evenings to shower. Cheyenne, at the counter, is a wonderfully kind soul. Always friendly and extremely helpfull, you are fortunate to have her.Cody, has the toughest job in the building. It is his responsibility to clean up after everyone who showers and launder the towels, multiple times per shift. He performs an exemplary job, every time in every shower that I have used.Therefore, you've two employees, whom I hope that you'll take very good care of. For to find people of their caliber, is akin to finding the proverbial "Needle in a Haystack".

Horrible service, facilities, and employees. Besides that, they're rude and hostile towards the truck drivers, be it the day or night shift. And the truck parking lot is filled with holes. You would think that with the $22 they charge for the reserved parking space, all the holes in the parking lot would be fixed, but that's not the case.

If you want to change the oil, you can t turn on any faulty lights! Otherwise, they will force you to pay $126 to read the fault code. First time hear that in my 8years trucker life!Don t thinking about just pay for the oil change and u can leave, they have many excuses to rob you

My review is about the service, more specifically the mechanic who performed the work on my rear axle wheel seal. Though my repair was catastrophic, an axle surgeon was needed. The mechanic, "Jerred," is possibly the most professional TA mechanic I've encountered in 16 years OTR. He is very knowledgeable and does his work like a knowledgeable professional. The service department needs a better service manager, and he should be lucky to have Jerred in the shop. In addition, the service manager needs to be educated on the definition of "compromise" and an "ultimatum."

Avoid this place with all cost. the shop is a joke they charge you for not doing their job. If they can t or not capable of doing the repair you requested they will still charge you. They not honest.

Avoid this service department at all costsThey have no respect for drivers and there time. Waited 5 hours so they could tell me they didn't have the air fitting I needed put on. Sat there and watched 1 guy repair 1 tire and replace 1 tire in 4.5 hours. A second guy put grease on a 5th wheel in 4.5 hours. Don't waste your time with these disrespectful lazy part changers

This is a well-managed TA truck stop. I stopped to have a freon leak in my Freightliner A/C fixed, and didn't have to wait long for the condenser to be swapped out. They had the part and the tech on staff and plenty of bays. I had dinner in their Country Pride restaurant and it was terrific. I'm glad the pandemic restrictions have started lifting and drivers can get back into restaurants again, and so local folks can do the great job providing the services that they do, especially at this TA.

Very understaffed in the restaurant. Not the employees fault. But to have one waitress for dinner is pretty bad. I waited over an hour for eggs, toast and bacon. There was 11 people inside sitting. Some hadn't been helped yet. The one waitress that was working, I couldn't get her name but she was very good at her job. She's the only reason this place is getting any stars from me. The rest of the place is a joke

The restaurant experience was great, the food is delicious, I'd give it five start but out of the 187 parking spots only 20 are none reserved, and I got there at 4pm after topping off my tanks with over $1,000 I was hoping I'd get a free parking spot, but unfortunately I had to turn around and park across the street at pilot.

If you're gonna park here for the day, get here early. Most of the parking spots are reserved. On the upside, it is a decently sized yard.

Typical runned down taBut what makes it different for me is the people here the people are wonderful Killer restaurant killer food and they actually enforce their reserve parking hereDo not expect free parking it fills up fast but if you reserve a parking spot here you're guaranteed to get it.Security guard is a very nice guyPay for the parking hang up your receipt and call everything goodYou don't expect the dreaded knock of doom
