I needed a bearing pressed onto a hub in a knuckle.... they over pressed the bearing and left deep scratch marks on hub... Then said I ordered wrong parts. Ended up buying a whole new assembly already pressed from online. These guys don't know how to pull old bearings off and how to press new ones ON. I would avoid this shop.

These are great folks to work with, they look at for their customers.Dallas and Scott have made this the best place for tires and auto repairs in the Duncan area.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Sims has worked on all of my family's cars since moving to Duncan, every experience has been a great one. They are honest, up-front and very great with prices. The service is incredible. It's very difficult to find decent shops as a woman, but I have no hesitation going to Sims. These guys are awesome

These guys are great, I took in my work van so they could look at the front end after numerous shops said there was nothing wrong with it. Well there was and they got us fixed up! We also brought in another work truck and they got that fixed up as well! We'll be bringing our entire fleet in for services and our personal vehicles! These guys are great!

Dallas, Scott, Kenneth and the rest of the professional staff at Sims Tire always do a great job in trouble shooting and resolving complex automotive issues. They have helped me for over two decades and have always found them to be fair and honest! Great shop....Great guys!!!

After going thru a dealership and having a bad experience I decided to call sims. The quotes on my tires and alignment were outstanding and almost 300 dollars less than the quote from.the dealership. Got four new tires and an alignment, quick service, friendly and explained things to my understanding. I will be returning for a brake job soon also at a great price. Definitely would send family and friends.

Amazing job by Sims on my Optima, I never knew squirrels were demons that will chew threw ALL your electrical work just to make a cozy nest. They kept cost down, and stayed in contact with me every step of the way, great customer service and quick!

Called needing new tires after getting a flat. They are very close by so I decided to give them a shot. My tires were not in stock, but they had them in by the next morning and took care of me quickly. Competitive pricing on the tires and they were very friendly. Will continue to give them my business.

I was stuck on the side of the road and had to call around to at least 10 places that were rude or either didn t have the tire I needed and also over priced but I gave sims a call they were so professional and helpful and affordable! Long story short I limped to sims (sorry if you were behind me yesterday lol) they were quick to get me back on the road and the employee who served me also greased my wheel hub on my trailer! I d highly recommend this shop!

Great service! Other places were unable to fix our car, or were charging an arm and leg. Sims got it done in 2 days and under $300! Thank you so much!

Amazing bunch of folks. My friend and I were sent there from another place who did not have the tech to check ABS. So we get there and ask for Scott (as per the reference) and explain the issue. What my friend and I were concerned was a costly repair and were prepared to leave his truck there and it turned out to be resolved on the spot by Scott. Never visited them before - but have definitely won me over.

I have been to Sims 3 times, and each time the service has been excellent. They tell me what I need, and don't try to sell me anything I don't. They are courteous and very efficient. I have already recommended them to some of my friends, and I will return to Sims for anything else that I need done to my car. Thank you to everyone that works at Sims for the great work you do.

I was told it was better to make an appointment so they have time to get to my vehicle. I made an appointment, 45 min later they brought it in for an oil change. Total time waiting for my vehicle was 1.5 hours. For an oil change? Really. Also I made 2 appointments, 1 for each vehicle. The crossed out my second appointment, and scheduled a different customer then said " I thought you just changed times". Guess I'll be looking for a different out change place that respects the time of their customers.

I had an Issue with my brakes which I thought was my ABS on my Toyota 4Runner. I was told to ask for Dallas and when I saw Mr Dallas face I recognized who he was. The issue was told to him and he new right away that it wasn't the ABS. He took off the tire to find that one of the bolts from the Caliper/Brake had come off and that was the issue. Mr Dallas found a extra bolt and tightened everything back up and didn't charge me nothing. My friend said WOW! This place has truly impressed him and he will come here for his car needs. Mr Dallas thanks again for this morning and I was able to get to work. Like my friend said I to will come to Sims for my car needs. I speak a blessings over your business with an overflowing of customers in Jesus Name.

I usually do all my own auto work myself. However, I had shoulder surgery and was unable to complete my own maintenance. I had a cracked exhaust manifold that needed replacing. I had the part, and the new catalytic convertor and O2 sensors, but was unable to do the project. i contacted Dallas at Sims, he gave me a very fair price and did an exceptional job. i am usually very leary with other mechanics, but I am glad I found someone to trust. Oh, BTW, I never write reviews, but felt with the level of service I got they deserve being mentioned...... Dallas, thanks again...... Johnny

Well. I called there about getting 2 front tires. Had a blow out about 4 miles from there. About an hour before they closed The person that answered the phone asked if he could call me back in 2 minutes. Now I know its late in the day and all these places close about 6 or 7 but the point is he never called me back. After the 2 minutes I started calling other places all of them farther away. Thankfully NTN was open and ready to do business. But these fools didn't give two sh#ts about me so. I'll never call them again.

Awesome service,local home town honesty,respects veterans and handicapped seniors.Must use by all seniors and handicapped citizensof any age.Helped last year git a tire for a homeless veteran.Their simple action will never be forgotten by all veterans and their kin.God Bless.Continue to do small acts of kindness in a world of total fear.You are a beacon of hope for this city and surrounding areas.

Went there to see why my battery keeps on dieing the guy said I needed a alternator i got the alternator from auto zone put it on after he charges me $200 there was nothing wrong with my alternator it was just the thermal I'm 65 years old then all my change in my car just disappeared to steal from a old lady and my husband just passed away thinking you can trust people to find out it was the thermal that needed to be tighten cause they wanted to keep my battery and my grandson said to take it and get it tested at autozone and it perfect the in autozone even check my alternator and told me it was good

We called after a blowout on the interstate. They identified a towing service that was reasonably priced and timely. After getting the car to Sims, they gave us a ride to a local restaurant, and had the tire replaced by the time we returned. Couldn't have been more friendly and professional.
