The manager was very rude(Dennis), they are not solution oriented. They blocked my vehicle , I waited 2 hours to pick it up. He threatened to kick me out even though I behaved like a friendly.

This establishment is a complete trap. They lure you in with quick check-ins, but once they start examining your truck, you're in trouble. After two weeks of constant calls, they begin avoiding my inquiries. And when they do answer, it's just a bunch of excuses and claims that more work is needed. They are incredibly slow and seem solely focused on extracting more money from you. I strongly urge you to steer clear of this place, especially since they took a staggering four months to complete an overhaul. The quality of their work is abysmal, missing screws and misaligned components. Additionally, there's a noticeable Jake brake vibration issue. To make matters worse, my bill amounted to over $34,000. They shamelessly took advantage of me, so do not give them the opportunity to do the same to you.

Worst truck I have ever driven!!!!28 years of driving and by far this is one piece of garbage!New and it sux, drivers seat is constantly going up and down, it s a distraction!!!!cuts off the circulation in both legs! Makes my back hurt! When backing up it speeds up! Bearly touch the break it stops completely! Backs up at a high speed!!!It s all over the road, constantly fighting to keep it in my lane!Send it back to Mexico! It ain t worth the plastic it s made of!No wonder swift crashes so often!

I had my own truck before & I took my truck to this place. When they change exhaust part - one of the bolts on the engine head- broke. They drill it out broken bolt dipper thel it's should be , and made new threads for new bolt.I pull the first load after I took my truck from them & I found that antifreeze begin to sell so I had to stop every couple hours and add antifreeze to the proper level.I could not return home because I didn't want to take the risk, I had to fix my truck on the road and I had to pay for new engine head , head gasket and all other parts and labor over- $20,000. When guys took engine head ,they showed me a big crack on the head causing from the temperature when engine became hot after I left this shop. And I got into debts because of them . I had to sell my truck ,trailer, motorcycle and work for another few years to pay my debts., thanks this people at Selby Volvo Dealer.

Stay away from this place! I took my truck to the Duncan branch about a month ago for a check engine light. They diagnosed it and said it needed a def doser. $2100 later the repair was done and I went on my way. My check engine light came on again soon after with the same code. Even though it was misdiagnosed the first time they charged me another $615 for diagnostics on an issue that should have been fixed right to begin with. This time they said it is the scr box even though it was tested before and was supposedly fine. Spoke with the owner and she wouldn't do anything to help me at all. Very unprofessional employees and customer service is terrible. I will never bring my truck back here again.

Will gave them 10 stars, very professional guys work there, excellent customer service, I am a professional driver from Canada, from Qu�bec, I got � major problem with my driver window, they set it in less than 2 hours, recommandation to use Sealy Truck Center . GREAT Job

Awesome customer service experience when I dropped off my truck. I have to retract the previous rating from a 5 star to a 1 star because what I went through having 14 days off with no pay because of Volvo and Shealy truck center Letting a truck driver sit for that long with no communication and giving excuses with zero customer service. This is a warning to all my fellow truckers beware of this place if you need warranty work done they will keep you waiting.

They had my truck for almost a month mainly replacing my drive shaft. As most places they are out to find whatever they can to add charges up. Although Brittany is very pleasant she is not all that on top of communicating what's going on. And the other lady I believe her name is Ashley but I could be wrong, she blatantly rolled her eyes at me when I asked to separate what i paid for in cash and what came out my escrow account. Idk if she cared if I saw her or not but obviously not. Bottom line is the technicians seem very knowledgeable and know what they're doing on the other hand customer service could use some improvements. And they'll rack up charges quickly just as any other place. But hey when u break down 4 hours from home what else choice do you have right? Best of luck.

Nice people. Very busy so repairs take forever. They will get you in with a ok tech then when he can't find the problem they will charge you for his time and put you in line for the #1 guy and you'll wait some more. Then they will charge you for his time but the truck will be repaired. So they are very good, I just wish there was a way to shorten the down time and eliminate the first guy!

I been on hold for 10 minutes with apart department ,finally they picking up, or no ,they hang up on me. Accidently , no this is not a first time they trying customer are they patient or notThis is my guess.

I own a 2020 Mack anthem. Been in the shop 12 times. This time at 187270 spun a push rod bearing and had to replace the engine block. Took 35 day for them to do this! I picked up truck drove 1 mile and engine light came on. They replaced a sensor. Drove 4 miles an engine light came on again. Now here I am waiting for technician to look at my truck. (Who will probably say it s a sensor)!!!!! I have figured out that is Mack s go to remedy,it is a sensor!!!! Form your own opinion? But I think your best bet it s not buy a Mack truck.I ve only had problems. I now call my truck. THE LEMON!

I want to share my experience and post my thanks to Erin Walton and "Eddie" over at Shealy Truck Center Service. My truck was brought in for repairs, during the entire process I was updated on the progress by Erin who was in contact with the technicians and relaying their findings and progress, at no time did anything proceed without my authorization. When I picked up the truck I requested to have some time with the technician who did the work on the power inverter and got with Eddie who explained in detail the service. A huge relief knowing that there are folks like these I can rely on to provide the service & support for my business.

they don't know what they doing, you call for update, they will make up stories, one mechanic will tell you one thing the other will tell the other thing, they just guessing the status.... and so on. few times fixing here, just a time waster

Great parts experience today. They were cheaper than Vanguard in Atlanta and 40 minutes closer to my home base. Chrissy did a great job looking up and cross referencing all the different parts I needed. Friendly people.

As the owner of a truck garage it's nice to be able to order parts and the guy working the counter know exactly what we are needing. You get that with Jerry. We have worked with him for years. Extremely high prices if compared with other Volvo locations. Not enough employees in parts department always a big line of costumers. Spend a 20 min. in waiting line to purchase a part.

Had a few issues with my repairs but the service dept cleared them up in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way again. If I'm in the area again I'll surely stop if my truck needs repairs. The 2nd shift foreman even took me to get dinner and dropped my off at my hotel on his lunch break! Even though I had the issues i did that's why I gave it 5 stars!

I'm new to the trucking business, having worked laterally with similar applications, I still felt a little intimidated dealing with repairs and parts I didn't know enough about. After meeting Kendall Dye, the Aftermarket Account Manager, I found that I needn't have to worry. He patiently works with me on pricing and often eliminates the middle man to help expedite the services that my shop needs. Usually, after you purchase the unit, warranties and the rest are a quagmire, but not with Kendall. As a customer, I never feel disregarded or second and I would strongly recommend purchases/services with Shealy Truck Center.

Had 2 front Drives wheel seal leak, but mechanic replaced Steer tire wheel seal instead and i had to pay for it. Afterwards they replaced the correct wheel seal on drives but never washed off the oil on rim and tire which isnt good for a DOT level 1 inspection. I got the truck back at the end of day and after paying i went to the truck and started it and abs and traction control light went on so will have to waste time and $ to get their mistake fixed.

Very bad experience. My truck was sitting in their shop for 2 weeks without even been touched. Everyday they were telling the truck will be ready today, then tomorrow and after 2 weeks i had to go and pick it up myself and took it to another dealer where they fix it in 1 day

They have an awesome team at Shealy Truck Center. Excellent customer service! It took them almost two week's to to do a transmission swap. Other driver's were telling me that they had been waiting four hour's for a PM service, while there trucks were in the shop. As soon.as they finally finished the transmission swap, instead of going on a test driver, or giving me any paperwork, they ALL went to lunch for two hours. I will never come back here again!!!

Great service, OK prices. Biggest problem I have is that they charged us so much for diagnostics even though the error codes in the truck say exactly what it is. Any one with Google and/or an owners manual can tell you that. Wouldn't have been so bad if after hooking it up to the machine they said "Yup, you're right it's the ---". What a waste of 300 dollars right there.

It never fails that every time I go there, no one in the parts department is at the counter and they literally have no parts in stock (unless you want to pay double for an aluminum wheel). Without a doubt the worst customer service of any truck dealership I've ever been to.

I can't imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars! Every time I've been here they've gotten my 2007 Volvo right in and fixed it correctly at a reasonable rate, which, in my 25 years, is quite rare. I cannot give these people enough plaudits....from Brittany to Joe. I wish I could add a few stars.
