Engine runs like brand new! Best place for Honda parts! Thanks LKQ You guys have it together! I will be purchasing a second engine from them really soon for another Honda! Even the tech who performed the engine swap has got his people turned on to LKQ for their parts!

Standing in your lobby with a pocket full of money to buy a shifter and console for a Mustang. The shifter they brought out was garbage and the girl showed one (console and shifter on her computer, but it hadn't been pulled yet. I asked if I could see it before buying it and she just got difficult with me saying "they " probably wouldn't let me in the yard. I told her I'm here to buy it but need to make sure it's what I need and the condition was good. She obviously didn't want to work with me so LKQ can keep their parts. Nobody will ever buy that shifter or console so you just threw a couple hundred bucks out the window.

ulcerative in this company, I needed a mirror on the corner of the door, I specify the color twice, they say that there is black and you can come pick it up, I come and they say there is only red, I will no longer use this company of deceivers

I'm going to give him five stars because the girl at the front counter was at the mercy of the people that were picking the parts. She was awesome she did her best to work out the issue of the visor that we were going to buy being the wrong color. We took one but it was just a shade of gray off. We needed a dark charcoal gray. She was awesome, she needs a raise. You can't always help the people that you work around being turkeys!

The price was fantastic. The sales rep was friendly. If only they would tell you when you order on the phone that they close for an hour at lunch---from 12 to 1pm. Because when you go there on your lunch, they are not open. And then, you are late.

I hate to deal with this place. I own a bodyshop and only use them as a last resort. I called a day ahead and was told the part I needed was off and ready to pick up, drove from Easley to pick it up and was told it would be ready the next day. I told the counter guy I and called and was told it would be ready today and he said no it would be tomorrow. 2hr. waste of my time. Next time I will order factory parts and eat the difference before using these people. The short, chubby guy Tyler who works the counter needs to learn some people skills, he has the personality of a grain of sand.

Prices are comparable to what you d find on eBay. I bought an AC compressor which didn t have so much as a shop rag to plug the ports, which is both ignorant and frustrating. If I come back with a fouled compressor within their warranty they re the ones out cash because of carelessness. Also stay keen to their math on the core charges and what-not. Anyhow, typical used parts shop. You ll likely leave satisfied enough if you don t expect a smile and platonic pat on the rear as you leave.

One of the worst I've ever had to work with! It does matter if I talk to someone local or from a call center. When I ordered a part, I was told "we don't know when it will get here, we have no way of tracking it. it will be some time Monday" So I called Monday to see when I would get the part, was told "hold on I'll check the GPS... it will be there by 10:30" it never showed up, I called back at 12:00 was on hold for over 10 mins and disconnected then call back and told "the only way to find out is to call the drive, I don't know why they told you they could check the GPS, I ll call the driver and let you know" on hold for 7 mins and was disconnected again, called back again, held for 9 more mins. He said he would have to email the dispatcher and call me back when he heard from them. I was lied to from just about everyone there, one of them might have been telling the truth, but I have no way of knowing. I have spent more time on hold then speaking to someone and still don't know when I'll get the part. This is not the first time stuff like this has happened. Major lack of communication issue, and major training and staffing issue, all of that starts with management. I will go out of my way before I ever buy anything from A&R/LKQ again.

Called and said they had part on shelf once arrived they needed to order it. Never got a call that part no longer was available nor came in. Not great on customer service!

A motor was purchased 3,000 miles ago. The engine was 1.5 quarts low when the engine started knocking. Their "adjuster" said it was low even though it registered on the stick. We asked for an independent adjuster to look at it at our expense but they refused stating it would not matter. We requested to speak with the manager of the location and the employee said it would not matter. The company is such a large company it shocks me how terrible the service can be.

Pay about as much as new can find cheaper online and wore out parts you can buy a new online cheaper or go up to the red light and take a left and there is a place on the right that is cheaper I think owned by the same place but you do not have to work out in the sun with nothing

Got on alert system for when vehicles get released into yard. Received alert on 2 jeep wranglers I was watching at 8:30 am. Within 15 minutes, i was there only to find they had been totally stripped of all parts including their wheels, tops, radios and doors. You have to pay entry fee to even look?? I asked how they had ended up stripped. They stated that some people stay in parking lot all night (what??) If they did, how did they know these two jeeps would be released that morning?? I do have the app and live 5 minutes from lkq. I will not be returning as I'm sure some of their favorites had early entry or knew from one of their buddies that they were releasing them.

I ordered two car seats they came in dirty with mud on it. One seat won't move back and forth. That same seat the airbag was deployed.

Ordered used parts for my vehicle from Alabama and the part arrived the next day which was before expected date!! Pretty awesome. Very accessible parking and great help

Very bad customer service. They don't maintain an accurate inventory. They want you to drive to a location to see if the part you need is there. They cant even tell you something as basic as interior color. And will not let you talk to the actual location on the phone.

Ordered a key fob slot my Acura but when part arrived it was wrong. Fortunately the sales rep corrected the error by apologizing and ordering the correct part immediately. Thanks

Great place to get used auto parts. Sometimes the staff isn t very friendly, no nonsense. They are able to have parts shipped in from other locations.

Terrible service! I came 3 times for pickup and the office was closed, I called before come to make sure it was open, and the answer was always yes! Disgusting, because we can see the people inside talking and anyone can do the job right!

Slow never have the parts you need at their store for whatever reason they have 100s of cars sitting there but any and every part I have been there to get had to be ordered and shipped to the store

We ordered a seat to replace a powered 6-way leather front passenger seat in a 2007 Ford Expedition. What came in wasn't even close. To add insult to injury, we had to call back a week later to request a refund. It was a HUGE waste of time since we had to drive from Columbia to Duncan for a seat that obviously was not what we ordered.The rep could have told us over the phone, the seat that came in wasn't what we ordered.

I own a local car dealership "Signature Automotive and LKQ always saves us money, due to the volume of business they provide sometimes you may have to wait a couple of days for the part to come in HOWEVER ITS ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT
