My daughter and I went in today to get a bulb for the tail light. I had no idea what kind of light and had no idea how I would get it put in. The manager Leslie went above and beyond. She found the right light and she put it in for me. The entire time she talked and laughed with us and it made me feel very welcomed and cared about. I truly appreciate that! From here on out it will be AutoZone for us.

Came in here tonight, it was close to closing, I do understand that, but I was on a road trip with My 5 children, my car started acting up, I pulled into here and asked a question, the polite young man wasn't sure about my question and needed to ask the manager, who was with another customer, I waited, I could see the "manager" was already irriated, I walked outside to take another look under my car while he finished with the his customer, so when I seen the other customer was finished I get out from under my car and HE TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF, walked out, without saying a word, locked the door, got in his car and SPED off, I had a simple question and just needed guidance, and he left a mom in a minivan with 5 CHILDREN, sitting in the dark. I am still in disbelief about it. Don't waster your time with this RUDE man, go on to the next auto store you can find.

This man hung up on me! Apparently two minutes on phone was too much of his time. If I'm going to spend $200 at your store, three or four minutes on phone shouldn't be a problem. And it shouldn't be a problem if I want to be certain that I'm actually going to purchase what I'm calling about. It's why we call first. (Sat Nov 25 @ 1:10pm)

I had to pick up High Quality Oil, Transmission Fluid and Rain X bug removal Fluid. This shop is located off of Main Street in Duncan,SC across from Ingles. They always have what you need and the Staff are very helpful and Friendly.This is where I chose to get all my Vehicles Maintenance. Plus if they don't have what you need they can order the part and it only takes hours to show up.

Ronnie saved my day! After a horrrrrible day at work literally 2 min. From home at a very busy 4 way stop.... car died. 3 of the most awesome people ever stopped to help me and got me to auto zone. Ronnie immediately cane out saw the problem, fixed it, still tested the battery etc... and I was good to go!!! (In literally 5 min tops) Now if Ronnie could fix GFL waste mgmt. Got home they didn't pick up my trash hahahaha without this blessing of the 3 men and Ronnie at Auto Zone I would hv had a severe tantrum and cursed out gfl but...... I decided to pray and be thankful for what I did get today instead. Woohoo! Thank you!!!!!!

I am so incredibly impressed with AutoZone! And especially with their employee, Wayne! Incredible customer service and price. I had gone to advanced auto first and they had NO clue about my situation and I went to AutoZone and they immediately knew what to do and had the best price and handled it immediately. I won t be going anywhere else but here from now on! Highly recommend! And ask for Wayne and tell him Teresa sent you! Lol

Great customer service. After initially not finding the part I needed to finish my project (lower radiator hose for 72 truck), salesman walked over to the store next door to let me know he found it. Went back made the purchase and finished the job. Thanks to the folks at Auto Zone in Duncan, SC.

Had a problem with my headlights. I previously went to another truck stop and they couldn't help. So I decided to go to the AutoZone down the road. An employee named Wayne came out in 90 degree heat and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you very much kind Sir. You're awesome.

New to Duncan area and I prefer it to Advance. They have always taken care of me. A certain gentleman there wish I remembered his name went above and beyond for me a couple times on some installations and other help. Not sure if he's still there I believe he was one of the managers but they had him with some other employees that were not quite up to snuff with him but they still tried there best. Clean and courteous.

Went in to exchange a water pump and the boy running the register argued that he could not swap it out bc it would be a loss for that store. Originally purchased at Greer location but live close to Duncan. Receipt said exchange at any autozone. After i drove to Greer they swapped it no questions asked. Also, had original Receipt showing lifetime warranty. Will not shop at Duncan store for anything rude kids running store.

I get all my car parts and car cleaning stuff from this auto zone. But then went to get the battery change last month the employe behind the register was rude when i told him to help me change the battery he was get upset and was being rude. He did change the battery but the customer service was the worse. I was going to get my battery change at sam's. club but i did't because whenever i went to this location i got the best customer service. But after this experience i will definitely be going to choose company.

Very helpful personnel. Rumor has it AutoZone will be dropping the tool loan/purchase program. That's not a good idea. I've often bought stuff on the shelf coming in for a tool that I wouldn't have otherwise bought.

The AutoZone in Duncan is awesome. From the time my son & I walked up, two of the employees immediately spoke & offered help. Kyle was simply outstanding! I needed help with 3 things (battery mount, battery corrosion rings & 2 panel retainers to keep my battery cover in place). Kyle wouldn't stop until everything fit snug. Definitely 5 stars for Kyle's awesome service & he was super friendly.

My visit was quick. Battery in 2016 Honda shorted. They had one installed on 10 minutes. I like to do business with them. For about 40 years or however long they have been around.

If you want poor customer service then this is your place.......I recommend not shopping here. Why should we put up with employees that get paid to help you but don't and they are rude...

Stopped in Lauren SC with check engine light. Neither Advance or O Reilly would help me. Called Autozone. They had a code reader that worked well and identified a non critical problem. Thanks Autozone!! Good Job!! Would have saved an hour if I went there first.

I as a female alway feel intimidated going into car related places.After visiting 3 other car places looking for a part with no help and extreme rudeness I came to this autozone. They were helpful when I called and when I came to pick up the part. Highly recommended this location for your car needs.

Kyle assisted me very well . Quick and courteous service
