Called about an air door actuator that is $28.99 brand new at O'Reilly's or $18.99 on Amazon (same exact dorman part) was quoted $50 for a used part, wouldn't pull it if it was more than a 20 minute job, won't work in the rain, told him the brand new part is only $29 at O'Reilly's. He said well that's what you should do then and hung up. Guy is a crook looking to overcharge for used parts with no guarantee they work. Better off going to grand strand pick n pull.Response. Where am I not telling the truth? I never said your parts are on a shelf, in fact you acknowledged as much by saying they won't pull it in the rain. Your response shows you are truly a jerk. I didn't ask anyone to work for free but why would I pay you twice as much as a new part from the auto parts store. Who cares about other reviews. You are a crook and a jerk and I went to grand strand and pulled it myself. I live in latta and you are.much closer but after my experience and your response it's clear you are a crook a jerk and will never get my business. Calling me a liar than acknowledging I didn't lie is hilarious...people deserve to know what a jerk you are and that you price gouge parts

Rick, Rosemary, Roy, Jack, & Matt were all amazing!! Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, helpful above and beyond could not recommend enough! We were fortunate to happen upon them on our way from FL to VA. After the top-notch service and care we received, we would not hesitate to make the drive from FL to Rick s in the future! Hands down the only place to go and the inventory rivals anywhere else! Thank you all again for the amazing service and for making our detour a great one!!

My husband & I drove down from Michigan to get a hard-to-find part (Geo Tracker Motor) from Rick s Auto Parts. We called ahead to check, they had the part we needed, & the part was better than expected. The entire crew helped us load & secure the motor in our truck (we our senior citizens) & we were on our way! A big thanks to Cody & Rick, you guys are awesome!

Well that was a big disappointment. Went out and picked a bunch of parts understanding I would get the pricing when I returned which I did. When I decided against two items (that were overpriced for what they were in my opinion) I was told I couldn t buy the rest of the items I did want and that I had wasted their time! Strange business practice as it seemed logical selling the items I did want would be a win-win rather than it being a waste of everyone s time. Must have been a bad day there or something as there are plenty of good reviews. My son and I enjoyed the Interaction we had with the gentleman who drove us around and watched us pick our own parts and it was a shame that he was then sent back out to return all the parts rather than just two items.

JT s Salvage and Car Crushing just wrapped up crushing a good bit of cars for Rick. Rick and his team are stand up people. Very impressed with the full service yard. I like the idea of not having customers pick their own parts and offering his customers warranty options shows it s an all around good business! I encourage you to shop Ricks Auto Parts for all of your auto part needs!

Needed to go get a part and they told us it would be ready by noon. Called back again to verify before driving an hour and a half one way and then we were told it would be 2 pm and that it would definitely be done by then. Get there at 2 pm sharp and was told it would be the next morning. So wasted half my day just driving there for nothing. I understand things get hectic, but it wouldn t kill someone to call a customer back and simply say it won t be ready before having them drive all the way there.

I was looking for an Instrument Cluster that had a built in tachometer. I called Rick's salvage yard. They had exactly what I wanted, & at a great price. They even shared a couple of ideas to assist with the swap out process. Thanks again Cody, you team is fantastic!

Has everything you need for your auto. Hands down, the best place in Dillon SC. Vary nice people and they try to get you own your way as quickly as possible.

Be careful with this company. They make you lose time and they leave you hanging with your customer. Make sure to find another supplier.
