One of the BEST customer services experience I have ever had! Miss Pamela was so sweet, so helpful and understanding and just to make sure she had it all right she double checked with Mr. Cliff, who was very helpful, too. Would recommend this store!

We love to AutoZone in Marion those workers over there at AutoZone really help people out and we appreciate that especially when we don't have the knowledge about fixing cars they're very informative

I was ok with the service got there almost at closing wasn t expecting much but the guy that was released from county jail 2 weeks, that was hanging out in the parking lot was a lot more helpful -Charles I know you probably won t see this thank you

The cashier was very nasty and ugly to me. I was told to bring a CD player back that I bought there but when I got there the lady acted like Chris didn t know what I was talking about them the manager was very ugly to my husband

Unfortunately we're a long way from home when our truck broke down 25 minutes walking distance one way from this one store. We had picked up parts from another Autozone who said we had the right ones and of course they weren't. Being they were sockets and Autozone offers delivery we called this store. The first thing they told us was they didn't have a driver which would have been OK however the person on the other end of the line asked the entire story. .5 minutes into the story he puts us on hold. ...for 15 MINUTES! I know we could have hung up however I am the type who feels that perhaps there's good in the world trying to make a difference vs good for nothing so I waited. ...should have hung up because in that time frame everyone in the store must have been hit with an amnesia stick because I get, "thanks for calling Autozone how can I help you ". My reply, "you've had me on hold for 15 minutes..I'm hoping you have an answer for me by now. " Guy said what is it you're waiting for....proceeds to repeat the summary I've given him and no one in the store fesses up to talking to us 15 min prior. I thanked him for nothing and hung up. Just poor customer service overall and no apologies. If you plan on going into the store I hope you all have better luck...but phone skills need some touch up. You tend to see the commercials from Autozone and their pledge that customers come first..I think they fell way short this time around.

Unprofessional. Contacted corporate because getting the runaround on warranty parts that only lasted several weeks , only to be contacted by the store manager with threatening text.

What an awesome place . If they don t have what you need then they ll order it for you and then put it in for you no matter what it is ! Such a great place to buy what ever you need for your car !

After waiting in line for 20 minutes to see why check engine light was on they told me they had to let some of the people get caught up in the store I waited in parking lot for additional 20 minutes and no one never come out
