Went in because my battery wouldn't keep a charge. Purchased one for $180.00 cash, the young lady Felicia charged it; I requested a refund . Manager Travis ,during the refund transaction computer crashes. Then he called another store the lady told him to unplug the computer it would reboot. I received my refund ; the other male associate gave me a Coke for the 2hours I was at the business. Thanks Awesome Team Work!

I was helped by a young guy named Marcus and he made the shopping experience wonderful! I brought my 4 children with me who were all fighting for his attention and he played with each of them while getting his job done. He was the absolute nicest person I have dealt with in that store. If it wasn't for him this review would have been 3 stars tops!

The sorriest advance I've been to.When they finally got me the correct part for my truck it was no good. when I took back the lifetime warranty on the fuel pump is not valid. Manager is the nastiest one I've ever delt with.wish I could give negative stars

Bought a part that was in poor condition. Had been beaten on and dinged excessively, by I suppose a former customer. I was surprised that they repackaged that part to sell to someone again.
