I thought my transmission was going out. I took it to Dun-Rite. They checked it out quickly. And since there was nothing wrong with my transmission, they did not charge me! They were awesome! I recommend them to everyone!

Took my car to be looked at...he gives me a price of $5600.00 for a used transmission with over 100,000 miles on it...that's just criminal when other shops gave me a brand new transmission for $3200.00 labor & all! This place is crooked!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

They have a great team, I was passing through to NC to see my son and had the misfortune of running over something hard enough to pop a hole in my transmission pan. These guys were able to see my vehicle immediately and was able to get me back on the road in less than 2 hours. If you're ever in need of repair and you happen to be near these guys I highly recommend them! They were able to allow me to be on time and pick my son up!

I called to see bout my car was getting some codes. Talk to Brandon he was so nice he said I can fit you in after lunch to check the car out. My son drop car off and few hrs later we spoke he explain to me everything I needed to know. He was very upfront/ honest with me and gave me recommendation on the car I needed take it to the dealership. I didnt want to drive it so he recommended their towing services. Omg all I did was call and gave them the details for my upcoming appointment. The next morning my car was towed without any problems. DUN-RITE Family presents awesome customer service , very knowledgeable and ready to assist. I will definitely return. Definitely a new customer. Check them out if you are experiencing any problems. Customer service is top notch that speaks alot .

My son had broke down on his way to New York and was able to squeeze him in even though they were booked solid to try to help him get back on the road what company goes above and beyond when they are swamped to try to help someone from out of state I know where I come from that s not common. Thank you so much for the southern hospitality. What a great company.

We are very impressed with the amazing work they've done on our transmissions. Their work is great and they always make sure safety is first. They are all very friendly everytime we call or go into the building. Absolutely outstanding service by the whole staff. Currently traveling through the state and stopped for the night. Car started acting up, "Mastercylinder", so called to get car fixed other shop told me it would be over a week to get in. So I called "Dun-Rite", they checked it out in about an hour of showing up. Then they were able to get the part and have it fixed by 11 am next day. With being that I'm traveling it was my only method of transportation so they even were kind enough to get me down the road to my hotel and back to my car once it was finished. I would recommend them to anyone traveling or local. If ever in this area I would take all my vehicles to "Dun-Rite".

Absolutely the most professional well maintained shop I have ever been forced to visit. The last thing I wanted to do during my visit to Florence was HAVING tog deal with my truck not going faster than 40MPH. I went online and found Dun-rite. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. My truck was back to shifting like it did before the problem started the same day. My transmission wasn't bad. The problem was a electric solenoid. I'm thankful that these guys know what they are doing.h I was sure it was going to be a major expensive repair. GOOD JOB DUN-RITE.

Dun- Rite is one of the best autocare shops I ve been to. From the staff at the front desk to the mechanics, everyone has great customer service skills. When I take my car to be serviced I get it back fast and with quality results.

Thanks so much to everyone at dunrite. My family was traveling from NY to FL and we broke down in florence. SC. We had the good luck of being sent to dunrite. They were amazing people. They not only fixed the car but drve us around town to find a rental car and made call after call to make sure we did.. I had to leave my 23 year old daughter and my dog at the shop while I got the rental car. The good folks at dunrite even stayed open late to make sure my daughter was safe until I returned. Amazing service... I was in a pinch just hours away and with plans to head out of sc to ct for the holiday weekend until we discovered i had a seriously deteriorated wheel bearing. Not only did they make time for me solved my problem affordably but had me out in under an hour.#newlifetimecustomer

Car repairs are always costly and owners often feel at the mercy of the repairer. It is refreshing to be able to single a business out for excellent service. In recent months i had three vehicles taken to Dunrite Transmissions & Auto Care in Darlington, S.C.Repairs for a transmission on my GMC Pickup, new headlights for my daughters car, and what i thought would require a new engine in my wifes car, which was the what another repair shop told me. Thankfully, honest people exist in this industry, repairs were nowhere near as costly as a new engine, thanks to people like Justin and his crew at Dunrite.Thanks Justin

Only used them once so far in the Florence location over a year ago. Just recently I was having some unrelated issues when towing a heavy trailer and called them during the emergency. Their transmission guy called me right back & and answered my questions, so A++++ to them & thanks
