I ve been taking my car to Tim s Auto for some years now and I ve always been treated with the utmost respect. The front desk staff is always personable and friendly. The mechanic assigned to do the work always comes out front to let you know what he found and make recommendations. Tims Auto is honest and never tries to suggest work that is not needed just to rip you off. He always tells me what is needed in order of importance. I will continue to take Sophia (that s the name of my car) to Tim s where I know I can trust them to do the work and do it right the first time.

Tim s Auto is an EXCEPTIONAL auto mechanic shop! The staff consists of warm professionals who know all about auto work and are there for you every step of the way. Your questions are answered truthfully and completely. The shop is physically impeccable-you could literally eat off the floor! Tim himself is warm and approachable as well as a 15-year veteran airplane mechanic!! I trust Tim s with all my cars-would NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Tim and staff

Every experience I ve had at Tim s Auto has been excellent. Ms. Judy always keep you inform about what is going on with your vehicle.The work is always top quality. They have mechanics that specialize in a variety of cars.

I'm always comfortable with Tim's .. honesty n integrity n also family oriented.. based on my experience.. I feel like a VIP every time I'm there. Plus I get my car exactly when he said he's gonna finish.. did I mention affordable .

The windshield wipers on my wifes car stopped working. It had been repaired several times at a local car dealership but broke during a recent rain. We called Tim the next morning and he agreed to take the car right away. Within a few hours we received a call that the car had been repaied with new parts. I was very pleased with the turnaround.

Had to tell them twice what I neededThen got charged $375. To replace 1 brake lineWhen the parts were under $15.Will never use them again

I dropped off my vehicle for services, I received a notification regarding the inspection fairly quick as a textessage with a link to a detailed report. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had about my vehicle and they worked fast to get the vehicle fixed based on the issues found. Highly recommend this place for auto repair and maintenance.

They're amazing. They're very knowledgeable and when they quote you a price they stick to it. And when they say three hours they mean it. NO funny business. They even let me borrow a company car so i wouldn't have to wait around the shop no charge. They have great customer service skills, the whole staff. I highly recommend them. And i must say i am happy to have found myself a great auto pro shop. And pro says it all very professional with family vibe. Thank you!

Phenomenal customer service. Efficient and complimentary diagnosis when we arrived early afternoon. Prompt repair, the day's schedule allowed them to pick up the part and install right away. We had called two other repair shops, both needed to schedule a diagnosis appointment the next day which had a fee attached, one even stated it would take a week to get the part. Tim's Auto Pro offered a loaner car. As visiting the area, appreciated candor and accurate information. Thanks.

Tim s shop is fantastic. Called in with an engine noise on my Toyota Sienna. Tim diagnosed the problem, gave me an amazing quote and provided turnaround time all in about ten minutes. This business will treat you right and crush the competition s price, trust me I checked. Thanks fellas! The van is like new.

Went here for the first time after two recommendations from friends. Walked in and the men working here were really nice. They instantly looked at our car and they were able to fix it that day within a few hours. The pricing isn't ridiculous and there is a warranty on the part that was replaced. They also gave us a loner vehicle to get home. Would def recommend going here if you're in the Sumter/Dalzell area.

Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust to be qualified, trustworthy, and fair. Tim and his staff are all that and more. I have had a vehicle towed over 50 miles, past several other shops, to get it to Tim's, because I know I can trust his word and his work. It is well worth it to me to know I'm not getting ripped off at another shop. I will always be a customer as long as I'm within tow range!

I was down visiting my son and need an oil change. I googled service centers. I saw Tim's and gave him a call. He got me right in! Very clean and sociable. Very reasonable priced and top my fluids. Great job! THANKS

Tim and the guys have been taking care of my car for years now. They give quick and prompt service. I've never felt pressured into buying any repair or service. They explain the repair process and even show me, on the car, what is wrong and why along with what it's going to take to fix it correctly.The shop is cleaner than any other shop I've been in. If they take that type of care with their shop I feel my car is in good hands!They keep me informed as to what my car will need in the coming months which really helps out with the budget. Several times over the years I've had concerns with my car that I was convinced were major problems only to have Tim or one of his techs confirm my fears were unfounded and there was actually nothing wrong with the car at all. They could have easily taken advantage and charged me for something not needed. I trust these guys.

Outstanding service and repair work! Really helped me out of a tight spot and completed work on my car exceeding my expectations. He kept me informed through the troubleshooting process and didn't proceed until I knew exactly what was going to be done to my vehicle, how long it would take, and the costs involved. You will not find a better mechanic/garage!!

Tim's will treat you right. They're fast and professional. It's best to call ahead and make an appointment. The key Dropbox makes it easy for people that work odd shift work. I'll continue to use them.

I took my car in to be repaired on 7/13 and I will have to say that Tim's Auto Pro was outstanding from start to finish. They kept in contact with me through the entire repair process. They provided a diagnostic report that I could read and were able to answer any questions I had clear enough for the "non-mechanic" to understand.They also provided an estimate on both time and cost to repair my vehicle and stuck to them. They originally told me that they thought I would need a new caliper for my car in addition to the brakes and rotor. Upon further testing, the caliper was not needed so rather than doing what I have experienced at other auto repair shops, they did not replace it which lowered the repair cost. They were also able to complete the work faster then they originally estimated.I have taken vehicles to other repair shops in the past but no more. I will be using Tim's Auto Pro from now on for all of my vehicle maintenance.
