We recently had a significant amount of work performed on our older car at Masters Auto Group, and we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received. We ve since returned for oil changes, a window that wouldn t roll up, and other minor work and have been impressed each time. Chris s honesty and expertise are truly commendable. He also charged us significantly less than a quote received from a nearby mechanic. Highly recommended!!

I recently took my Ford Explorer to Master Auto group because my dash lights went on and I have to say that the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, They were friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and provided me with a clear explanation of what they were going to be doing to figure out the issues as well as what needed to be done to fix the problem.What impressed me the most was the thoroughness of their testing. Chris went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed now, as well as what would need to be fixed in the future along with costs to keep my car running smoothly.The repairs were done faster than I expected and the mechanics did an excellent job in fixing the problem. When I picked up my car, it was running great and no more dash light! I also want to add I appreciated the transparency of the shop - they provided me with a detailed invoice, and I knew exactly what I was paying for.Overall, I highly recommend Masters Auto groups to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. They truly went above and beyond My expectations to ensure that my car was fixed properly and me and My family were safe. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process and i will be going to Masters for all my mechanic needs. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

This place was like the best ever. Come to find out that if you buy something from them it's definitely sound. If it isn't sound they make it right. Wish every business had this quality. Only place I feel comfortable with buying a car these days. M. A.G. will continue to get my business and referrals. Keep it up and thank you both for your service to this country!

We bought a Honda Odyssey form these guys. Great experience, very friendly and professional. They even did a full detail inside and out prior to us picking up the van. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Tried to buy a vehicle gave them my info also told Chris I would be there that week or weekend when I recieved my return ..I went to find the listing it was gone and reposted with different set of miles on it I reached out to Chris again only to be ignored I call the next day to try and set up coming to purchase it ..Bo told me it was sold. Chris's unprofessionalism lost a sale and potential repeat customer. Be careful

A huge thanks to Chris and Bo who helped my wife, daughter and I find the right FIRST car at the right price and right features for our daughter. They were extremely professional, kind, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable to work with. Of all the places we ve looked over the last six months, they were by far the easiest and most accommodating of anywhere in Sumter, Columbia, Florence, Hendersonville, Asheville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas. Our daughter drove away smiling!!
