I wish my customer experience reflected the overall rating this business has. I went to Ken's auto because I had coolant leaking on my trucks floor. I was told that my heater coil need to be replaced. Ken's auto kept my truck for a month. In the process of changing the part they damaged my dashboard. After paying a $1500 bill I still have a coolant leak. I felt I was scammed. Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I highly recommend Ken's Auto Service. I have been coming here for repairs for years.Richard is very helpful, fair and honest. Service is always thorough and fairly priced. I will return whenever I have a vehicle problem or require routine service.

Just moved back here to Sumter, SC. My sister recommended me to them. They have excellent customer service!!! They found the problem and had the exact plan to repair it. I would recommend them to anyone in Sumter, SC and surrounding areas.

I give this place a 1 because when me and my grandfather pulled in 2 employees walked past us with out speaking or greeting. When i walked into their office ken was sitting in a chair with 3 other men and i said hi, how re you doing. they stared at me without speaking or acknowledging that fact that i just greeted them. typical white raciest in sumter.
