We had a breakdown at the SC welcome center. They spent much of the day finding the parts we needed and got us back on the road. Not sure what we would have done without them. We arrived at our destination in Florida safely. Thanks so much!

We recently had our Fifth wheel involved in an accident. During the claim process with our insurance company, David and Stephanie with HandsOn RV handled everything. They picked up our damaged RV from our home and worked with our insurance carrier throughout the process. Have patience with them, as they are very busy, which is understandable, especially since we couldn t get hardly anyone else in our area to even call us back. We got lucky to find them. they communicated very well with us during the process, and walked us through everything we needed to do. We will definitely promote Hands on RV! Friendly, knowledgeable and just really good people!

They came to service my camper within an hour. They fixed the problem with the heater in an hour. Thank you so much it was too cold to be without a working heater. I would highly recommend.

They were very helpful and even showed us a few things we needed to fix our awnings. So they showed us and fixed them no charge. They fixed the heater and we re very knowledgeable. We will use them again!

The owner is a liar and a cheat. We went to Hands-On RV to have the roof of our coach resealed. It took the guy over 10 months to actually get the job done and afterwards, the roof was full of cracks, gaps, and clumps. Does this look like a freshly resealed roof to you? David Latham, the owner, charged a $1,600 for the resealing of the roof. Because the roof had a leak in it already and left it outside in the elements for almost a year, there is significantly more water damage done to the inside. When we asked him to fix the damage that occurred in his care, he refused. Then he shut the conversation down by running away, hiding inside his garage, and shutting the door of his business to us. He then held the latch shut as I was trying to open the door to his repair shop and refused to talk to me. Of course, when I threatened to call the cops because he was at that point illegally holding our vehicle, he ran into the office inside and pouted as we tried to negotiate some kind of resolution. He blamed US for the damage because we didn't bring it in sooner, told us We should've covered it with a tarp while it was in HIS care, even though he knew it had a leak already. He took NO personal responsibility and refused to compensate us for the damage he caused. This is how Hands-On RV does business.*EDIT: since posting this review, David has spent the day justifying his behavior on social media by calling us names.*

Great customer service! They have been out on 2 different occasions to install new HVAC units on my camper. Came when they said they would, ordered unit correctly and installed it quickly. I will call them every time I have a problem with my camper!

Called them on a Monday morning and they showed up within the hour. The tech assessed the situation with our broken slide out and a few days later, we were fixed up. I would definitely recommend.

The owner lied to us to many times to count in the 6 weeks they had it. We had been told several times that they were "almost done" and "you can pick up your camper next week". The final nail in the coffin was when my husband had JUST hung up the phone with the owner being told everything except the roof was done and we could pick it up next Tuesday. My husband calls back less then 5 mins later to ask a quick question and was then informed by the front desk person that THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED OUR CAMPER YET!!!! They had our camper for 6 weeks, told us the repairs would only take 2 weeks and never even touched it. Horrible customer service and the owner lies, don't waste your time.

Have used their services 2 times they are very professional but yet personable. They do excellent work and go out of their way to make sure customer is happy. Prices are very reasonable compared to other local mobile services I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing RV services and I will use them again if needed in the future. GOD Bless!

Called them because my mom s furnace in her camper wasn t working they came out within two hours, and within an hour of being there had it troubleshooted and fixed and had the part on hand, couldn t ask for more.

Upon arriving at the campground and getting set up, we found that our slide-out would not extend properly. We called Hands On RV and they came out the next day and got the slide-out fixed. We appreciated that they could work us into their schedule so quickly. In addition, it seemed that the slide-out was better adjusted after their repair than when we bought the trailer. We highly recommend this business.

I had trouble with my LED lights under the awning. I called Hands-On RV and explained that they were coming unstitched from the awning. He suggested that he could install a new LED strip underneath the awning which would not be attached to it.Blake came out this morning removed the old light strip from the awning and installed the new light strip. He was very cordial ,friendly, and did a professional job. I would highly recommend Hands-On RV.

This place is simply AMAZING! We re planning to camp this (july4th) weekend and we had an emergency arise with our thermostat! We contacted them on Sunday, they called us back on Monday. We called Hands-On RV for help with our hydraulic system. We called with a last minute emergency as we are full-timers and the system was not working properly. They were more than accommodating and met us just off the interstate to diagnose the issue. Luckily they were able to easily figure out the issue and fix on the spot to keep us heading to our next destination. I would recommend this company for anyone needing help with their RV needs.

We had been experiencing issues with our RV slide for a few days. It was getting stuck and making the most awful noise if we forced it in/out in manual mode. We had another tech swap out the slide motor twice already, hoping that would fix it, but it just seemed to keep getting worse. Hands On RV came highly recommended and they seemed confident they could handle it, even if it required pulling out the slide. This is no small thing on our RV as that slide is probably 25 feet long. We are so glad we made the decision to drive down and meet them. They not only got us fixed and back on the road quickly, but they got our extended warranty to approve the work on the spot and agree to pay them directly. These guys were amazing.

They just replaced the water heater in our Montana. They took care of all the warrenty issues and had a new one in in two days! Great guys to work with, they came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. That's hard to find these days. I was traveling across country when my water pump quit, David and Blake we quick, efficient, and very friendly. For a last minute fix during thier busy schedule the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them for any RV service.

Hands On RV was literally the only company willing to come and help my husband and I fix an emergency back up issue with a black tank on our RV. He typically works from his shop, I called David and he said I will be there tonight (after his business hours)! It took him 10 minutes to resolve the dire issue and during the process he also shared how we could order the parts to do this process ourselves in the future. We had no propane in our RV. David came out the following morning after I called. Within 2 hours he had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired. Would highly recommend Hands-On RV for your mobile service needs.

David was so helpful in spite of delays from the insurance company, acquiring needed parts, losing employees, working very short handed, etc. He worked diligently to get our awning replaced so we could go ahead with our travel plans. Pablo was a dedicated team player and was right there by David's side completing installation of our new awning. I highly recommend this company for thinking of customers and working so well with customers. David came to our home to get measurements, then came to our home to complete the new installation. Thank you, David, for getting us back "on the road" again.

These guys were excellent! I spoke with Harry on Monday and he worked with my schedule to set up an appointment for this morning to replace an old AC unit and tongue jack. They will come to you too if you prefer!Harry helped me navigate the extended warranty claims process and made everything a breeze! We had our AC go out on us last weekend and needed a new unit ASAP for memorial day weekend. Both Harry and David worked on my travel trailer and had the AC units swapped out in no time. We also installed a new tongue jack. While I was there they even helped me replace a blown fuse in my truck, on their own time, without batting an eye! I was in and out of there in well under 2 hours.Harry is extremely responsive to texts and phone calls, and David was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate their help today and will be a repeat customer for sure!
