Needed a tow and the fella who answered the phone was a great guy and very helpful and then when the driver arrived he helped me out and on the way to where I needed my truck dropped off at I got the chance to speak with the driver who s name is Bob. Bob is a great guy and awesome conversationalist and turned this usually bitter moment into a not so bitter experience. Will definitely call them again when I need help!

Great service from dispatch to drop off! They were able to get my sons truck from the shop to my home in less than 2 hours of calling them. Al was so friendly and did a great job. Both the pickup and the drop-off locations were very tight and not easy to navigate with a large tow truck but he made it happen. Thanks Twilight!

Had them pickup my car and gave them the address to drop it off at with the shops name and everything. Somehow my car was given to someone random because when I called the business that they gave my car to..the guy seemed confused and acted like he had no idea where my car was. So now I have no idea where my car is. If that s the case, I d would have been better off just leaving it stranded somewhere.Service: Car towing

My daughter broke down on the way back from the beach on a Saturday. I was 3.5 hours away and most mechanics were closed around there. I called Twilight and the woman on the phone found a place that was open and lined it up for us. Bob picked up the truck and my daughter and friend and took them to the mechanic in no time. Sisters car broke down called twilight towing , Drivers name was Hersey nice guy pleasure to deal with. Ask for Hersey if u need a tow. Can't say enough good about the guy.

Had to have car towed and they were recommended by the car dealer. They came when they were suppose to and the people on the phone were great. Adam came to pick up the car and he treated it like it was his own. Great experience overall.

Had to have my vw towed to the dealership in surfside. When the driver got here he noticed oil on my driveway and got out of the truck and put some absorbent on the spots. He didn t have to go out of his way but he did. Great service guys!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

A few weeks back, I had troubles with my car (it was locked and wouldn't crank). I had to end up getting it towed to the dealership. My insurance set the time up for Twilight to come get my car and not only was they on time, the tow man name Ronnie was very helpful. He even went out of his way to try to crank it. It was hurtful to see my car on the back of a tow truck but I felt very confident that I got this company to tow it.

Unbelievably slow. I called at 11:00 am. Was told someone would be there in 45 minutes to an hour. I was next on the list. It s 3:30 pm and no sign of them yet
