LET ME TELL YOUUUUU. I won't be going jiffy lube, blacks, fire-whatever. Take 5 will now always be my go to. These dudes will drown you with water and a sense of security. I felt like a 1%er just getting my oil changed. I felt like I was actually wanted, they were actually happy and liked what they were doing. The smiles never left their faces. You get an oil change and a comedy show. I hattteeedddd getting any kind of service done but now ill find any excuse to come thru here. Carolina forest is mid, Conway is where it's at as long as it's with these guys

The manager took good care of me, oil change and coolant flush were done quickly. Thank you for showing me how my old coolant looked, so I could make a good decision on getting that flushed, planning to keep the car for as long as I can, so that will help maintain the health and longevity of my vehicle. This was such a great experience for something that I usually hate doing! These guys were quick, super friendly, informative, and extremely professional! 10/10 I would definitely recommend! I left here today feeling like "Jiffy Lube, who?"

I was a little worried when both technicians had a hard time getting my F-150s hood open. One of the most common vehicles sold. Then one technician tells me he can t put the mid grade blend into my truck because I ve had full synthetic before. That is a very old myth which has been found to be not true. So I ask him why and he couldn t explain to me why. So the other ones comes around and tries to explain by saying the engine doesn t like when it gets different oil. So I just say metal doesn t have memory and let it go. After paying, they then tell me they actually can put the blend in but the customer has to sign off on it. Funny I didn t hear that option until after I pay.

This is the Most excellent oil change I ever had in my life with professionals doing the work, you can sit in your car and eat while they do the work I really laughed at the amazing treatment.on such a short time..I Like it ALL there..plus the extras( water )cause of a great giving atmosphere....Just you got to go to Conway for The Best ever treatment..

The guys at take 5 on church street are the best they all work together as a team one met me as I pulled up with a nice ice cold bottle of water. I pulled in got my oil cha he d they said I needed a coolant flush which I did and my cabin filter needed to be changed so the air and heat can flow through better yes the filter was pretty bad but I was in and out and they are very friendly and super helpful they aren t out to rob you blind by saying you need this and that they show you what they are talking about and get it done I highly recommend Take 5 on 501 church street you can even ask questions and they will answer they are very knowledgeable and you can joke around and talk with them too I will be going back when I need another one each time I need it I chose TAKE 5 501 church street. Very poor service technicians need to be trained properly. Had a oil change on a 2019 Ford Ranger done and technicians couldn't find the oil filter which is accessed from the driver's side front wheel panel

Everything was great until I asked for my maintenance meter to be reset. After pushing the start button abt 20 times trying to reset it, my vehicle would not start. The hybrid start battery had started having issues. They finally got it cranked. Now, one hybrid start battery replacement later, I can say I will not go back. That was a very expensive oil change.

This was my 2nd visit & I was In & Out...both times! It's $20 more than I usually pay, but 1/4th of the time for the same, if not better service! Staff is very pleasant & helpful! Thanks Take5!

The guy s here at take 5 are very nice, helpful & knowledgeable with a smile! The one guy that was there & didn t service my car I believe his name was James, he looked very unhappy, never smiled at all & seemed grumpy to the other guys that were trying to help everyone including each other! Team work with a smile, that's what keeps a business going! Over all I will be back!

Take 5 did an excellent job on my vehicle service. They also took the time out to show ne other parts of my vehicle that needed changing and explained how it will help my vehicle run better. I really appreciated that because another place I was going to for years didn't tell me anything. So thank you guys at Take 5 for excellent service.

Too much money. Too pushy. It was fast and the people were nice enough but when I tell somebody no I don t somebody else asking me. I don t completely trust their work. I guess that takes time. I asked them to check something while working on it. They said that the level was fine but it wasn t.

Well things didn t go as expected. After paying over 120$ for an oil change I had to get a tow. The employees for got to plug in a sensor on the air filter after they checked it and my truck showed zero oil pressure on my way home. So after 150$ tow and a mechanic looking at it I m out a total of 400 dollars plus time. I ll be seeing the manger on Monday.

It s more expensive than your typical Walmart oil change but the service is MUCH faster! 10 minutes rather than over an hour at Walmart and the oil quality is much better. Very friendly and informative staff!!

Took my car for a oil change I was told the bolts that hold the splash guards on were stripped I did hear them with a air ratchet doing something underneath my car using it but couldn t understand why they we re taking so long then the young guy taps on my window and says they couldn t change my oil because the bolts for my splash guards were stripped that covered the oil pan so I left and took it to my mechanic and he changed my oil he said he didn t understand why take 5 couldn t change my oil because he found zip ties holding the splash guards on! They weren t there last time I changed my oil at my regular mechanic now I know why it took take 5 15 mins to inform me about the problem because they created the problem
