Tim and Justin were communicative, informative and did an excellent job installing a new battery and converter at a fair price. Tim was also kind enough to answer a few additional questions for us. Highly recommend.

Shared a post a few months ago about a new refrigerator that was under warranty and Tim screwed us gave us a $600.00 refrigerator to replace a $2200.00 in a brand new camper with 2 dents in it and was supposed have been temporary. He hasn t been back. Used to think he was wonderful. Used their services often not any more. Hope you made a pretty penny with that warranty deal. Because we sure got screwed!! Thanks Tim!! He might be good with little jobs but don t deal with warranties with him.

What a GEM! Tim came to my RV did a couple minor repairs for me and did NOT rip me off!What a genuine nice, industry knowledgeable certified tech!Myrtle Beach is very lucky to have such a great RV Repair Company.Highly RECOMMEND!

We were in Myrtle Beach and our DSI fault like kept tripping on and off for electric and gas water heater. Called Tim directly, he came within an hour to our site and had our camper fixed in 30 minutes. Doesn t charge an arm and a leg. Very nice guy. If you're ever in the Myrtle Beach area and have a problem with your RV, this is the guy to call. Tim was knowledgeable, quick, on time, efficient and great to work with. Prices were reasonable especially coming straight to our campground. We had a leak with the line coming into the toilet and we had a electrical problem, both were fixed. While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, my AC broke on my brand new camper. When a local RV dealer, Campers Inn RV allocated the replacement AC, Tim managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule and install the AC at my campground. He saved our vacation! Thanks Tim!

We stayed at Lakeside RV resort in Myrtle Beach recently and about 7:00 one morning I noticed we had water all around the bottom of our water heater. We happened to call RV Rescue along with 3 other mobile RV repair companies. Our expectations of getting someone to come that day we're not high and we had to leave the next day. Tim was one of 2 companies who called us back. We never heard from the other 2.Amazingly Tim called in less than an hour and said he could come after he finished the job he was on. He arrived when he said he would about an hour later. He determined we needed a new tank and said he'd see if he could locate one. If so, he'd be able to return and put it in. Unfortunately none of the local parts suppliers had the one we needed in stock. Because we weren't going to be there the following day when he could have had one and put it in we didn't have Tim finish the job. However he did come back and drain the tank so it would stop leaking.I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on our trailer again if we're ever in the area. He exceeded or expectations in every way and charged a fair price for his services.Thanks Tim!

What outstanding service from Tim. We were experiencing a refrigerator issue (surprise....NOT), we messaged on a Saturday and he responded within an hour. We were placed on the list for Monday service. After first assessment, we thought it was a simple reset; he asked us to keep an eye out and mentioned if it didn't work to call him. We called after a few hours and he was out the next day with a new board. He tested things first and realized this was the best way to proceed (he tried everything to save us spending $400). Once the board was replaced it began working. He still asked us to check with him in the morning and let him know all was good. It was working throughout the night no issues, so he stopped by for payment the next day. Tim was responsive, professional, and diligent to get us working with no problems. I called Tim because our air conditioners were not working properly on our Prevost motorhome. He was super accommodating and came out early in the morning to help us. The owner and his partner come to your location. My RV is in storage so the facility pulls it out front, we have our annual inspection and go on our way. Price is reasonable.

It hard to believe that the justice system laws protect thieves like him . I called and called and called and no answer after he took my money. The man don t care he knows your leaving town and can t bother him anymore. He is getting rich taking advantage of elderly people. I talked to this man about replacing my rv air conditioner. Few hours later my steps fall off the rv . I call him back explain I just had back surgery 10 screws and hardware installed just 18 days ago.I explained that steps were now priority. He came the next day to replace air conditioner. Again explain steps bigger priority. He told me he had steps ordered be here in 2 days and he would install them. (He lied )So I let him replace the air conditioner. Never heard from him again. Would not return my calls where I pleaded for the steps. This was a nightmare for me still not healed from surgery and having to use a step ladder to get into the camper. Using this step ladder in my condition was very dangerous please come and fix the steps I pleaded with the message I left him But no return call . Air conditioner failed again 2 weeks ago got to be replaced again. He is definitely a get the money and run kind of guy.

We called RV Rescue for an A/C repair. Tim answered on the first ring and he was were able to get us scheduled first thing the day after we arrived. Tim arrived at 750 for an 8am appointment and quickly got to work. Within minutes he quickly confirmed his suspicions on the trouble with the A/C.What separated RV Rescue from the rest is he came prepared with a new A/C and had it installed and running within 30 mins!!! The big shops will normally come out and diagnose the problem and you will see them in a few days with the parts. The small shops don t want to carry around a large part wondering if they will need it. RV Repair had the knowledge and foresight to know what the problem was, have the part, and have it installed all within 30 mins. This isn t a guy with an online certification, Tim knew his stuff and his years of experience certainly showed in his work!I also should mention Tim was super friendly, professional, and took the time to explain why and what he was doing. He even had a smile after dealing with the warranty company (many places don t want to deal with the headache)!!!This should be your first and only call for any RV Repairs!

I would definitely recommend this business for anyone needing RV repair in Myrtle Beach. I emailed them regarding having a toilet replaced and a few other small items. Tim responded promptly and completed the job as promised. He even came back quickly when I noticed we had a small leak on the new toilet. Very professional and kept us informed of his arrival schedule. Very pleased.

Very pleased with service call. Had a quote from another company between $300 and $500 based on my information. Called Tim and he made me feel comfortable about assessing the problem. Although, it was a very easy fix Tim could have taken advantage of me on this one. RV Rescue is a very honest business and explained the process. I recommend them for any of your RV needs. In our opinion there is no reason he is not 5+ stars. So helpful, so reasonably priced, knowledge galore. We have had the worst week in issues with mh had a mobile mechanic come out, when he got done he had tore our camper up charged horrific price and calmly said I don t know!! RV Rescue came out in minutes problem was found but above all this gentleman took the time and answered questions that we have not been able to get answers for. Our family traveled full time for 5 years and lived all over the country. We ve used many different repair companies and RV Rescue is hands down the best! We are so lucky to have settled down in Myrtle Beach because we get to have Tim exclusively work on our fifth wheel (and we definitely have to call him more than I d care to admit, lol). He s super knowledgeable, trustworthy and accommodating... an all around great guy! In fact, we ve even paid extra to have him come out of state to service our RV because he s the best!

We lost hot water while in Myrtle Beach and Tim came highly recommended. Called him at 6pm and he was there by 10am the next day. Fixed it quickly and was reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to give him a call.

Tim and Adam were amazing! I had no power to my 110 outlets, and they discovered that the wiring on my GFI unit was backwards and fixed it in 10 minutes! I would HIGHLY recommend. Very reasonable pricing as well. First class operation!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I would highly recommend this service. My call was returned the same day, appointment scheduled for the next day. Tim & Adam called and then arrived as scheduled to take care of an electrical problem with my R Pod 189. The problem was taken care of without incident. Both Tim and Adam were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Tim and Adam came out this morning as scheduled. My electrical jack on the driver rear side extended to far when we setup on Saturday and broke the bracket and was stuck at a really bad angle. Both of them worked very hard on it and was able to disconnect and raise it so we could leave tomorrow morning. I can t tell you how relieved we were. It took them about an hour and a half. The total bill was very reasonable.I would recommend RV Rescue to anyone needing the service. Thank you once again Tim and Adam !!!Service: Electrical

A great rescue experience! We had a serious electric problem that Tim the owner and his assistant fixed in a timely and professional manner. Keystone referred us to 3 repair services and none of them could or would help us. One of them referred us to RV Rescue and they were at our campsite with in 30 minutes of us calling. Service call and labor rates very reasonable. Thank you Tim for your courteous service.

Tim was great! As we were packing our camper to head to the beach we realized the fridge wasn't working. After we looked into what the problem may be I went ahead and ordered the part we may need and have it shipped to campground. I called Tim with RV Rescue before we got to campground to schedule a time with him. He fixed the fridge super fast, it helped I had already ordered the part(tried to be as prepared as possible) but he was super nice. We didn't know how to put the part on so we were thankful he was available. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for an rv fix! And his fee was very fair!! Thank you!!

Refrigerator stopped working, and I didn t know what to do to fix it. I emailed Tim late in the evening, and he was at the campsite before noon to fix the issue. The issue was user error, and Tim graciously fixed the issue in under a minute. Nice guys, dependable, and didn t make me feel like a stupid women for my mistake. In my opinion, that makes them very trustworthy. Highly recommend.
