Went looking for a 2006 Pontiac Solstice went in on a Saturday when I figured that every car dealer in the country would be open. They had no people available and I didn't get a call back until Monday and I had already moved on. Just not a good experience at all

I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Impala in with 3 separate issues that needed to be addressed. River Town Motors did an amazing job taking care of me and my vehicle. They fixed both issues and did my oil change in less time than they estimated as well as at a lower cost than what I was initially quoted. I expected to be without my vehicle for a day or two but they had it all ready to go within a few hours of me dropping it off. They also called me regularly to keep me updated with my service and allowed me to leave it in their lot until I could pick it up. I would highly recommend River Town Motors and definitely plan to use them in the future!

Bought a ram truck from them. The owner Louis was extremely thoughtful and took every step to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend. Will do business again. Quality vehicles at excellent prices.

We are so thankful to Rivertown Auto Sales. We found them online and did an online application. They work super fast and right at Christmas we were approved and drove away within an hour. Fast and friendly service. Definitely recommend these guys! Thank you all again for working so fast and getting us in a car right in time for Christmas!

Horrible business, owner will screw you over and jeopardize your life along with everyone elses on the road by selling you a vehicle completely unsafe to drive. Stay away from this place not worth it.We tried compromising not you. Your compromise was give 2000 off another vehicle. You said you replaced all the tires their is no way you didnt see this damage if you replaced the tires like you said you did. You were supposed to call me to fix the radio and never heard from you. I told you the brakes were going and you said "no they are fine". You drove the vehicle a 1000 miles when you got it in auction and had it for 2 months. What would happened if I died or someone else died for you to make a buck. Horrible business.

My Mom has a 99 Silverado, it is one of the only things she has left from my Dad who passed away. The truck started shutting off while she was driving it and it is very important to us to keep it running.A good friend of the family Frank told me to bring it to Rivertown motors and I did. The mechanic called me when he got a change to look at it on a Monday and it was ready by Tuesday. My Mom says the truck is running amazing she couldn't be happier! She said they're her new mechanic!

Buyer Beware!!! He sold us a truck that was unsafe to drive.March 12 to Sept 29 is 6 months and 1/2 months not 9 months. Check your records. Your compromise was for me to buy another vehicle from you when you sold an unsafe vehicle in the first place. I don't think so but I do believe the public should be aware. Clearly if you have to review your own business that speaks volumes.

I went to look at a car here and had a great experience. Such friendly people and the owner is so nice as well. Definitely will be going here for oil changes just cause they re great people to do business with. If you want a friendly experience go here!
