Love this place definitely the best of the big 3 but this location specifically is awesome one of the most knowledgeable staffs on the beach. I personally go out of my way and more than not drive farther and past the other parts places just to go here. The entire staff is great but ask for Ron or Jeff and you are guaranteed to speak with someone that's done that job before. Highly recommended. 5 stars. These guys will save you time and money....

Kolby , at store # 4341 took care of finding some old receipts that I was missing. I thought it would be a hassle, but he was quick and gave good customer service, good attitude! We are in this store about 4 times per week and the people are are always helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff!! Cory offered me tools to use but also to help change the brake lights in my Mini Cooper. This was not something I expected. I was dreading this 'adventure'.. I felt compelled to right a review for great customer service! Thank you so much!

Louann the manager was busy when I entered the store to find a bulb for my vehicle. She was kind, professional, helpful( showing me the rebate I asked about and ensuring I got the receipt for it). She put the lights on for me. Such a help! Last night they seemed low today a warning had lit up. Great help!

I went in to get antifreeze for my car, because it was running hot. (Keep in mind I m a young female) I get it go to the front desk and proceed to check out. As I do that I ask the man with the LONG GRET HAIR nicely if he could help me with putting it in since at another OReillys they did that for me. And in front of his worker, and about 6 other people in there. He tells me that he can not help me but he can point to where it needs to go in. And starts laughing, and making everyone in the store laugh. Also remind you that everyone else was males. Very embarrassing. Will never be back to the one on 501 and 544.

The lady who helped me, i think her name was Louann, was really nice and helpful. She changed my battery for me and it was an informative experience, as I know literally nothing about cars. Would 10/10 come again

Came in and ask for tire pressure gage, didn't see what I was looking for, worker in cowboy hat could cared less if I left out satisfied. Didn't offer didn't ask

The gentleman that helped me with windshield wipers did the fastest swap out and was very helpful. I have been able to do this myself but had a lot of trouble this time. He was very nice and helpful. This was my first time to go to someone else. I am 72 years old and I have never needed to ask for help before, but am glad that there companys that go beyond just selling you a product.

Called this store looking for oil for my diesel truck. Craig said it would arrive on the truck tomorrow Tuesday,and to call back around 1 pm. Called back at 1pm- didn t come in. He said it would be there tomorrow- Wednesday and to call back around 8am. I called and he mumbled something about high on a shelf and he d call me back if they had it. I went from he ll have it tomorrow to he d call me if it came in. It s late afternoon and no call! Won t do business with them and don t recommend them.

Poor customer service. Go to the Advanced Auto parts store down the road. I was from out of town. And it had been raining for 3 days already. I didn't have time for a smart attitude. One day you remember who you help today.. Will talk about you tomorrow and for the rest of their natural-born life. Be kind to people you were hired there to help people.

Employees must think it's funny to give wrong part.After 3 trys they could not give correct thermostat and gasket for old LeSabre.Refused to try and fix. Finally went to advance to get right part first try.

This is the absolute worst Customer service at any oreilly i have ever gone to. Unfortunately this store is closest to my home so i have had to deal with the attitude, and disrespect of the employees. Two men that worked the morning shift on sep 19 litteraly threw or slammed my parts on the counter as I was making a transaction. I have never had a good experience at this store and I can tell you I'll never go back. I'll be making the trip to the little river store on highway 9 from now on. What a shame considering iv easily spent almost 300 dollars at this store in only 3 days.

Would not assist in pulling headlight lamp from car. However, we went to the O'Reilly 's in Florence, and the young man was extremely accommodating. Guess I tried the wrong store. Never patronizing this location again. We had to travel back to Florence with one headlight....

I Want to sendA HUGE THANK YOUToO'REILLY'S AUTO PARTSof North Myrtle Beach.Especially Robbie, who went Above and Beyond and fixed my van.And the Wonderful Lady at the counter and another Gentleman named Terry. They all worked together to get me back on the road again. THANK YOU LORD for All These Amazing People

Came in to buy a gallon of anti freeze. Picked it up and went to the counter. Waited over 20 minutes to try and buy it. Only one person at the counter who was waiting on a person who couldn't seem to figure out exactly what he wanted. Could hear people in the back room laughing it up and talking. The person at the counter never acknowledged me or made an attempt to get someone out of the back. This will be my last time in this place. Lots of other auto part stores in the area that actually care about the customer.

cheapest quart of oil there was $10. should only be $7. A little pricey if u ask me .... And the cashier doesnt even say thank you have a nice day. Didnt say anything after purchase. Dont really care if he did but its just what i reviewed of the place.

They are really helpful. I needed a relay and had been to 4 stores already. They got me what I needed quickly.
