Dave and Drew provided exceptional assistance to my car. Despite it being a Sunday, and my first time seeking service there, they rotated my tires and patched up one in need. Their customer service surpassed expectations, and I am genuinely grateful for their support. I'll certainly return for future needs. I highly recommend their services.

This place is great! Dave worked with us today, he was a plethora of information. Came in looking to buy a new tire but instead they were able to patch the old one! They even showed us the process of doing so! Great service, great guys!

I thank GOD for Robert and his expert mechanic Willie @ MT-Conway, SC! Robert is the epitome of professionalism & integrity! He was committed to ensuring all of the issues were identified & resolved. I knew he was looking out for my best interest when I asked for an oil change in addition to the other repairs needed. He replied We ll check to see if you need it 1st ! I expect Mavis to provide absolutely professional and excellent service. I can t comment on the quality of parts used today and can only pray they were manufactured durable. But the excellent customer & installation service was delivered above & beyond expectations! Thank you both for helping get me back on the road!

Drew was so helpful up front and Dave did a great job fixing me up. I was a loyal Mavis customer where I used to live and always got great service so it s great to move here and find another Mavis who follows the same great standards of doing it right and taking care of their customers.

Quick and easy stop. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. Talked to a guy named Robert and he was very nice and very helpful. Walked me through what they were doing and how they were helping me. Highly recommend!

Great experience at mavis today! Came in and was greeted with friendly staff. They showed me other issues on my car and let me know what else needs to be done. They offered multiple payment options. They were able to give me a discount just cause! Definitely would recommend again!!

I swung into Mavis after realizing I had a screw in my tire. Dave and Drew made QUICK work to get me back out on the road. Flat was fixed in record time and the service was great! Thanks guys for keeping my family safe!!

I came to Mavis under the impression I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced, per urgent recommendation of Jiffy Lube. I didn t understand why, as my car only has 17,000 miles on it, but knowing little about cars I brought it to Mavis anyway based on their great reviews. Mavis inspected my car thoroughly and saved me around $1100 in a maintenance repair I would have otherwise paid for. They were even kind enough to show me where my brake pads and rotors are and their true status. I greatly appreciate Mavis s honesty and transparency. They went above and beyond and even checked my oil, after the sketchy jiffy lube visit I detailed. When they found it was low, they topped it off. Thank you guys very much!!

Robert has helped me from I stepped foot into the door. Came from out of town to get my brakes looked at and they have kept it honest throughout the process I recommend coming here.

Got a nail in my tire and needed it patched. I called and not only was Dave able to get me in same day (on a sunday) but it was fixed fast too !! Great work. Will be back for any and all needs!

Very honest and nice people. Went to a different auto shop, and they quoted me at $1200 in repairs, and made it seem like my front brakes were destroyed. Took it here and they said nothing was wrong, and they showed me. They also checked everything else out for no cost!

I came for an inspection thinking it was my wheel bearings turns out it wasn t , found the problem and solved it right away ! These guys are soooo helpful , nice and very hard working , not to mention they will keep you laughing and smiling appreciate the service and will definitely recommend 544 Mavis to any and everyone. The people working there were really nice, and they always do a good job with my car. The last time I went, it took forever and I was waiting a very long time, but they didn't charge me for the thing that took an inordinately long amount of time. I just wish they would have communicated with me what was going on better, hence why it's a 4, not a 5 star.

Great service! Fast and friendly. They explained what my problem was and only serviced what I needed. They don t try to talk you into stuff you don t need. I only go to them for my tire service and oil changes. Very happy with them!

Great service!! We stopped in on our way into town from Georgia with a slow leaking tire Dave and Jake were very friendly even though they didn t have the size tire we needed they put our donut on so we could safely drive the rest of the way to our hotel and gave us the location of the store that did have the tire in stock!!

Today i went in to mavis to get my tires looked at and was informed by robert that i wouldn t be able to drive home which is 2 hours away with the condition of my tire. He helped me through me being emotional with the circumstances of my car and i wanna say that i am very grateful for him. He helped me get approved for a credit card and got me what i need to make it home to my family for spring break. When coming here ask for robert be great!! Thanks again

Found a nail in my tire & just moved to SC. Had to get to an appointment & noticed a nail & drive to Mavis & Drew was my god sent! Drew got me right in & plugged my tire in no time. Drew is amazing, friendly & because of him I will be back for other services!
