Normally just go in for an oil change, tire rotation and spark plugs but the crew is very nice and helpful and the owner is cool and funny. If you explain something going on with your car he ll try and help you get to the bottom of it. Great prices as well.

I asked them to inspect a car I was thinking of buying. Its first come, first serve. They were very professional and showed me some issues that would have needed to be replaced immediately. And they wouldn't accept any payment! Who does that!? I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again soon.

Stopped by this morning for a oil change I've always used hardwicks since Mr Frankie owned it. Got there at 726 am and I was second in line. They did the guy in front of me then came out and said someone was ahead of me lol well there is nobody in front of me on line. Asked me to move my vehicle and pulled the vehicle in front of me that was supposedly ahead of me. Let's be real here if you wanna offer preferential treatment to customers or change your buddy's wife's oil and have not wait that's fine. But just be real and honest about it not a good lookand not very good customer service this was my last oil change at hardwicksService: Oil change

Hardwick's has welcomed a new family to their shop. These guys are knowledgeable, caring and understanding. They do their job very efficiently and effectively. & the beautiful lady at the front desk is a wonderful asset to the office. Thank yall for everything!

Fast service and a fair price. Very impressed with Hardwick. Staff is friendly. Had to buy 1 new tire. Called and they said bring it in as soon as I wanted. I was in and out with the tire mounted and balanced in 15 minutes. I will buy here again.

You can't go wrong with your choice of Hardwick's lube and brake. These guys go above and beyond. Very reasonably priced and the most excellent customer service and vehicle service that I've experienced since living in Conway. Addison and her father Chad are great folks and very accommodating. We asked them to give price before doing any work and Chad just did whatever and put a mass air filter sensor on my car and then he couldnt program it to my car and charge me for the work that DID NOT GET FIX MY CAR. SO NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I had to take my car to the dealership and they now have to rerun the program that HARDWICKS DID NOT FIX

This is a great local place that we've been taking our vehicles to since 2005. A fine upstanding Christian mechanic who will tell you if you don't need something fixed or repaired or replaced. That alone is worth its weight in gold but when you add in Friendly tow service you've got an all-around winner

First off let me start by saying I have been a customer here for a few years. This past week I had a terrible experience at this shop. I had my water pump replaced here and when I returned home I noticed there was a piece (I don't know what it is just yet) broken off of my radiator hoses. I called to let them know this part was broke and just hanging over my radiator hoses. They told me to bring it in so they could look at it. When I brought it in the next day one of the workers greeted me very rudely and told me that it was broken off before I dropped it off. I know for a fact this is not the case because I had filled the vehicle with radiator fluid before going to the shop and would have noticed it. He stated that people try to do this all the time to them and any of his mechanics would agree with him that it was broken when I got there. I have never been treated so rudely at an establishment in my life. They will not be getting another penny of my business nor will I refer anyone to them again. I will also be contacting the BBB.

I took my car to Hardwick's Lube for ac repair.They are not knowledgeable people at all...First they refilled the AC it wasn't the problem they charged, than they change the AC compressor that wasn't the problem they charged, then one other little part said they changed it it wasn't the problem either but they charged...Then they put their lousy heads together and open the Google to try to find the what can be the problem... Ofcourse they couldn't find it...Over $400 but no fix...I asked some money back ofcourse they didn't give back...Than I went to dealership and they find the problem in 15 minutes...Condenser was clogged but that idiots keep changing parts for money...They only know oil change other than that they are a joke don't waste your money to Hardwick's Lube...Service: Air conditioning
