Great customer service, Andrew answered all of my questions, contacted my insurance company for me, scheduled an appointment for the next day and replaced the windshield in the parking lot at my job. No hassle and going back and forth! Easy peezy! Top Notch!

Andrew did an awesome job on my newly installed windshield. He contacted me right away, called the insurance company with me and was at my house later that day. I had a brand new crystal clear windshield in less than an hour. I highly recommend Glass Doctor! I was very impressed. Thanks again Andrew!

Quick and painless. From dealing with the insurance claim and coming to my home to replace my vehicle windshield. Was an awesome experience. I will not hesitate to use Glass Doctor again in the future. Very professional . I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Glass Doctor were easy to work with and very efficient. Sharon took care of the insurance, with me on the line to verify, and I made an appointment. I arrived at the scheduled time and Andrew took the car in and was done in less than an hour. The work involved replacing my front windshield and then aligning the ADAS system. When I drove out, the glass was so clean it almost looked like there was no windshield. Plus, they gave me a can of great glass cleaner.

Filed a claim with my insurance for my cracked windshield and I got a call back the next morning from Glass Doctor stating that they would be able to repair my windshield that day! I was pretty stunned at how fast it was. They worked with me in preparing my appointment so I could meet up with them for the repair. Took roughly 45 minutes to complete the whole repair process and it was very thorough and gentle. No damaging power tools were used to remove my windshield as I've seen some glass repair shops use. Andrew was very meticulous in removing the old molding/seal from my windshield and left no mess behind as a previous mobile glass repair shop had once did to a vehicle I owned. Very friendly people! Will recommend them for anyone needing windshield work done in the future!

My dad had the windshield on his bmw 328i replaced today and he is so happy with the work that was done and the easy going process of everything. Everyone was very kind and helpful and it was overall a really good experience for him! Definitely going to be recommending to anyone and everyone!

Andrew was outstanding! Didn t realize I had glass coverage. He linked us on a call with GEICO who in turn filed the claim and paid the Glass Doctor direct. Prompt service. Arrived in 90 minutes. Highly Recommend

Andrew was awesome! Took my truck right in. I had safelite replace my windshield last time and found out that they did it wrong. I had rust underneath glass and they glued headliner to glass. Andrew showed me and ground the rust away, resealed the steel, reset my camera on truck and did magic on fixing the headliner. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

I had the best experience ever !!Besides replacing my wind shield and putting back my window decals back in order, they gave me air fresheners with they information so I could pass it on. We also enjoyed talking to they receptionist who was so very nice and helpful and she has a great personality. Thank you guys fora great job

I was very impressed with the professionalism that Andrew provided during the installation of my new windshield for my Honda Civic. He clearly explained how long it would take and when the vehicle would be ready to drive. Very friendly and concerned with customer satisfaction. Came out and did a excellent job on my front windshield yesterday I would recommend them to anyone , very professional when I called them last week. Scheduled to come out to be between 8:30 -12:30 and did just that. If anyone is looking for someone to do the windshield plz call Glass Doctor of Conway , sc you will not be disappointed at all.

We called today for a broken black window glass. The whole thing just shattered on me this morning in my way to work. I got same day service friendly and professional at a price no one could compete with! I would have had to pay 1400 thru safelight and I 339 thru glass doctor. They were professional with great quality work and super friendly and easy to talk to from secretary to technician. They also take insurance coverage if u have it. I would recommend no one else!!
