The senior adults from Center View Baptist Church in Maiden, NC went to Myrtle Beach on Monday, April 15th. One hour from arriving at their destination that air conditioning stopped working on our 25-passenger bus. It was 88 degrees outside and was even hotter inside the bus since the tinted side windows do not open.Rick and his staff at Dart Automotive were able to not only diagnose the problem but fix the vehicle the very next day on Tuesday, April 16th. Exceptional service and honest pricing were benchmarks of our experience with Dart Automotive & the owner, Rick.The senior adults and everyone on the bus enjoyed a comfortable ride home because of this business going above & beyond what many other shops would have done and/or charged.

We ve used Dart Automotive before & they are always courteous, quick, & honest. I get a texted detailed job estimate with the issues & recommended areas of concern where I can approve or disapprove the work. This way I know exactly what the costs are for each service. Also the detailed break down allows me to question what I don t understand. I m kept up to date on status & completion of job. We ve always got our vehicle back same day as well. We would highly recommend their services.

I received a welcome certificate for $15 off any service so thought i would give them a try. Great staff and quick service. However even with my certificate my oil change (synthetic was used) was still over $90. I thought that a bit high but then again I had never used synthetic in that particular vehicle.

I have been a customer of Dart Automotive for many years. I have always had courteous professional service, and my car is running very well. I have complete confidence in what I'm told my car needs, and I will continue to go to Dart for my car service.

Had issues with my daughter s car battery! Called Karen and she was able to get the daughter s car in next the next day! Extremely friendly and professional service! Highly recommended Dart Automotive who provided some of the best service I ve ever experienced at an auto garage! Make sure to ask for Karen, she is the best!

My son s car broke down miles from home while at Coastal Carolina. Had it towed to Dart s. They communicated well and had the car fixed and back in a timely fashion. Good experience all around.

My powered window stopped working. The people here are AMAZING!!! They fixed my window right away and didn t charge me an arm and a leg thank God. I had just bought a few things at the super market and they let me store it in their fridge while they worked on my car. Thank you oh and they have a great waiting room with darts and clean bathroom.Service: Auto power window repair

Professional, fair, honest, and skilled. I was recommended to go here by the Ford dealership. That in itself is impressive. They didn't disappoint. The diagnosing was in depth and they were spot on. Saved me time and money. I almost didn't want to leave this review because I want to keep this place to myself lol...Insuring availability if I need it!

I began taking my car to this shop because from the beginning I believed my fuel pump was messed up, however they insisted on everything else below the belt (gear shift, ignition, etc). After multiple times taking it and them telling me my car is fine or they don t see a problem or they found a problem that was not the main problem for my cars service. The fact I trusted Karen and explained to her I m just a college student needing reliable transportation to school & work, she assured me she would be of great help but continuously gave me the run around. 3 months later, new dealership and guess the problem the fuel pump they assured was fine. $1,200 down the drain that could ve went to school, rent, etc. just wasted. I would never recommend, and I m not the only one coming with a complaint. -10000/10.

My AC was blowing warm so I went into Dart. The scheduled me in two days later and I dropped the car off at 8:00 and 4 hours later it was done. Other shops were a week out. I have all my cars serviced here and have never been disappointed.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

My daughter and her 4 kids were leaving Myrtle Beach returning home to NC from vacation and car alternator went out in Conway. I traveled from NC that same night to be at Myrtle Beach to help get her and my grandkids home. The next morning I called Darts talked to Samantha and told her the situation. She was beyond caring and at first told us to come at 2 then text not long after asking if we could come immediately! They fixed my daughter's car in a timely manner and had it ready by 2pm. They did an AMAZING job! And didn't charge us nearly what we expected to pay! My daughter returned home safely with her kids and I was a relieved Mom. Excellent customer service! A business with compassion! Would recommend to EVERYONE! Very skilled mechanics! Wish I could give 10 stars!Service: General repairs & maintenance
