You won t be disappointed! When I say I love my purchase is an understatement. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Bob and I love it!! The dealership may have only been open a few weeks but don t let that fool you when he has over 25 years experience in the business. He was so kind and super informative. NO haggling!! This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had It was so quick and easy the service was truly unmatched. I can t recommend these guys enough.

I had the best experience purchasing a car here with Brian. He was very patient with me with when I was able to come by to the dealership with my very busy schedule. The process was easy at the dealership and he helped tremendously speaking with the loan company as well. I would recommend everyone to check them out when they need a car. thank you again!

I had a great experience with Bob! We had some trouble as soon as we got the car, but Bob and the team were willing to make it right and help get us back in the road. A week later another unforeseen problem stranded us out of state, but again Bob was honorable and helped cover the expenses. We have been frustrated with the challenges of a used car that had hidden issues- but couldn t be happier with the support and kindness Bernard Motorcar Company has provided to get us taken care of. This is the only place I ll shop in the future!

We got a great deal from Bob (he is a former Boston Red Sox player and one of the owners!!) at Bernard Motorcar Company, the car is great, price was nice, the car was clean, detailed, and fixed up to sell. Bob was great, so sweet, worked with us after hours and on the weekend to help us get everything we needed and our finances done, everything! This is the type of service you hope and wish for in a car dealership!

Told me the car had no accidents. Turns out it has been severely wrecked underneath, subframe mangled, no radiator supports, and more. I also had to spend $1500 on it mechanically and still need to do more!

What a great experience .never thought that I would say that buying a car. Bob truly is an honest salesman. I sat some time waiting on our loan documents, and I listen to him tell another customer all the issues a vehicle had that may warrant repair. I will make references and will return for our next purchase. So thankful. Went in for a BMW and left with a Mercedes.

I dont even know where to start from the beginning of the sale to the end outstanding costumer service. Enjoyed every bit of both test drives for the vehicles i looked at. Love the vehicle and everything about it most definitely the best buy i ve ever made

I m leasing a 2015 Buick encore that I got from them while they were located in rock hill 3 months ago. The day I drove it off the lot 10 minutes later it s miss firing and every light on the dashboard is going off. Called the owner and he took it to the shop where it got fixed . Fast forward 3 months later and lights are going off and sensors need to be reset and valve cover, etc need to be replaced after everything has been tested at a highly rated repair shop. This shouldn t be going on after having a vehicle for only 3 months but apparently the work didn t get done correctly at the owners shop, or there were problems with the vehicle that the owner didn t disclose. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this guy

Went to help a friend buy a car as she had been ripped off twice in the last 2 years and sold junk vehicles.The owner was very nice guy, didn t pressure my friend at all, he was honest, patient and thorough. He had some really good deals too and I used to buy and sell cars my self.Owner played for the Boston Redsox in the 90 s for a few years. Used car salesman and lots always sketch me out but he proved to be different from the rest.I could tell he is involved in the church as I heard a call he answered from another potential buyer and he said he couldn t stay past 6pm tonight cuz he had something at church; other things like he never said god etc. I believe 100% that you wont find another honest car dealer with in 500 miles that is as honest and fair and as real as this man.Was not a tense or stressful transaction at all, of course i wasnt spending the $13k, my friend was, but still she was pore stressed about her insurance and about being able to make the payments on time.His prices are seriously like several grand lower then same year/model/mileage vehicles at other lots within 100 miles.Friend got a 2019 Mitisubishi SUV with 50k miles for $13k clean title no damage no rust nothing at all wrong with it and the book on it is $16,658 and every car there was well below book and i couldnt find anything wrong with any of the cars we test drove except one that the ac was not working and he had already told us that.DEFINITELY STOP AT BERNARDS BEFOR YOU TAKE A CHANCE ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU WILL LIKELY GET BURNED IF YOU DONT.AND HE OFFERS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY THATS CHEAP, IT WAS $800 or $900 FOR MY FRIENDS CAR, IDK IF ITS A FLAT FEE OR NOT BUT SHE DIDNT NEED IT CUZ SHE BOUGHT A VEHICLE WITH 50k miles!FYI: i grew ip in a family that owned a very large body shop and so i have a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to vehicles and engines and transmissions and repairs and the condition of vehicles and i know when i hear something not running correctly etc, not clueless by any means and i wish i could get paid for this review because i have sore thumbs but I looked up the dealership and wrote this on my own because its truly hard to find an honest anything these days and my friend was lucky to come across this dealerships ad online.By the way, i heard the owner answer two calls and the people asked what town his lot is in and its in Conway, not Rockhill! He moved from Rockhill to Conway, I was looking at something for him in his building that he asked me about because i build houses for a living and when he asked my occupation, he asked if i would check something out for him and the phone rang Good luck yall.

The service was fantastic. Bob and Brian were both friendly and walked me through the process of paperwork and car buying process with ease. I got a great price on a car and I got a fair value on my trade-in. I will be recommending BMC to to my friends in their next car search.

Buying a car today can be very stressful. However, in my dealing with Brian, he was always truthful and forthcoming, putting my mind at ease. He did everything he said he would and more. Our deal went smoothly and, more importantly, just as we agreed. There were no last-minute changes or alterations to the terms. I want to thank Bernard Motor Car Company for their exceptional customer service during my recent vehicle puchase experience. Our Church was looking for a Church Van. I called them on a Saturday and they held the van for me without any money down until I got an approval from my bank. My bank denied us and upon keeping Bernard informed of the situation they were more than patient until I finally solved the financing and was able to purchase the van. Throughout the whole process they were profesional reasonable, No haggle, No pushy salesman, no extra fees. Total awesome experience, Sincerely, Thank you so much guys. From Iglesia Puerto Nuevo in Charlotte, that now has an awesome Van to continue to serve the people for the Kingdom of God, May God Bless you and Your Company. We need more like you. No doubt I will contact you guys for my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a 2011 outback about 3 months ago. the car dealer claimed he has driven it all through the mountains and back he promised no issues no problems just a little road noise from the exhaust. I got it for a little over 10. And have only put about 1000 miles on it since I got it and the whole car keeps overheating and doesn t have steering. 2 broken wheels bearings radiator replacement. A very untrustworthy place for business never go here! Save yourself the $10,000

We had a great experience purchasing a Jeep with Bernard Motor Car Company. We live 2+ hours away and they were very responsive to email with questions and updates on the vehicle. Once we arrived to see the vehicle, it was ready to drive and there was no pressure. We were very pleased with our buying experience and would highly recommend them to others!

Bob was very accommodating. He had been honest with the car s condition and the part replacement my purchased car needed. I was able to get my car at a great price far lower than other auto dealers.I highly recommend Bernard Motorcar Company. :)

Great low pressure car sales experience! Found the car online and it looked to be just what we wanted. Went by to see it and the sales guy wrote a buyer's order on the spot. Picked up the car 2 days later in a 5 minute transaction. Everything was prepared and ready to go!!

Great service. Bob was helpful, they worked with my budget then gave me a mind blowing deal on a Chevy Malibu SS. The down payment wasn't high at all, much less than the average dealership. The car drove smooth and the mileage was ideal. It's been almost an month since the purchase and I have now placed 3,000 miles on the car with no problem. I recommend there service to anyone. My Credit Union worked a deal with Bob with no issues, it was to easy like taking candy from a baby. Just waiting on my car tag and the deal will be completed.

Great experience and would recommend. Bob was very helpful and friendly. Received our new tag and registration within two weeks. Truck has had a few small non-major issues but no fault of theirs--that could happen when you buy a vehicle as-is. Overall a great truck and great deal. Would buy from them again. Thank you Bob!

Hands down the best place to get your vehicle!!! I have not experienced outstanding customer service at any other dealer before and Mr. Bob is amazing when it comes down to that. He got me in my dream car and I am beyond happy with my purchase! I will be a future customer again and I wouldn t recommend you go anywhere else if you are looking for a vehicle!!! Drove over to find a car for daughter after visiting the Bernard Motorcar Website. Brian let us test drive several vehicles and the experience was a breath of fresh a air - no pushy salesman in the passenger seat and no pushy sales gimmicks. Just my wife, daughter, and I test driving a few vehicles. Once we found the car we liked, the purchase process was quick and easy - it took less than 15 minutes. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Bernard Motorcars makes it easy by providing Carfax reports on good vehicles with great prices and no dealer fees or hidden fees. We plan on visiting again when it is time to purchase our next vehicle.

Bob and Brian were so great! Very friendly and negotiable! I got the paper work for my Durango done and was out of the lot in less than an hour. I m so glad I bought from here and didn t fiddle around with a big dealer who charge an arm and a leg for unnecessary fees! Definitely recommend coming here!
