Thx to Bill for getting us out of a jam. We blew a hub bearing on our travel trailer. Called Williams Automotive because of the positive reviews on Google maps. Although we gave him no notice, Bill immediately gave us directions to come over and helped us out right away.What a professional. (I liked that he had all the specialised tools of the trade).Great work. Thanks again.

I brought my vehicle here to have a second opinion. Dori took excellent notes, understood my concerns and properly communicated to the tech what I needed them to look over.They found a safety hazard with my vehicle from a brake job done wrong at another auto shop. I have been coming to this shop for all my vehicle repairs and needs for 6 years or so. they always take the time to explain any issues and make sure you are getting quality work for a great price. i know in the past they quoted me higher based on what they thought but once discovering the issue they were able to repair for much less than originally thought. Would tell anyone that this is one Mechanic i trust to tell me whats going on and not overcharge me for things i don't need.Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been to a lot of places through the years. Williams is the best. Quality work, professional and help me understand what is going on with my car. They take the time to explain the process to me and answer my questions. I've never had to return once they have fixed an issue. The prices are better than others. My jeep is currently there as I write this. They are re-gearing my axles because I just don t have the tools. They gave me a really fair price, and are even handling other issues that I had, and working with my warranty company so I pay less than I originally was going to. They are always updating me on progress, and communication is outstanding. I highly recommend these great people. Support local!

I'm very impressed with Williams Automotive's service and prices. I always get comparative estimates before making a decision. They did a tune-up for our Nissan Rogue (nearly 100,000 miles!) and serviced our air conditioning. They were kind enough to drive me home (5 minutes away) and pick me up when my car was ready later that afternoon. I highly recommend them. They will take good care of you!

This my third time using Williams Auto and I've been very, very pleased each time. They allow you to make appointments. Contact you by phone and/or email on repair needs per your request.They finished repairs and I've been completely satisfied on all three visit.But most importantly they didn't try to sell or make up repairs i didn't need.Like I was told by another vehicle repair shop.

My husband & I have been taking our automobiles to Bill for years. He's an honest guy who always does good work. So good we've suggested him to friends & family members. & Dori is such a welcoming person who is about the business but is down for a good conversation.

We found ourselves in a bad situation with a recently purchased used vehicle. Bill and his team worked diligently to find and fix the issues. Bill was honest and empathetic during the ordeal. I never once felt like he was being dishonest. We have a family friend who is a mechanic, he was so swamped he couldn't take the job on, but I spoke with him several times while working with Williams Automotive and he agreed with each diagnosis and said they sounded spot on. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn't easy these days but Williams Automotive fit the bill. Dory in the office is also great to work with and very patient. If you want honestly & great work done to your car, well this is the place. As a woman you go to these auto shops get oil change or etc..then they try to sell you & tell you this needs that well not these guys. Awesome did what I came for & thats all. They putting a motor in my husband truck as we speak. Thanks & keep up the good work.

I truly appreciate the staff!!!! I am having issues with my Kia Optima and after research they discovered some recalls that may be affecting my vehicle. They even took it a step further with contacting Galena to find out the next steps. I was advised to not drive my car so I waited for a tow truck. Through this 3 to 4 hours of wait time they let me know that I could access their facilities as well as provided me with water. Once I get this issue situated with Kia I will be directing my business to Williams Automotive.

Bill and the team at Williams automotive are fast, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. It is nice to work with someone you can trust to tell you the truth and do what they say they will. I had an alternator changed recently and the whole process was quick, easy and thorough. I highly recommend Williams Automotive!

Had the air bag unit (SRM) go out on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. The cost of the part alone was $833.00. I went to Williams automotive and he gave me some other options. He came through and had the van back in proper operation as soon as the part arrived. They are very reliable and reasonable with regards to price. I recommend you bring your vehicle to him next time something goes wrong with it.

We have known William Cermak for over 20 years. We met him when he worked for Complete Car Care in downtown Columbia. He was the only one who was able to take care of our Cadillac properly. He had worked for Cadillac and knew the codes inside and out. When he left to start his own garage we followed him. Twenty years later he is still our mechanic. He never did pressure us to do unnecessary repairs and he continues that way still today. I own a small business and rely on my trucks to be in the field to make money. When ever i have a problem, Williams is the only place i go. Bill and his crew have always had my trucks back on the road in a timely manner, with quality parts and workmanship. If i could give more stars, I would.

This was my first time taking a vehicle to Williams Automotive. I thought my power steering was going out. So I rushed out and bought the part. Contacted them to put it on. He advised bringing it in to diagnose the car. I said ok. Come to find out it wasn't the part I bought. They could have said yeah and charged me to replace a part I didn't need. The were honest and I have found me a shop to take all my vehicles to.

Williams Automotive IS my GO-TO Team! As a Military member, whenever I move about, I try to find that ONE GO-TO team. That ALWAYS does me right. Fixes the maintenance problem - RIGHT! When we moved to Columbia 5 years ago we asked about finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic. We were told about Williams.after our first visit we have never gone anywhere else.

They installed my auxiliary transfer fuel tank on my Ram 3500. I don't have any complaints and the work was done clean and on time as they estimated.
