They were amazing! Had to get the car towed, couldn t tell him what tire I had on the car because it was my daughters. He just said he d take of it, not to worry. And he sure did! The car was ready in an hour and the price was fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure working these gentlemen. I would recommend True Tires and Brakes to everyone!! They made what could ve been a horrible day much better for me and I m blessed I found them.

Super convenient and fast experience. I was able to get 2 new tires, my old ones picked up, and the new ones brought to my home for install. All for a really great price. I would definitely recommend.

We literally just bought a tire from here and it blew after 5 minutes of driving. We waited 45 minutes for the tire to be put on and currently waiting on the side of the road for them to bring a new tire. This is ridiculous.Only good thing about this place is that the employees were kind, prices are decent, and that they are bringing another tire.

we had a reservation for an UHAUL - they didn't open on time.... After waiting 30 mins with other renters - we called the UHAUL number - the tire co was not answering their phone(s). They said this location always has issues at the office - and that the regional manager would be calling the owner - we left and had to call the shop and workers lined up to cancel the move - we went to lunch and picked up some groceries and came back by about 90 minutes later from our reservation time - the other couple was then just pulling out in their truck!! They had to wait around in the SC summer heat for over an hour to get their rental truck - wow. I tried to speak with the worker who just kept sayin I can't hear you - childish!

I found tires on Facebook and asked if I can schedule a time to get them put on my truck. When I arrived there after driving 30 minutes, they told me CASH only. So I left to get cash and texted them through Messenger if i still had time to return and no respond. So I decided to go elsewhere.

Open at 9am, guy didn't show up until 10am, he did have rim or tire, went somewhere else to get the rim, he took him forever to come back. The rim he brought back was rusted. He charge me $120 a used tire that wasn't worth $125and $45 for a rusted rim. Didnt leave the shop til 2pm. Not good service or management.

I've dealt with many mechanics and shops over the years, and I can't say enough about Blair and Justin at True Tire. They were beyond helpful, efficient, and more than reasonable! If you want to support a small business without draining your pocket book, while getting top notch service, this is the place to go!

Couldn t be happier!Archie changed my tires. He was kind, friendly and professional!I got 4 great used tires for under $200.Why isn t everyone doing this!I will be back. Even if it s only for their recommendations on my truck.Thank you Archie and True tires!

Very fair pricing and quick turn around time, I had some locking lug nuts I needed taken off because I didn t have the special socket and also went ahead and did a wheel and tire swap out. Would recommend and use these guys again!

These guys are trustworthy and gets the job done quick in timely manner! I knew Justin since 2015 he s been nothing but honesty and hard worker I really appreciate this place

As a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, this was the location to pick up the moving truck. Although I was having issues with U-Haul's app accessing the key, the shop Owner was helpful when I called for guidance on where to leave the lock. If you take the lock with you, it's a $20 fee.Before my call, there was no place to leave the lock except an iron gate that opened & securing tires & such. The Owner said it was ok for me to toss the lock inside the gate, in which I did & snap a picture too boot.To note, this shop doesn't open until 11A, hence why I opted to use the App to access the truck.

Needed a tire before heading to work. Says they open at 9. 9:15 and still no one here. 9:30 finally gave up and tried somewhere else

I came in with a flat tire (stupid screws) and Blair and Justin had me in and out of the shop in 20min with a patch. Excellent customer service and amazing prices. Highly recommend!

I just came off the road from traveling and these two gentlemen were so professional and sweet. And made my tire a top priority I was in and out . I would definitely come again and recommend to anyone . Thank you again

NEW SHOP IN TOWN 150% Recommended!! They were VERY reasonable with prices and customer service is EXQUISITE If you don t go ANYWHERE else, COME HERE ! Top notch work that will never disappoint !!

absolutely a pleasure dealing with these guys, was stranded a mile from them and they were kind enough to come to me with a jack to get my tire off and put a spare on to get me to their shop where I could then get another set of tires put on my truck they were supposed to be closing early due to weather but made sure I was up and running before they called it quits for the day I will take all of my tire business to them from here out

Got a screw in my tire and came to this place and they almost immediately started working on my car and got the patch done quickly for only $20. super pleased :)
