Great service ! We had to look for a tire replacement very last minute. The appointment to get the tire looked at was made in less than 30 minutes. We were visiting and had to leave the next day but they were able to get us a tire first thing the next morning. Although there was a delay we still were able to get worked into their schedule. Overall great service and attitude !

Great auto shop to bring your car for any repairs. Quick service, very efficient and prices are reasonable. Best place to get an oil change. Techs are very knowledgeable.

Made a relatively last minute appointment that was honored quickly and professionally. I was in and out with a tire replacement in about 45 min. Very affordable and polite staff.

I've had my cars service here in the past and received good service but recently, my mom had her car here and was told day after day that it would be fixed. After I've a week they could not fix it. The communication here is terrible. Also the employee was sleep during business hours and I have a picture of him.

Was not able to fix my car - said it was fixed twice and finally admitted that they could not fix it. I had paid for repairs when I was told it was fixed the first time. Ended up getting it fixed at the dealership. The dealership used one of the parts and I returned the rest. Was told that I would receive a refund - but I am still waiting and it has been over a year. Have followed up several times and always told that the refund is in the works.Go someplace else that won t lie to you and leave you stranded with an unfixed car.I felt like I gave them multiple opportunities to do the right thing and am still waiting.

Tire ChoiceExperience was awful. My car is worse now than when I took it in. My check engine light was on is why I took my car in. They gave me a tune up / spark plug replace thinking it would resolve the mis fire In cylinder 2 but it did not. Plus my car would not start afterwards and had to be jump started then started smoking really bad. The manager John simply said hey we sell tires, we don t do service take it to someone that can further diagnose when I called him back to say my car was smoking, he told me to bring it back yesterday and it is still there now waiting for his mechanic to take a look but I have not heard back. Very disappointed and I paid $442 for a tune up!!!!! Since when are tuneups $442 ???? And all they did was change spark plugs! And now it s smoking and won t start? Never again! John was so dismissive and nonchalant about everything and the hey we sell tires did it for me!

Tire Choice is now my place for tires. They suggested Yokohama tires for my car that last longer and cheaper than other major name brands. Their customer service is amazing! Thanks Tire Choice and Aaron.

Garners ferry shop didn't repair my a/ c on my vehicle the technician told the manager that it would be to much for him to repair my vehicle he didn't want to repair they charged me 290.00 to charge my air conditioner unit to find out it had a leak. Schedule an appointment technician said he didn't want to repair it. Is there's a refund . Who can I contact. Immediately I won't recommended any customers to go there. Very unprofessional.

Don't give you time to clean you car for what they charge you can only rinse your car and that's it

The young man that helped me was great. Kind, friendly, and professional. I came the night before it was right before closing so I excused myself. He offered to perform the service, I told him I would return. I came back the next day and he remembered me and took great care of car. Awesome experience. A little kindness goes a long way and I truly appreciate the kindness.

Truly care about customer service and ensuring you come in and feel you re getting the best service possible for your vehicle. I use them for tire rack deliveries, oil changes, etc.They are always honest and upfront and take the time to explain why I need what is suggested. They never make me feel like I m overpaying for a service. I feel that my car (and my safety in that car) are in great hands here.

Staff was very helpful and trustworthy, after coming from a different shop trying to get a leak in my tire filled, they patched up my tire in 30 minutes, compared to the first shop that tried to tell me 2 of my tires were leaking and it was not fixable (tried to charge me $1300), staff here was WAY better and honest with me. Will be coming back.

This was my first time here and I am so glad that I did. The service was quick and super easy. The place of business on the outside and inside was very clean. Keith, the manager went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. To include, he gave me additional insight, about the what? the why's?and how to fix?, in regards to the nature of my problem. Overall, I felt very comfortable in this establishment and impressed and grateful, for the customer service that I recieved today. Keith and his staff were very professional and friendly too. I definitely will return, for needed car services.

They got me in pretty quickly and got me out pretty quickly as well. The manager, or owner, I didn't catch the title, was very knowledgeable, both with questions I had, and with questions his staff had. It real felt like they would go above and beyond to make sure your experience was a good one. I would highly recommend this shop.

The guy in charge, I would assume, Spencer is off the chain. He makes sure you are 100% informed every step of the way. Which makes you confident that no one is running one over on you. He s gonna make sure every i is dotted, no details missed. Thanks tire choice for getting me back rolling!

Keith provides excellent customer service with expert knowledge of auto repair issues. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I described vehicle problems. The other mechanic was friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility while we waited. I got what I needed and fast!

Not the most professional. I don't need to know how behind you are, just be accurate with when my vehicle will be ready. My SUV shakes worst than when I took it in for service. I plan to return tomorrow and I expect to be able to have my tires re-balanced quickly while I wait at no charge.

I scheduled a transaxle fluid exchange appointment online. The store's tech informed me that they stopped offering transmission work about 8 months ago due to a lawsuit. Given the company's 4.5 star rating, it appears to provide great service; however, I would advise proceeding with caution.

Where do I begin? The service and atmosphere were excellent on yesterday. I had to get a new tire. The price Mr. Todd gave me on the phone was what I paid for. I only had to wait for about an hour to get the new tire put on. It felt like a true family business. I would recommend this place to anyone I know, especially women. I am so glad I got to experience the great atmosphere for myself.

Todd is phenomenal!!! My daughter was not feeling well but I had to get an oil change. Todd made sure we got in and out. The work done there is very efficient and in a timely manner. I didn t feel like a customer but a friend. I ll definitely be back. You won t find a more accommodating place. Thanks guys for all your hard soak work.

Awesome staff and great management! They didn t have my tire in stock but they were able to get it within the hour. Replaced my tire in no time. Greatly appreciate them for their service in my time of need.

I love this shop. I was recommended to go here and I was a bit worried about a shop I had never been to but the Mechanics really set my mind at ease. They fixed my car and told me other things Id known needed fixing and nothing else. The quote was simple and straight forward and they stuck to it. They are honest and kind too. My tires were severely unaligned and they fixed them quickly and now Ive got my car working again.

We ran over a pothole on 77 and ended up with two bent rims on our Corolla. Rich and the guys at Tire Choice were wonderful, getting our rims back into shape so we didn t have to buy new ones, and getting us a good deal on new tires and an alignment. They have great service and customer service.

A phenomenal group of professionals who place taking care of customers ahead of anything else. I had a tire issue and they investigated the problem until it was resolved. Initially thinking it may require a new tire, they continued to search for an issue. They identified the problem and handled it. I ll be buying my next set of tires from these gentlemen. This experience was top notch.
