FANTASTIC service. I was greeted with a cold water bottle, and my daughter was given a Capri Sun and fruit gummies before we even got in the bay! The staff were incredibly friendly, informative, quick, and thorough. The best part of all, though, was when the manager gave me a cow instead of a duck for my jeep! I highly recommend, and will be going there again in the future.

I recently posted a bad review about this location, but I retract my statement completely. I ve been coming here for a while now and the customer service is top notch. The manager by the name of Charles Smith, is very serious about his job and his customers. It s great to be able to feel comfortable with each person working on your vehicle at this location you. I recommend this location above all other in the Columbia area. I will continue to be a patron of take 5 just because of every staff member at this locations.

Service was amazing!! Time sufficient, excellent staff and service. I'd highly recommend take 5 oil change. They'll get you in and out at reasonable timing. The staff was awesome, especially one by the name of Key. They made me feel comfortable and made sure they serviced what was needed!

Today we visited this Take 5 location, Garners Ferry Rd for our oil change and when I say an incredible experience, incredible is an understatement. It was far greater than incredible. Staff amazing, they worked together like no other and I also learned something about one of our vehicles I didn t even know and that was that we have an air filter in the glove box and it needed to be changed. I was recasted when I saw the filter Megan pulled out and replaced. I m telling you this location is the place to visit for your oil change. Make sure Jose, Megan, Matthew and I think her name was Kelly is there!!! And there was another guy there too that was amazing but I don t remember his name, but just ask for the today s crew ! Thanks Take 5 team for an exceptional experience and we will see you guys on the next oil change visit

It was my first time to this particular location on Garners Ferry Rd since I bought my new house. Extremely informative, very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. Did not rush through anything and made legitimate recommendations for my vehicle. Very impressed with him. I wish I got his name but he was the only one working and did a fantastic job communicating to the customers. I hope all employees at the Garners Ferry Rd location are like him. I love Take 5. They always get me in and out within record time. Kat and Jack were super awesome on my last visit. They were super helpful in getting my car needs met for an affordable price. Thanks so much Take 5! I will be back.

The oil was low two weeks after oil change, also got a fluid flush didn t change cooling because the staff said my cooling was dirty and low. The cooling flush wasn t cheap. I had to ask for management staff couldn t pull up history wasn t going to top off cooling, I won t be going back

Highly dissatisfied, this place is turned into nothing more than another jiffy lube. Tried to get sold services I didn't need, the price that I used to pay has literally doubled. The technician used a stick to prop my hood open which failed and the hood fell on his arm, I'm sure hurting him pretty good. Luckily there was no damage to my hood when he went to fill the oil back up he didn't hold the funnel and proceeded to dump about half of the oil he was putting in all over my engine block which now stinks it smells like oil all the time and smokes. I won't be going back to this place ever again and I will make sure everyone knows the trouble that I had with them. It used to be good when it first opened but I guess y'all have just ruined that good luck to you. And I almost forgot to mention it took almost an hour to get in and out of there and there was nobody but me there

I entered the parking lot on Garners ferry road greeted with smiles from multiple workers. When I entered the stall, I felt like everyone was wanting to give me their best! This was the best oil change I have ever had and I am 70 years old.

They were very kind of front and helpful!I wish I remembered their names I visited on 12/20/23. They told me the price range guided me in. Very quick to changed the oil told me what they were doing. Checked oil measurement and I was out in less than 7mins.I would recommend.

Will not be returning to this location ever again. Went for a oil change and overheard them say something about putting oil in the wrong hole! What!! When I mentioned it the guy says oh don t pay any attention to us. When I went to crank up my car at the end of service it would not crank. The guy goes did you leave a light on last night? Sir how did I get here my battery was fine until you all got under my hood. Not to mention they wasted oil on the engine. Worst experience ever please vet your employees properly these two were 123 not it!!!! I would say 0 stars but I had to put 1 in order to write the review.

I have never used this company before . I Stopped by for oil change while traveling through. Very polite staff. Ice cold bottled water was offered to us as we pulled up. Was a little wait (10 minutes) but that showed me they were a good choice since there was quit a few ppl in line . I stopped by on a Saturday too so I actually expected a longer wait time then 10 minutes. Overall I was happy with the service. They had all 3 lanes open and everyone was hustling. No one was just standing around.Service: Oil change

Take 5 on Garners Ferry is a MUST visit. My vehicle was always smelling of a burning smell. Got analysis FIRST by the dealership and had worked on pretty pricey (still burning smell). Went to Take 5, the employees immediately identified the issue and flushed the AC system and I am so pleased I no longer drive a smoky vehicle!!!!

The service was quick and professional all three men was polite and friendly.The information about my vehicle was helpful and the guys was very knowledgeable of the information.i loved the way the two guys was patient and considerate of the new trainee and allowing him hands on step by step instructions and the reason for the process. Would normally give 5 stars, but I waited 15 minutes past 8 am and nobody came to wave me in. Saw a guy sitting near the entrance looking at his cell phone. I backed up over the alarm that lets them know someone is there twice and both times nobody came to greet me. Ended up leaving and going to the take 5 down the road people here are normally great, but this visit left me sour.

Brent is the absolute best employee I have came across getting my oil changed at this location. His customer service is a 10/10. I really appreciate him and all he do. And for that I'm a repeated customer

Sorry, but this place definitely doesn't live up to the commercials! Waited for at least 45 minutes to an hour, and I still haven't gotten my oil changed! Once I crunk up my truck to leave, then all of a sudden it was time to come to me. Absolutely Terrible!

I do not normally take the time to leave a review but this is completely unacceptable.I was directed to pull into the bay as usual and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes while the technician working there decided to talk to multiple different cars who pulled up in the parking lot. Assuming his friends but nevertheless, obviously more important than his job.Then he proceeded to pull up the wrong account and told me he could not service my vehicle. After arguing with him about the account, he continued to mumble and complain because he did not want to do the work.As he is walking back to take a picture of my plate to get started, another "friend" pulls into the lot saying they needed a oil change fast. He walks back up to my window, says he can not service my vehicle then walks out of the bay and begins directing me out.I'm assuming since I received a email to review my service, that this guy had me sit in the bay for over 45 minutes in total so that it looked like he preformed a oil change service on camera. You guys won't be in business long at this rate.PS.... ( To the tech )If your going to be on cloud 9 at work... at least use some eye drops man. Pathetic.

Make sure you get all services at one time. Because if you come back the next day the price is different. Got a oil change they did not clean my windows or top off my fluids
