Service at quaker steak and lube is decent waited 4hrs for oil change the tech at night seemed like nice dude he has nervous tick or something but was thorough did good job. Short staffed 100% they need at minimum 1 more technician and better waitresses but wasn't the worst.

Could have been 5 stars but, NO BREAKFAST food on the menu in the restaurant. They took that away... put it back, this is a truck stop where drivers run 24/7 and chicken wings and burgers (as good as they are here) ain't breakfast food.

The quaker steak has a bowling alley!! That's fantastic for drivers to get out and do an activity on their 10 hr or 34hr breaks. Pretty neat!!!. That parking lot is clean, just nice

Worst coffee in the world. Someone is skimping on the coffee bags because what I had was nothing but brown water masquerading as coffee. NASTY!!!

Showers were fine, food was slow and came luke warm at best. The worst thing is the countless make your own spot trucks. They're blocking the scale, parked in all corners and even 2 trucks back to back in one of the fuel pumps with curtains drawn.Apparently corporate won't let them do anything to clear the lot for actual customers.

This truck stop is really nice! Can tell it s newer. Showers were good size and clean. We ate at the restaurant which was delicious with a cool antique atmosphere. They even have a bowling alley and a Starbucks.

Had a blast. My husband who drives a truck actually had fun. It's a truck stop but they have soooo many things to do.

We wasted a lot of time at this repair shop trying to get our Semi trailer fixed of an ABS issue. After two days of them trouble shooting we opted out of their continued assistance and had another party come look at it. Turns out they only partially replaced and check the items we asked to be done fully. You know it s bad when the mechanic that comes to save the day first words are, those idiots !It only took him thirty minutes to figure it out. Sadly, as my husband put it so well, we were had by incompetence .

I checked in at 8 a.m. got pulled in about 20 minutes after that. Told the mechanic what I wanted done. Pretty specific on what I wanted done. Then sat their until 2:30 p.m. when the mechanic came over to me and told me that no one was going to be able to get to me until the next day. I said I m leaving and the lady in the office wanted to charge me for them to do nothing. An then she said it was a check and advise. Like what kind of criminal operation are you running here petro? You need to offer more money to get more mechanics in here you want to charge us $100 a hour but yet you don t want to pay these guys a more than a quarter of that. I m finding it harder and harder to be able to depend on this organization. I should have went to speedco instead. You wasted 6 hours of my life, and then you wanted to charge me for it. The level of ignorance and total disregard for the customer was just insane. I don t blame the mechanic I blame the organization, the name on the building.

Avoid this location if you are military wanting to get your moving vehicle weighed... The female who acted in charge (Today 18 January @ ~1130) was extremely rude and they will make a mistake on your certified weigh scale paperwork if you do not pay close attention. I am not one to leave many negative reviews so if this reaches management, please know your staff attempt to blame the customer loudly in front of other customers for mistakes that they are supposed to verify with Identification (The whole interaction was just not professional or necessary) They did not once ask for my I.D even after I had to drive back on the scale twice because they failed to understand what needed to be done the first time. Bottom line, 1) Customer service was rude 2) There is a lack of understanding how to do their job. I hope this can get fixed in the future but for the time being I recommend the military use a different location, even if it means driving a little further distance.

The best one I ve been too by far, have a workout center a tv area while being attach too Quaker steak and lube. Which have a bowling alley and arcade room great place to reset and a very big parking lot.

Came for PM Service, 15 hrs before they got me in the door!! 17 hrs total!! Short staffed definitely! But they did however discount bill, mechanics service given was good, and they did sincerely apologize for the wait

One of the worst shops in the company. I've stopped here multiple times for repairs and after sitting for hours and hours, a shift chage will happen and they'll say they don't have a mechanic on duty. Management doesn't care. I gave up on this place about 3 years ago. Also this isn't a truckstop, they care nothing about truckers. A truckstop shouldn't have a bar. They don't have breakfast. Most of the lot is pay to park. This place was built more for locals than for us truckers.

Lost my prescription glasses at restroom. Some really low class trucker picked up just 2 minutes after I went running to check at restroom.But my oil change was quick . Took like an hour. But waited like 5 hours to be called be Good trucker please

Arrived at 5:30am with a low tire due to a nail which I extracted and plugged on the lot. Went to the shop and was told that there was no self serve air and that there wasn't a mechanic available to air up a tire until after 8:00am. Exact words: "I'm getting paid to tell everyone that there is nothing we can do." As I circled through the lot to find a parking spot, the tire broke free from the bead. I parked across from the shop to wait for 8am.At 6:30am, I see the road service truck start up and leave the lot with the lights on. He returns at 7:15. I go back into the office and reinquire about service and am told no mechanics available. I ask about roadside repairs and am told that there is no mechanic available for roadside repairs. When I inquire about the mechanic that just returned in the roadside truck, I'm told that he's not on the clock until 8am. I ask if I can go ahead and submit a repair request and he informed me that I would be #4 in line and estimated that I would be called into the shop around 9:30am. He also informed me that due to the tire coming off the bead, I would have to pay for a dismount and repair of the tire.After 8:00 I saw at least 6 trucks enter the shop and went to confront the new desk person who said I was next. Finally got in the bay at 11:30am. They dismounted the entire wheel, removed the tire from the rim, I got them to replace the plug with a patch (I was already paying for it), remounted the tire, and finally remounted the wheel. Finished at 1:15pm So a situation that should have taken 15 minutes max; wound up taking 8.5 hours and over $50. And I wound up not making my delivery today so I'm also $900 short in earnings.Will NEVER recommend this place!

I would give this place -10 stars if they had the option. SLOW SLOW SLOW These people are half dead and should not be working here. They spent more time on the phone then actually working on the truck. I had a flat tire and it took them more than two hours because they are more on the phone phone than actually performing the job. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANYTHING!

I arrived at the shop at 3pm for an oil change. I was told it was 3 people in front of me. I went at 7pm and was told it was still 3 people in front of me. I went in again and was told they only had one ASE certified mechanic as and he was on lunch. Called in at 12 and was told no more work was being being done until 8am. Horrible is an understatement. At 8am I'm told the same thing. Will never use again.Service: Oil change

Had two steer tires scratch up rim, they didn't bring it to my attention, I didn't find out about it until shortly after I left, dirty finger prints left in multiple places. I just had my truck washed, I returned to complain, the manager requested my email, too pictures, haven't heard anything about it from anyone till this day. It happened a week ago today.

Waited 3 hours to get in the shop. Back in at 3:30. Was told as soon as they were done I the parking lot on service call my truck would be worked on. There Service truck was parked and hour and a half made runs to the main store them was told it would be another hour before someone would work on my truck. Wasn't until I got upset and asked questions that anything was done. Just don't care attitude.

Very new crew members in the shop. Make sure you are very specific as to your needs, watch them like a hawk, and go over your receipt with a fine toothed comb.

If I could give less i would. No one wants to work. Another example of an empty shop and it takes them ALL DAY ...from 0700 to 1730 to call and get you in....for an oil change....I ignored their call when they finally did called. Every Petro I go to for service lately is the same BS. Frustrating at the least.

One of the better truck shops. I went in to get the def filter changed, since I could not get the casing off with my crescent. They do not stock them, but I bought the filter myself at Williams, up the road. They had me in and out in less than an hour, and the labor rate was much better than I had expected. No 2-hour minimum like most shops.

This place is a joke! Needed a simple trl lube and was told they're not offering that service due to a grease pump broken and waiting for one on back order. Folks, they sell grease guns at stores all around you, electric and lever operated. Stopping here is time consuming just to be told we're too lazy to offer an alternative.

F!@k this place 1 tire and here since 730a.m now 1030a.m still here waiting lol they did say after 8am...1215p still here almost done...actually still here 1240p. Now I know why I've never been to any TA EVER AND NEVER WILL I DO THIS AGAINService: TiresService: Tires

Quintarius got right on top of my pm as soon as he clocked in for his shift. He was very through while working on my truck and even asked if there was anything I wanted him to look at while I was already in the bay. Hands down the nicest guy! Took a little while to get in the bay as there were two other trucks ahead of me when I checked in, but overall 10/10 would come back to this shop anytime!!!

Such a nice truck stop, look not long time at bussiness but after get fuel, found it's no water in any buckets from 8 pumps for trucks. Its summer time, Sunday Aug 5. Why I should spend my time to get water if I always without doubt pay for your fuel and service?!
