Good food, clean restrooms. Definitely a a good stop to make if you're hungry for cooked food, Taco Bell, or Dunkin Doughnuts.Cooked food stops around 6pm during the evening. But, the other locations next to it are open later.Weekend hours vary, but they do have breakfast Mon-Fri which is also delicious.

I normally don't review places but this place hardly deserves the one star I had to choose from .Absolutely horrible customer service and terribly filthy parking lot are the first few things I'd point out. (Most of it is pay to park except for the back maybe 10 spots). If you ask me , it's not worth the fuel it would take to bulldoze the place over.

Avoid this Travel Centers of America like the plague!!! The parking is one hundred percent paid parking!!! Not only is the parking extremely tight, but they have a problem with people loitering asking for money. They do have a really good hot deli, though. As well as the hot deli, they have a Taco Bell and a Dunkin' Donuts inside the truck stop. The staff inside the truck stop are very polite, but the staff at Dunkin' and Taco Bell are super rude!!! My advice is to skip out on this TA location. Safe travels!

This place is extremely racist against white people, the people in charge here need to watch the cameras and ask other employees about the conduct here. The "manager" walked out into the parking lot and started yelling things about my friend who was just trying to get some food. I would not recommend this place at all, the fact that it's still in business is ridiculous. Do better. The "manager" kept walking in and out of the store and getting into people's vehicles for a few moments at a time... how do these people even get hired? This is the WORST TA I've ever been to and I've been all over the country, I'll pray for these people, but wow, just no respect, my friend didn't do or say anything wrong, the woman that's the manager almost assaulted my friend. If you don't do something about her, you may the up with a lawsuit. I'd definitely pay more attention to the employees you hire ... we're not here to buy your drugs, were not here to deal with your nonsense, we are actual travelers at a TA travel center. Just do your jobs or quit, I don't know what to else to tell you, figure it out.

Employees at this facility have bad attitudes. Are constantly on their phones either texting or calling talking with their friends, rather than actually doing their jobs. Simple questions are met with snarky remarks and eye rolls. The entire floors of the facility are sticky and unkept despite an employee walking around with a mop and bucket. Within the 4hrs I stayed within the facility I didn t see them once use it. Maybe I just came on an off day was my first thought but having read multiple reviews talking about similar experiences I ve had today I was not surprised. Why corporate hasn t done anything about this is beyond me. It gives TA/Petro a bad rap.

They work clean. They take care of your equipment with great care. Donald is a great center manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend drivers to come here when they are in need for services.

New Year s Eve they did a pm, not the Quick one, I paid 480+ dollars and they didn t do well grease. I ll have to get under my truck and check ujoints etc�tera to see what else they missed to grease. You consider these pictures. You will see where the grease is and some where you will see just the fitting and not grease at all. And that s only where I can see that s why I ll have to get under my truck.

I will never stop here again one of the worst TA on the east coast and the girl behind the fuel desk wins the award for the crappiest attitude! All 3 fuel pumps were broken, and we needed about 200 gallons. Had to leave and drive across town, about 20 miles out of our way to get fuel.

the worst gas station in the whole USA, rude people without you spending a lot of money to gas up, they still charge you to park and sleep there. I do not recommend and will never use this gas station network again.

I'll be kind an give the shop one star. I got out of shop a few minites ago. Waited 20min to pay my bill for a pm service. Extremely bad attitude from woman in office because I knocked on office door. She come out of office,then the service writer shows with attitude. The attitude of the people working in shop is in line with the bad reviews this TA receives!!!!

Dunkin closed at five, staff acts like they can't be bothered to do much of anything. & the cashier was playing on her phone SUCKING HER THUMB. that's disgusting. Pretty sure the person that's supposed to be working at dunkin was talking on the phone and playing on her laptop being obnoxious. Weren't even here a whole 20 minutes and being asked to pay for the parking. Do you want us to clog up the fuel aisle just to get taco bell?

It's always a pleasure to visit rest stop. Very clean, as well as, the restrooms. Friendly staff. Alot of options for food choices in one place. Very conveniently located. You can see from Interstate-20. Parking May seem confusing at times, but well worth it! Stop by if you live receiving great customer service!

Nasties truck stop ever been to fat lady on fuel desk rude she should work on prison instead of a truck stop ,lady on the shop is nice but guys working on shop they are good for nothing and they call themselves mechanics my lord my 6 yrs old kid knows more about mechanic than them just stay away from this place

Unbelievably rude cashier. I m not sure I have ever ran across a cashier as rude as I experienced here. Mocking customers, cant be bothered to ring up customers. Very disappointing.

If i can give zero i will. This TA have bad representation of the store. Everyone in the cashier area is really rude to everyone specially the truckers. You do business with this people but cant treat them nice. Please change those people that is on the front. Customers should leave happy after getting their food or buying something they need and spending their hard earn money on your place but its a total opposite. This cahsiers dont smile nor treat people right. Who ever the manager is gonna need to revamp your team. Smiling to customers do a lot.

This was by far the worst ta I ever stopped at the workers had attitude and then they fasle advertising there are parking spots that are open when parked there is no reserve parking paint or sign I was parked terid and then the guy comes banging on my truck and informs me it's 20 a night this ta is not friendly to drivers or customers even the bathrooms were a wreck such a terrible place I will from not stay going to loves or pilot shame on you ta I hope this place gets shut down or some how better employees

This is by far the absolute worst TA in the country. I have been to this store a few times. This store needs new management and new staff. As well as the restaurant. All the employees including the security guard are beyond the laziest and rudest people they can hire. I will be reporting this TA to district management or farther up the chain. Everyone here including the store manager needs to be fired asap!

Dirty and stinky. 6:00 and no coffee ready. Only 3 pumps and 2 working. Poor management. People walking at 2:00 and 4:00 knocking my door asked for a cigarette at 4 in the morning!!! I don't even smoke. Tiny toilets right at the entrance, you can hear the symphony while someone is using it, and feel the freshness of a dumped load while walking in the store.

Miss Kim help me she went all out to make sure I was going GET my com check cash and get fuel FROM the TA TRUCK STOP .THANKS A LOT TA IN COLUMBIA S,C. SHE IS A KEEPER. , THE STAFF IS GREAT TOO!!!!!!!

Great customer service but I went there twice for electrical work and was charged both times and could not get the job done both times tried to charge me two hours when I was in there for one hour I timed it. all I needed the second time was a 7-way install I informed them that I crossed up the wires myself I went to the trailer shop all my lights were working in less than 15 mins for 175 they were paid 130 for nothing try to get 1.3 hours I said heck no quit stealing money I ll quit leaving reviews

This truck stop need new management. The stuff are very rude and disrespectful. Everyone should get fired from inside the store to the maintenance/service dept. cause no one want to do their job. Had got my truck serviced and they charge me for something that they did not fix. They made up a receipt and gave it to me. It s not the TA but the staff here. Note; they will stealing from you. Do not go here

I came here for a simple tire change and with one truck it took the mechanic two hours to change two tires and then he got upset because I asked to rotate a tire an ince so I could reach my stem. Even though I was gonna pay for it. Nothing but rude. I'll never do my business here again

stopped in the other day to get a PM service and I must say, Mr. Jimmy made me feel comfortable knowing that he was the one working on my truck. Each step he made sure to show me what he was doing and answered any question I had. Hope to see you again Mr. Jimmy when I come back to the east coast

What a dump. TA should attempt to rescue it's brand and take it's logo off this sorry fuel stop. Granted, this place always sucks. Isn't any better. Only 3 fuel lanes. Resttroom was messy. I'll be damnned if I'll waste my time again at this stop. Maybe I'll try again next decade.

Worst TA I've ever dealt with lady behind the counter is rude as hell. Parking lot is nasty inside is nasty no soap in men's restroom. Very disappointed TA do better

Once again I am forced to a TA because my truck needed work. Nothing but reserved parking and not many spots available. It will be four to five hours to get to me and I haven t eaten all day. All that is here is Taco Bell come on a driver doesn t want Taco Bell after driving all day. I want a restaurant where I can get good food and time to relax. Put the restaurant back. People are rude the whole store is filthy the bathroom was so bad I can t think of how to describe it.

Do NOT reserve parking. Trailers dropped in spots, day-cabs dropped off and taking up spaces. No one is willing to make non paying drives move. Inside staff is always nice but ownership needs to manage their parking situation more closely.

We are traveling and needed to get the DOT inspection on our truck! Ray got us in and talked us through everything he was doing, and maintained great conversation while he worked! AND our wait to get in wasn't long at all! Definitely stop in to see Ray and Jimmie get you safely back on the road!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
