I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Suddeth Automotive. They gave me really good prices on a new water pump and thermostat for my Tahoe. My heater has never worked better. The manager was really friendly and even gave me a gift card for my business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't keep returning if I didn't trust them. I'm cheap, I don't buy new vehicles. Trust and reasonable prices is what I look for in a automobile repair shop. When I'm talking about trust I'm gonna rest easy knowing they will do what they say there gonna do and then stand behind the repairs. That's crucial to trust. There knowledgeable in all repairs I've required and never had to return to have it done twice. That's why I go there.

Not only did they give me a ride home so I didn't have to spend the day waiting for my car to get fixed, they also found out what was wrong with my car (a loose coolant fan relay) and didn't charge me for correcting the issue. This has been the first really positive experience I've had at a car shop. Every time I've taken my car into other car places they "discover" an additional issue that needs to be fixed and I end up questioning if there was really that issue or if I'm being taken advantage of.Good honest genuinely nice people here. I will recommend Suddeth Automotive Services to all my friends.

I appreciate the communication and the understanding when it comes to vehicle repairs! I plan to start bringing the rest of my vehicles here for service! We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and willingness to service our vehicle. I am so tired of the Car Dealerships pushing what you should have or need, with no regards to price. Suddeth provided us with a fair and speedy repair of the vehicle, not to mention cost effective. Great place!

The owner runs a quiet gem in the city for anyone needing an honest priced and able friend in the auto service industry. I've taken my vehicles to Team-1 / Suddeth for years and have an appreciation for their service. I feel like we have a good relationship and I will continue to use them. Even though they are further away now (downtown), It's ok because they give me a ride back to the house when I drop a vehicle off there.

For the first time since I've had my 1998 Toyota Camry, I got to see my "check engine" light flashing along with a significant shudder. I had an appointment I had to get to and had to park it and have it towed. It was a rather frightening experience for me, but my worries were over when I took it to Suddeth. I have always trusted the entire staff with my car. I knew they would take good care of my car, and they did. It's important to me to have faith that I won't be sold what I don't need, nor charged for work that wasn't done. They've always made me feel like family, and I'd be a fool to take it anywhere else.

I'm in complete shock! Had my car towed to this repair shop for starter issues and the mechanics took the time to work on my car without having to rule on replacing the starter which was a few months new as it turned out it was the exciter wire that was lose,any dishonest shop would have charged several hundreds for a new starter and labor,instead they found the lose wire and corrected the problem and charged me $74.00 for labor any repair shop this honest not only deserves kudos,but as many customers it can get.HONESTY PAYS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP.MAY GOD BLESS THEM.

Mike has been taking car of all of my cars since 2005. He is always up front and fair regarding any issues I may have. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. This is the only guy in Columbia I will let work on my cars. Customer For Life.

I called 3 auto shops ahead of this one looking for assistance with a few stubborn bolts. The autos before said that leasing or renting their time to use or someone else use a pneumatic tool was against liability or other bs reason.Once explained to Team Suddeth, they assisted with my issue and even offered no pay necessary for the interaction. If you want a business model for the customer, and not the organization, take your vehicle to Suddeth, they had my back, and they ll probably have yours.

My knowledge of automotive technology tapers off in the early 1960's, and I have more than once had my ignorance taken advantage of. When I dropped off my elderly Tahoe I fully expected to pay for replacing everything to do with the brakes. When I picked it up, they had determined only the rear breaks needed repair and the bill was 1/2 what I expected. That sort of thing doesn't happen every day.

Got a quote from the manager to replace a window regulator for $375! The part costs $25 (brand new) and the labor is about an hour or so. I eventually got someone to do the work for $110--everything was fine. These guys talk a big game about how they will guarantee their work and such and such, but the fact is that they will charge you a premium for making you feel like an ignoramus. Do yourself, get a quote from someone else first. If you still feel like you want to go here, that's fine... but check someplace else first.

Always helpful and fair. If they can't pinpoint your problem, they don't guess and charge you for it. With 3 older cars, I seem to blow up their phone a lot, but they are always great to work with.

These fine folks repaired my tire after I wasted two trips to Mavis Tire on Bluff Road in Columbia where I had purchased 4 BF Goodrich All Terrain tires.Honest, friendly people

My car came out worst than it went in. Thats for a waist of time and money. Dont say u know how to replace a radiator for the money and return my car with a engine problem. Iv taken 2 different cars there with different problems, both times they have taken them in very quickly and diagnosed the problems and had them fixed the same day. I will definitely be taking my cars here in the future.
