I was at the shop today as I normally Go to get my oil change and an altercation broke out with the white man screaming at the manager James. James kept asking him to calm down and be quiet and discuss later. He would not and kept screaming while customers were here and being very annoying and unprofessional!!! This is unacceptable in a business atmosphere and he should NOT be working anywhere near clients!

Took my jeep there yesterday and the customer service was phenomenal!Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming. James, the manager, was an extreme help. He took care of me the minute I pulled into the parking lot and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I ll definitely be back and recommending them to people!

I needed a coolant flush. This was my first time receiving service from them. Their service is quick. James was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions. I will be returning when necessary.

This place could have ruined my engine. All the oil leaked out of the improperly installed oil filter in my car port and at work. Had no oil in on the dip stick by the time the oil pressure light came on. They came out the next morning to my house to make it right. But they only put 2 quarts in and told me that would get me to the shop. I had just driven it with no oil and now I am to go to the shop on 2 quarts? They said there was a problem with the seal on the filter. I don't see one. I'll provide a picture because they forgot the filter at my house, and then asked me to bring it back for a 3rd trip to the shop. I told them to come get it if you want it. I asked them to clean up the oil in my car port, they said they would have the district manager call me and would arrange a cleaning. That hasn't happened. I went here for 2 years, will never return. I don't write bad reviews either, this is my first. I recommended this place to my friends at one point, I've since texted them to steer clear.Service: Oil change

Nate, Cory and Allen did an awesome job with my oil change. They were polite and got me in and out quickly. I was very appreciative of Cory for telling me that my filters needed to be changed, the shop that has been changing my oil never told me it needed to changed. All 3 guys made my experience a great one!

So I went for an oil change yesterday and expected some other work to be needed. Got brakes replaced. Despite the shop getting the wrong part sent to them multiple times for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra, they still made sure I was out of the shop the same day. They even made sure I got a good price for everything. They were very nice and I appreciated the apology for the delay, despite it not being their fault. H

Just got my oil changed from this business and it was a great experience. Everyone was respectful, informative and really fast. They cleaned my windshields and were transparent with me on some things I could do for my vehicle without any pressure to do it during the visit. James was magnificent..he was the only one working basically soon as u pulled he came out and assisted me right away and kept me posted about everything my vehicle needed..I believe it was another guy just standing around while James greeted everyone and help everyone by himself I don't think it's fair that the only one working is James while the other gentleman did absolutely nothing...thank you james I will be back because your customer service alone was outstanding...and speedee you guys need to get james some assistance the other guy working with him I believe he is Caucasian not saying anything about race but its worth ethic he did nothing but stand around looking while james did everything..once again thanks james.

I am very impressed with the thorough and top notch service I received at this speedee on Rabon Road!I would like to commend the technician that explained everything that was needed to keep my 18 year old Honda Accord in great running condition!The technician is Kendall!What a great asset to this company!He made my experience as informative and explainable to me the person that knows nothing about cars.And the rest of the employees were so attentive and friendly!I highly recommend this business!

I am super late with this review but two-three weeks later I am still enamored by the awesome customer service provided and knowledge given by Kendall the Assistant Manager. He was so down to earth. I literally felt like he was family throughout my entire oil change experience. I came in with a negative impression and left mind blown. Kendall was so good that I ended up spending the exact amount I told him I did not want to spend! But I will do it all over again for the great experience had. Go see Kendall!

Rabon Rd Columbia SC. The customer Service at this location is/was amazing! Everyone was polite and professional! 10-Stars goes to Nate and the gentleman that greeted me at my car. Service was quick and everyone was kind and respectful. However, I specifically told the gentleman that I did not want a full synthetic oil change. I asked for the prices of the other 2 options and he gave me the option for a high-mile oil change that was closer to $68. I chose this option but they still did the full synthetic and charged me the full $94 for it...I have ammended my original review as Nate promptly contacted me to fix this mistake. He offered me either a free oil change or a refund, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone makes mistakes and I truly appreciate when they are willing to apologize and try to fix it. That means more to me than a company that claims to always be perfect.Thank you for your great service!
