I needed an oil change and stopped by SpeeDee on Bush River Rd. I was greeted by Cody who explained the options and educated me other things that needed to be addressed before doing so. Not only was other fluids topped off, they vacuumed my carpet and told me that I could stop by in between oil changes to get fluids topped off at no additional cost. I was going another company for my oil changes but will be coming here from now on.It's also a plus that the waiting area was clean.

I always get great customer service at this location. On my recent visit the district manager stopped to chat with me and employee Cody explained everything that they were doing on my car and got me in and out quickly. I like that you can see the work they are doing on your car from the waiting area. I also really appreciate how they let you know what work needs to be done and offer you pricing but there are no hard sales. Quick, efficient and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Well I had an issue with my vehicle where my thermostat was going straight to the hot(H) on the gauge. So I reached out to to this shop and a Guy named Cody was very informative about the issue. Not long Cody let me know it was my radiator, he did his do diligence and was very reasonable and honest. By the next day every thing was good, he nip the problem and showed me the problem. I definitely will be seeing them again no doubt. Not to mention the staff that was there was down to earth and welcoming. You gotta try'em out!

Asked for discount. Denied. Paid over $50 for a standard oil change. Have taken my cars to this location for years. Never denied a discount. Will probably switch to Jiffy Lube. They are offering $25 coupons. Standard for $34 and synthetic for $65.I was advised by Speedee to send my complaint to an email address. I did so, but still have not heard from anyone. Business must be good.No response from Speedee.

Cody had such great customer service. He was very polite, fast, attentive and efficient while doing his job. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come see him and get their cars serviced. I ll definitely be back again.

Cody gave me excellent service!! after his inspection, he clearly explained what I needed for my 60,000 mile maintenance as well as upcoming maintenance that will need to be done soon so I can plan/budget. He finished up my maintenance and oil change, and returned my thoroughly vacuumed car to me in a very short time. Thanks, Cody!!

Went for an oil change and the honest gentleman said that I have 1000 miles left on current oil change-wow what honesty! He still vacuumed my car, cleaned the windows, checked tires and lights at no charge. I ll be back for all our oil changes.

I ve trusted these guys with the oil changes on my vehicles for years. They re always courteous, professional, and fast. Their prices are beyond fair. One of the first times I came to this location I had a Groupon and I hadn t noticed that it was actually for a different location. Before servicing my vehicle, the manager pointed this out to me but did not turn me away or send me to the location on the Groupon. He just mentioned that he d have to arrange with the other shop to have their credit for the Groupon transferred to that location and went ahead and honored it. That level of customer service is what keeps me coming back!

I can t imagine going anywhere else. Their pricing is not only fair but also transparent, eliminating any hassle or surprises. But what truly sets them apart from everywhere else is their top-notch quality of service. Cody went above and beyond- truly the extra mile and made me feel valued. I was presented with an estimate of services of what was needed, I was shown things to help me understand the need, and I did not feel hassled into anything. If you're looking for an auto shop that combines Southern warmth, affordability, and exceptional service, this is the place to go! Ask for Cody when you go, he was truly amazing every step of the way! I could not have asked for better service!

UPDATED REVIEWS! 5 stars to 1 .. This use to be my favorite place to get an oil change and only place until this past oil change they didn t tell me I needed Coolant and completely out of power steering fluid I waited to make sure it wasn t a leak in either and it s been 2 weeks and no problems. It really sucks I paid $85 and then had to go buy more coolant AND power steering. I m worried they didn t do the 17 point check correctly or didn t do the oil change right now .

Spee dee on bush river Columbia did a fantastic job. I went in to get an oil change on my car. Brain and Shane explained everything what they was doing did not push me to buy something i didn t needed. They was super understanding what I needed for the maintenance on my car. They was very honest on everything regarding my car. They are the best speed dee around. This is my place for now on . Thank you I appreciate it.
