I went in for an oil change my car was perfectly fine. It was eighty something plus a forty something for an oil flush they sold me into getting. the total for some reason went up to 180. okay no problem I thought job well done. the same day my car starts jerking losing power and somehow burnt oil smoking while sliding down my engine. Its turned off on my twice since then and it's been 2 weeks. took it back yesterday for them to tell me that an oil change is going to bring any old problems it had up...... what school did they graduate from. anyway I got no refund they basically just popped my hood and said that wasn't us..... it's February i spent five thousand do in November to get that car right. I didn't have a single problem till these people touched it. Nothing personal with workers they have very nice personalities up front but us customers don't pay for smiles we pay for service. Never going down the same street this establishment is located at.

Great experience, Calvin was very knowledgeable when he explained to me what and why he was doing what he was doing and what I needed for the best performance of my vehicle due to the year and make, David looked like a descendant of Abraham Lincoln, Stone customer service was impeccable compared to the service around COLUMBIA, SC which seem to have gone down the drain after Covid. All three of these technicians were very helpful as well the customer. I will definitely be going back.

"SpeeDee" service, absolute gentlemen, gave discounted service, and did a free 17 point check all around my vehicle! Gave clear advice included with the paperwork, made diligent notes for my future service, and I'd recommend them off of one visit alone! They made me laugh and the conversations were good, will definitely be going back :) Happy Customer

Everyone was kind first off which is really important to me customer service is a big thing. Secondly, they were thorough and patient as I do not know much about cars but I don't feel like I needed to with the way that everything was explained to me. The love of customer service and care that they took with me was impressive from a level of Customer Service outlook and that's why they get five stars

These guys are good and thorough. No issues with any oil changes thus far. David(?) was last service advisor and was very thorough and helpful. They do upsell other products and services, but this is their job. I m always in and out quickly. They ll check your basic stuff (lights, bulbs , wiper blades , battery , etc. and inform you of any concerns . Will continue to go back for my full synthetic oil changes as long as the $20 off coupon remains in place.

Hello all!Everyone that worked here was fast and helpful.They offered many services even though I was there for just an oil change; which I think is normal of most oil change places. They had a bundle offer I couldn t refuse for the price.They got me out of there fast and did a great job.I personally am making them my regular oil change place and would definitely recommend!!!

First time coming here and they gave me excellent customer service. Worked with me and my Chevy Avalanche. I got a simple oil change and they were friendly, excellent and prompt with my service as well. I ll be back and recommend them as well.

Had a great experience here - called ahead because it was late & wanted to see if they could fit me in. Fortunately they could & was offered a great discounted rate - staff was friendly & thourough. Ask for Calvin! He's knowledgable & he will take care of you! Even though it was a late hour right before close, I was not rushed & I will definitely be returning!

Great group of men! very helpful and knowledgeable such a pleasure to be assisted by them. They have beyond pleasant attitudes and just so warm and personal to talk to. I stopped for an oil change and was very pleased with the services received. My daughter is autistic and we were even allowed to sit in the car during the process which definitely made things easier as we ate our breakfast. I just recently purchased a car and it didn t have a jack or the tools necessary to change a tire luckily Mr.Mike was still at the shop. Even though he had just closed the shop out the kindness of his heart he came out and changed my tire in less than 3 minutes. It s hard to find genuine people these days especially dealing with cars ESPECIALLY when it s dark and time to go home to your family. If you want a genuine person working on your vehicle I d recommend Mr.Mike all day. Looking forward to future business.

They performed appallingly. When I walked in and told them I needed an oil change, they emptied the car's oil and came back to me saying, "Oh, it will be 130," at which point my car's oil light started flashing since they thought it would be a good idea to con me out of the money. I will never come back here!

Ive had my car serviced at speedee oil located at 1101 broad river rd in columbia for three years now and have never let me down. Its always nice to see Mr. Calvin and be blessed with his and their excellent service.
