After calling several places and finding out they all didn't have space or they were short with me on the phone (I understand people have businesses to run) I stopped by Southeast Automotive to see if they could work on my ailing vehicle. Artis was great to work with, he was straight to the point and discussed a clear plan of action. He also gave me realistic time lines and general prognosis. When it came time for him to get into the problem he promptly gave me the run down of what what going on and approximately how much it would/could cost. They were able to fix the issues and get my truck running like a champ. I highly recommend.

I took my car to them to get the ac back in working order. They provided great service and communication during the entire process. They didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed. When I received my car back my ac worked flawlessly. I had a few small concerns and the owner came out and addressed each and every one to my satisfaction. They stand behind their work 100% and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them in the future if I need anything else fixed on my car. The ac is ice cold and I couldn't be happier. Awesome!! Great customer service. Professional, polite, beautiful facility, etc. I cannot say enough about Southeast Automotive. They came through for me after another auto service created problems with my vehicle. She now runs better than she has in a long time. Great power. Runs like a new truck. I love serendipity because I found the greatest mechanics car repair shop in all of Columbia SC. I had to replace my fuel tank, found one for a lot less than a new one. I am extremely grateful I had the money to pay for the repair. They went above and beyond excellent customer service, the waiting room had coffee, the rest room was well taken care of. I will be a customer for life.

Honestly I wouldn t even give them 1 star they service was so poor. Even customer service was horrible. They screwed my truck up worse then what it was and refuse to fix it so now I have to take my to another shop I recommend you stay away if you can

My truck broke down literally right around the corner from the shop. I called them and with no appointment got my vehicle fixed. They immediately pulled it in and got to work. Also got a 3 year warranty military discount and great customer service very rare these days.

Checked my car quickly to diagnose the issue and worked me in the same day. Was done with everything in less than 2 hours. Awesome job, honest, and great work. Will definitely be back.
