It is with a heavy heart, but simultaneously with immense pleasure, that our transaction with Shealy Truck Center has come to an end, at least for now. We couldn t have asked for a more positive experience, from the first call to the delivery of our vehicle less than one week later. I m sure Shealy has some great salespeople, but we can only speak for our experience with Steve. He is the consummate professional with a caring, attentive nature. Whatever can be considered beyond above and beyond, that s where he went. It s difficult to say whether there s anything Steve can t or won t do given his God-given abilities, but there s no doubt he will do whatever he can for his customers. His cohorts at Shealy are equally professional and quick to help, though Steve s ability manage the sale on behalf of everyone made interacting with others a relative non-factor. If/when we need another truck, there s no question who we re calling. We have not be paid or endorsed in any way to provide such a glowing review, but the 2020 Isuzu NPR HD we now happily zip around in is payment enough. Took our box truck up here because it was throwing codes. Had been to two other shops first and couldn't get it fixed. Shealy's had us in and out in under an hour. Big thank you to Jacob for helping us out!

I manage a small fleet across the Mid-lands. I have had to deal with Idealease and other truck maintenance centers. My experience is that Johnnie Dixon and the service team at Shealy is head and shoulders above the rest. They work to satisfy not to maximize their profits like Idealease. I will continue going back there whenever needed.

Went here on Monday with my VNL 760 because truck was throwing codes. Truck was done on Tuesday and the staff was nice. Mary was very generous and helped to get the process of fixing the issues smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great people and awesome service.

Shealy is the best around! Took my truck in for a 3 axle alignment and it was the best experience I've had at a shop yet! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They will tell you what's wrong with your truck and fix it instead of beating around trying to get extra money out of you. Tom who does alignments is absolutely the best in the business. I've taken multiple trucks to many other shops and I have NEVER gotten the service quality and attention I got here. From now on, this will be the only place I go

I have had nothing but great experiences with this service center! No one is ever excited about needing maintenance, but I appreciate the peace of mind of knowing that if I get my trucks to them they ll figure it out and get it back to making money ASAP. They make it easy to book services and work even more effectively when you re in a clutch being a Volvo Uptime service center. They're closed weekends, but they go above and beyond to get you repaired as quickly as possible. From my very first experience as an owner-operator with one old VNL 670, to my current fleet of 2020 VNRs, they ve always provided timely and professional service.

Top people, top service! Showed up today at Shealy with my 2013 Highway VNL with no appointment and was made to feel at home. Repair involved old style knuckle banging with some out of the box thinking by the technicians due to no spare parts availability and I was back on the road in couple of hours. Highly recommended place!

Let me start by saying parts department is spot on, they got me the part I needed extremely fast. The service department on the other hand needs some work. After replacing a part on my truck myself ,due to being back up at service, I was told to bring the truck in to have this part looked at to make sure it was done properly and then was told they would do a pm on my truck as well when I got there. Low and behold, when I drove across town to get the service done they are to busy. Mind you it's a 15 min drive. What changed in 15 minutes? Won't be back unless I need parts.

Man the service department sucks. They had my truck sitting for God only knows how long and never called me that it was ready. I had an electrical problem and that was the main reason I took it to them, they charged me 600 to "diagnose" it and change a terminal end on a wire that didn't need to be changed. I picked it up and two days later the same problem occurred and they wouldn't look at it without more money in diagnostics. I took it to another shop and had it fixed the same day for less than 100 bucks.

These guys are the best I know. No one else will take you in and take care of you in half a day. These guys did. No matter how nightmarish any brake downs for any driver, I would prefer it happened close to SheLy Truck Center. GREAT JOB! Great service!!!

Wow is all that needs to be said to sum up the experience I had with this outfit...Friday night 5.55 pm and my d 13 volvo decided it's a great time to blow a resivore..Bubba in the parts department not only stayed to find the parts this man drove 30 miles to bring them to me at the truck stop..way above and beyond...I will definitely go back.Thank you..

Shealy Truck Center is the CADILLAC of Customer Service when it comes to either Leasing or Buying a Truck. Their process is streamlined in a way to make me get into a truck for the 1sr time as an Owner Operator with Ease and Guidance from the whole entire team.The Team at the Repair Shop are fast and efficient. When it was time for my PM, it was a breeze to have my truck serviced there.Kaleb and Tim has been phenomenal with their outstanding customer service experience from Day One. Thank you Tim.Do not be shy to go in there to speak to one of their associates, they will treat you like Queen and King.

Hutch knows his stuff and has knowledgeable advice for you in the parts department. Thanks! Update- night parts is open late during the week. I got parts around 11pm, and Google maps shows they close at 1am. UPDATE- 5/20/22, I went in and got filters for a PM, as well as an air filter that was desperately needed. My truck can breathe again thanks to Shealy Truck Center parts department.

Johnnie and his team are on the ball. They replied very promptly to an email inquiry I first made, once we got an appointment they continued to use email to gather details ahead of appointment day. I knew they had started working on the vehicle (an RV, which they were happy to deal with) due to a status email, and they called when it was ready - which was when they'd promised. Because it was a smaller engine/chassis than they normally do preventative maintenance, they gave me a discount on their normal rate. I asked if they handle steering strut upgrades, and Johnnie researched it and sent an email with the part I'd need. Johnnie even checked that the vehicle was in ready to leave condition and brought it over for me to drive away. Awesome team that really works as a team focused on the customer.

Pure Garbage!!!!! This place is too busy. Overhead doesn t care about its clients so Mr. Coleman decided to not care because he s overwhelmed with current work. I decided to tow my truck somewhere else. No communication and zero respect. Pure Garbage!!!! The technicians look very dissatisfied and not interested.

We were traveling home to Texas from North Carolina and had some problems with our RV. We looked online and found Shealy s Truck along our route. We phone ahead and even with as busy as they were, they were ready and waiting when we pulled in. They immediately hooked our RV up to their diagnostic computer and started to work. They were so friendly and helpful - I d say finding them was truly a blessing!

This place will rip you completely off. We have the receipts/emails to prove it. You absolutely cannot afford to spend your hard earned money here. Just don t do it. Find another shop after reviewing positive feedback. This is not the shop to trust. Not for service, not even for buying parts. You WILL be ripped off. Never done business with a place more unethical.

The folks here are professionals in every sense of the word, and will do right by you. I have more confidence in their ability to work on my truck than any other location in America. If at all possible, get your ailing truck to this location !I just visited again for my leaking oil cooler. Technician Mike Curtis did a great job !! More importantly, Mike was willing to spend a few minutes with me educating me about my truck, and why problems arise. Thanks Mike for educating this humble truck driver.

Had a problem with yolk leading to transmission fixed, requested my transmission cooler lines be installed, luckily I looked under truck before I left and noticed they had not done it, so they did after I told them, then left facility checking lines for leaks every 20 mi, noticed a fuel line damaged right above the area they were working on, they did not take time to remove hose to work on yolk damaging fuel line, I called and was told I probably pick up something on road that they did not damage, to take in next time in town. Truck was not leaking fuel when taken in and is now , you decide.

in may 2013 I was going to Tampa FL. from Boston, my A/C stopped working. About 4: 30 pm ! I have made to the shop, mechanics almost were done for a day, (hot day almost 100 deg.) I'have talked to manager and he offered his time "just to check it" It turned out that after 1,5 he and his guy has fixed it ! . he showed great professionalism.He and his mechanic has stayed after hr. and the most important, he did NOT CHARGED me a penny. yes no charge !he also checked my valve adjustment . and he told me that I need it . Yes in fact I was at 900000 miles and I have never done one. .Month later I had this done . My fuel millage is much better now , engine works smoother , and has much more power !. . also my a/c works great .He charged me little more than half, what I would pay in CHICAGO.Thanks . As the owner of a business with a fleet of vehicles, I understand what it means to continually service and maintain vehicles. I recently found myself on a road trip with one of our trucks, traveling with an install team to button up a year-long project in Charleston, SC. When travelling back to Atlanta, our truck broke down unexpectedly on the side of I-26, 45 miles from Shealy. I contacted my Atlanta mechanic who recommended Shealy without hesitation (they are completely unaffiliated). Shealy recommended a towing service that arrived EXACTLY when they said they would, and brought my truck to Shealy without mishap. Cam and Tosha from Shealy then took over, with their team diagnosing and repairing my vehicle within hours so I could get back on the road, arriving in Atlanta later that evening.Looking back, I was initially concerned about the online rating, fearing that my experience would be sub-standard. Having experienced the attitudes, urgency, and culture of the Shealy organization, I can say with certainty that the review averages found here are NOT indicative of the experience that can be expected at Shealy. While not every repair situation and outcome is the same, I would trust that Shealy would employ the same operating practices in any situation, assuring the customer of the best possible outcome and industry-leading experience.

The BEST customer service from Robert Sullivan who went above and beyond researching how to obtain specific vehicle info on an older Mack truck - after at least a dozen failed attempts to get same info from Mack's HQ and numerous other dealers. THANK YOU Robert!

Very very bad service here. Took my truck in for service here last week. Our truck windows were up but once they took it in for service someone put it down. Once they took it back out the windows were down and the rainy weather damaged the inside of our truck. When I called in they said it's your drivers responsibility to make sure it up. Common sense if it's raining make sure the windows are up. Don't tell me it's my drivers responsibility and you have x amount of trucks to look at, the truck is in your hands and make sure your techs have the windows up. Instead of apologizing, don't make excuses.
