DO NOT recommend! My husband reached out to this company to have our box truck towed. They told us they would be to us around 12 to get it. They did not show. We reached back out around 1:30 to see if they were still coming and was told they would call us right back after they checked to see how far the driver was. Never received a call back! We continued to call and text several times after with No ANSWER! Very unprofessional company. How hard is it to just be upfront. Ended up calling Sumter Wrecker and have an eta of 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and skip this company!

My parents and I stopped for lunch coming in from our camping trip. When we came out to leave we noticed the left front tire was flat on our parents Class A motor home. Called our roadside assistance which will remain nameless at this time and they gave us the run around for over 2 hrs so I decided to take matters into my own hands. Called Ace to see if he could get the tire we needed. He had the tire on hand and within a few hours he had us back on the road heading home. Difficult finding someone now to do anything for you especially on Sunday afternoon but Ace did just that and we are very grateful for that!Service: Tires

TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & LIARS. We were referred to this company by Palmetto Truck Parking and Ace told us he would pick up tires and install them for us. He had 48 hours to do the job, stalled us out and then just never got the tires. He did not return our phone calls and then when we spoke to him he said we called him too much.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

ACE WAS VERY HELPFUL CAME OUT 2AM CHANGED 3 BLOWN TIRES ON MY SEMI AND WAS VERY REASONABLE

If it isn't a blown tire there is no need to call these guys. I asked them to perform a specific task and their response? "I'm not doing that. Pay me."
