I m a good bit of ways from home and was in a Rim crisis x 2! J, Jay and Dee at Rim Tyme were absolute professionals from the time I entered to the time I left. They were courteous to everyone that entered. They had a great selection! They worked with me within my budget and made it happen! I appreciate J and Jay P for taking the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism and integrity.. and Dee for such an amazing job on my rims and brakes! I highly recommend theses guys for your rim needs if you are in the Columbia and surrounding area!

Funny how my bad review of this place keeps disappearing. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. CROOKS, LIARS AND THIEFS. District manager is ball less according to New manager and doesn't give out number because so many complaints. Very disappointing and disrespectful to disabled veterans. Sat there 3 hours with no cars in bays waiting for them to get to one of my cars. I just left. The manager said they had to fire everyone and couldn't find tools to put on four tires. Much better place on two notch. New manager little boy with big ego because of position. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to give your money to. They lost 8,000 worth of business today.

They get it done here. A lot of respect for Victor Aka Miami, this guy knew his stuff. Told him the make and model of my BMW, he showed me everything in stock. Made some suggestions and I was in and out with some nice rims in no time. Go see Victor to get it done right. Overall, great experience and knowledgeable technicians!

I bought these rims for $3000 + for my husband and they were suppose to be new and come to find out they was used and it was to late to do anything about it .. oh and the manager that worked there sold them to me now

Excellent quality and staff , Went in just to browse but they gave me a price I just couldn t refuse, Beats the any competitors price anyday, Don t have buyers remorse shopping anywhere else, buy here!

Parents bought tire and rims here so when ever we need a new tire I have to drive 30mins to this place to get the same tire so they all match I got a flat yesterday and got a new tire I get to work today to see that it's a whole different brand and called the manager who kept saying we gave you the right size I kept repeating to him you gave me the wrong brand to only hear him say we don't have that brand in stock we can order it and you have to pay for it my response is because you didn't have my tire in stock you on your own instead of letting me know made a decision for me and gave me what ever tire you wanted and now I have to buy another one he said you can get your old one I think it's still in the trash seriously...now I have 3matching tires if I needed to get a random tire put on I could've went to pep-boys that's 5 mins down the road vs 30 that's fine I will replace them all for a new style

After going to other places first, being treated rudely, and being told that there was no place locally that would have my rim size in stock I decided to check out rim tyme and I'm so glad I did. Litra was absolutely amazing at listening to what I wanted and helping me stay in my budget. We hit a couple snags but this crew didnt miss a beat. James even came in on his day off to mount and balance them for me. They went above and beyond to help me and I am so greatful. I will be returning for all my future tire needs and sending all my friends here from now on.

Overall customer service is A1! We had a couple hiccups with the tires and rims not fitting my truck but they made it right! Definitely will be coming back!

This place is the bomb. Rob went out his way to make sure that my husband got what he wanted for a good price. I mentioned that the rims are a gift for out 7th wedding anniversary and he chopped the install price. I wanted the sensor switched over and he discounted that price as well. Chad also gave us excellent customer as soon as we walked in the door. The process was quick and easy. Not to mention the selection was so huge it made it hard to decide on what rims to get. I do suggest that you get there early though because they get super busy really fast. But they do have a cozy lounge for ya if u have to wait. The account manager Charlotte was also friendly and helpful. The staff that put the rims on also explained what they were doing. I recommend this businesses to any and everyone in Columbia. I have no knowledge on rims/tires so the folks here taught me the basics. I will definitely return and send them business as often as possible.

Rimtyme on Broad River Rd is trash. My first experience was great. Second and Third time there wasn't. My front and back tires were blown out and rim cracked by a pot hole. They only looked at the front tire. 6-28-21 I needed quotes for rim replacements, no one could help me because they had reports due by 7pm, told me to come back tomorrow. I said I'll just go to another rim shop. Do you think anyone tried to resolve my issue. Nope they didn't care if no merchandise was sold or if I took my business to their competitors.

So, I go in, I choose a set of wheels, they give me a price for a wheel/tire package... I asked what kind of tires, they said they have several brands, I ask can I look at them... "no, the guys are busy now"... and was there to pay cash in full, seriously? Too busy to allow a customer to look at the tires, a customer fixing to lay down $3000??? Needless to say, I have left and im going to check out some other locations, competitors.UPDATE: I want to thank RT for today's experience. Due to it, I drove to RAW on Two Notch, actually got a wheel that I liked even better, set of tires, sensors, etc for under $2100. RT saved me aprox $1000 today. Thank you guys.

On a road trip we had tire troubles and these guys had the size we needed and got us back on the road FAST. Real fast. Great guys friendly and professional. I definitely will recommend. art, James, jay, chad and Dee were great

I was facing a tire crisis on the highway, headed to a funeral 2 hours away. I did a search for tire repairs near me, and found Rimtyme, where I was treated like the most important customer ever, This business has the best staff & they had me in and out in 5 minutes. I will certainly remember them in the future.

Jay Gaymon was definitely a great help when it came to my purchase of my custom wheels. Very professional and patient with me because I was undecided on what I want as far as size. His knowledge is outstanding on the product and application of the custom wheels. I would highly recommend going to see him for your needs when it comes to the custom wheel business.

Great customer service!!! I came into the shop last minute and they worked with me and found additional time to squeeze me in with no questions asked! Jay at the front desk helped me find some good quality tire and at a fair affordable price including install. I would definitely recommend RimTyme to anybody looking for rims and tires!!!

My husband purchased my rims and tires on line. The local machanic didn't know how to install custom tires and the place down the street refused to help. Here, their prices are listed so you know you're not being screwed and they know custom wheel but make it easy on yourself. But them here, they will come with a great warranty.

I bought two sets of 24's and three sets of tires from this shop. Paid cash! Called them today and got a quote to take tires off rim and they quoted me $30 per wheel. Seems a bit overpriced. I only paid $40 per wheel to get them mounted, balanced, and installed. I also got a courtesy call about a month ago asking for repeat business.

These guys treated me great. I think this company ability to stock the best inventory in Columbia gives them the edge. Chad has sold me 3 sets of great wheels. I'm a rimtyme customer for life...

Rimtyme is hands down the best rim/tire shop in the Columbia area. I live in Lexington and initially went to Discount Tire. Then I tried another company on Broad River. They were good but had a very limited selection. As I was driving on Broad River I saw RimTyme and tried them out. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful! I could tell he s been in this business a while. He took me throughout the entire store and explained why each tire and rim that I chose would or wouldn t work for my car. The dude is good for real. Love this place and definitely sending all my buddies to RimTyme!!!!! Hands down!
