I took my car to BMW of Columbia on Killian Rd and had the worst experience & customer service ever! I took it in because the Drive Train light came on. They kept my car for 45 days and when I picked it up the light was still on. I brought my car to Rieslee Auto after hearing great things about them and they had my issue fixed in 2 days at a fraction of the cost. Tyrone went above and beyond with tapping off my fluids, checking my tire pressure, and other small things to ensure my car was in great running condition. I am so happy I finally found a trustworthy, professional, reliable, affordable place I can take my car for service and I m not taking it ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very well rounded service shop got my vehicle back when it was promoted! Work was performed in a professional manner, clean, and neat! my Mercedes Benz was work on as if it was the dealer. I strongly recommend you get your import car service here!

I went here because they offered a generous price for a service I needed on my BMW 335i. Not only did they exceed my expectations but they blew the competition out the water. Tyrone and his team are experienced, fair, and never pushy. Gladly I can say I had a positive experience and will look to them for future needs.

I want to give a big shout out to Tyrone! My daughter and I had a flat tire in Lexington...after sitting for a bit waiting for help, Tyrone was the only Good Samaritan that came over and asked if we needed help. He changed my tire and was so kind and helpful! He will never know how much it meant to us to have his help! Thank you Tyrone!! I would highly recommend his business!!!

Mr. Pinckney was very professional and made me very comfortable leaving my 1995 Ford F-350 in his care. He contacted me the day after I dropped it off with the problem already identified. I gave him the go ahead to fix it, and I m back in my truck in under 3 days. Very fair pricing and OUTSTANDING work. I ll recommend all of my friends here!!! A+ experience!!!!

I took my BMW to Rieslee Auto for a variety of things to be fixed. The service was tremendous, the feedback was helpful, the timing was quick, and the pricing was extremely competive versus other places that I visited. I was pleased with the additional information about my vehicle that was provided and it truly helped me understand all of the options available. I only trust my vehicle with Rieslee Auto and recommend them highly!

Place is amazing!! Reasonable prices. Excellent staff. Tyrone is a saver he saved me some money where other places were charging an arm and a leg for something so simple.. definitely will recommend anybody to stop by and let Tyrone and the crew help you out. Will be coming back for future maintenance
